These guys r AMAZING. I came across them couple of years ago while visiting Niagara and now I only visit Niagara to come here. I’m in love with the Shawarma potato Jacket the Steak and cheese one is also fire. This is pretty much the only good Halal restaurant in Niagara.

A must-try at Niagara falls. Food was good, portion size is huge for the price, the idea of jacket potatoes with different toppings itself is unique. Parking is on the back side (not too big) place is small inside but patio is big. For summer should be perfect!

Chicken shawarmas were dry and lacked taste all together. I asked for no pickles, Other than that it tasted like boiled chicken and lettuce. I had to dip every bite in hot sauce just to taste something. Paid $35 for two shawarma. One combo one without. Quite disappointed.

When we arrived, non ot the visitors were in the cafe and it seemed weird.Completely empty ! . We ordered Chicken Fajita Jacket and Beef Kebab plate. And it was really tasty, really good! Potato Jackets has outdoor terrace where we enjoyed our lunch. The staff ,who served us was quite polite and efficient. Price a slightly about average, but the portions were larger than average! Feel free to go to this cafe if you are hungry! You will found a good food and a pleasant service as well! 4.5 out of 5!

This is a must stop at the Niagara. They have Unique menu items. Good portion size. Fajita chicken was very juicy. Fries were awesome. Food was fresh. They have ample parking in the back. And I liked the open seating area. Downside: restrooms need better maintenance

Food was great, I would highly recommend the Steak and cheese Potato Jackets! The food came very quickly, we hardly had to wait for it. The staff is super friendly and were very attentive to the customers that walk in. The restaurant was also very clean and maintained. I have always had an issue with the quality of food in Niagara falls but I am really happy I came across this place. 10/10 recommend this place to everyone who stops by the Falls.

Suggested by a friend and i went all the way from Brampton to try this restaurant out. It was really worth it. Delicious and authentic Mediterranean dishes. Four of us ordered seperate dishes and all of them were tasty and was enough for atleast eight people. Concept of filled potatoes was a blast. Enjoyed every bit of it. Definately would recommend everyone to try it out. Last but not least, staff was very helpful and courteous.

I don’t know why it has so many good reviews. But This place food taste SO BAD. the sandwich so dry. It taste and feels plastic. The chicken doesn’t have a test and doesn’t look like chicken. Just don’t waste your money at all.

It’s our second time coming here. My pre teen son is in love with their potato jackets. Family owned business you can taste the freshness. We also tried fish and chip today and it was the best we had in a long time. Wait time for food was not bad at all. All covid policy was in place.

The food was great! But portions are definitely not worth the price. Wait times were too long (45 min) to deserve their Sneaky 10% service charge ("Gratuity Thanks") for dining in. Don't think I'll be going back there anymore.

Pathetic! Overpriced. Never gonna visit again or suggest this place to anyone. The service is poor & late, they take forever to serve the food, I guess it’s cooked in the space 🚀 They serve wrong order & then you force to take the correct one so that they can charge you for it. The shawarma & rice served is so bland, no salt my taste buds were cursing me, they did not even serve the sauces upon asking I had to wait for the staff to come back from the Mars with the sauces. The meat wasn’t cooked well I had to chew the buffalo meat like a buffalo. Ordered mango milkshake with no ice, waited for the scientist to arrive from Jupiter to make Mango ICE instead, the owner forced us to take new mango milkshake & charged $10 for it although we told them it’s too late for a drink coz we were already filled with the food. They are not concerned about the quality or quantity just they need MONEY.

I had a terrible experience at potato jacket niagra. I ordered two potato jacket dishes, one with chicken fajita and another with steak and cheese and 1 chicken shish tawook plate. The server told us that chicken shish tawook will take time so she served potato jackets first. We were five people and were quite hungry and so we started eating and meanwhile chicken shish tawook dish came We all split it up and as we were hungry we ate without looking. I was about to take second helping and saw that chicken was undercooked. I asked the server to call the manager. The manager came and asked me that were the other pieces you ate were ok. I said I don't know as I ate them without looking. He told me yeah sometimes it happens that dome pieces are big and they don't get cooked and others are cooked. I really got upset by his answers. He was not at all apologetic. He was trying to find reason to cover up the mistake of the restaurant. I said I am really upset that the chicken i ate was undercooked and i dont feel good about it. He asked me what can I do for you as you have eaten 8 pieces out of ten and you are telling me now after you ate so much. I can give you 10% off. I asked him if he had food handling certificate as it cleay says you can't serve undercooked chicken it can cause food poisoning and its unhealthy. He said I know that but it happens. He was not at all upset that he served undercooked chicken. The owner and the cook do not know what they are doing, they do not care I they are feeding people uncooked stuff. They are only concerned about how much money they are making. They even added 10% gratuity while serving only 5 people. And then they offered to give discount of 10 % as a compensation of serving undercooked chicken. We only ordered three dishes and 1 water bottle. The bill was $100 which is outrageous!!

Small place, but the food is very good! Gem of a place .. different from the usual Mediterranean, and Indian halal places. Prompt, courteous service. We ordered the Buffalo chicken jacket which was tasty. Also ordered the Chicken Fajita wrap which was moist and sumptuous. They have parking along the side too, which is always a bonus in Niagara Falls.

Went on the August long weekend. Wasn't too busy. The staff was great. The food however, was not that good. The pricing was high, as expected. But the food was disappointing taste wise. The poutine was not bad. The potato jacket itself was warm on the outside but the potato was cold in certain spots. The chicken and beef plates were really bland and the chicken got dry and hard. Overall, just okay. Expected a bit more based on the reviews.

Great testing food. The atmosphere is okay. The owner increased the price this year by about 20% to beat the inflation. The server added 10% gratuity as part of the bill. Overall a good experience.

The Chicken Fajita Jacket was very good and filling, enough for two people on average. Their fish and chips were decent but way too overpriced (as you’d expect in Niagara) especially given the fish portion. I wouldn’t recommend the Beek Tikka plate at all though. Plain unflavoured rice, unseasoned beef, just bad. Service was kind of bad too so overall a poor experience.

I ordered chicken shawarma wrap, it was great, and the garlic sauce was especially good. Amazing staff and great service.

Freshly prepared delicious food , good portions, very humble & attentive staff, clean place, even our 10 year old daughter loved her mixed shawarma potato jacket.
