The welcome center is cute, definitely a touristy area. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but they have a foot washing station in them which is nice.

James provided excellent service for me and he explained everything to me so that I understood everything about all of the attractions.

So helpful. We bought a package on Groupon and when an attraction had closed they rearranged everything right here to work for us and made our trip great. They had great advice and guided us as to what we would like. Thank u so much.

You can walk to the falls straight from the parking and incline railway. Couple of restaurants and shopping places. To get a view of the falls you better step outside and experience the beauty.

Good service but could be more efficient. There should be free quick parking available here so people can pickup their pass and park at their preferred parking location.

It's close but very expensive for 10$/h and 30$ for the whole day
