If you can get to the 3rd island there is a little path you can walk down (at your own risk) to get right up and close to the beautiful Canadian horseshoe falls. 🌊 🌊

Absolutely stunning. As fun to explore as the falls themselves. There are three little islands with bridges spanning. It creates a beautiful setting right in the middle of the mighty river. We loved watching the birds and listening to the sights and sounds.

Absolutely amazing. Its a must do it your in the area. Just magnificent. I would suggest going here before you go and see the actual falls. The power of the river is mind boggling.

Beautiful views. On the third island out you can see the anchor for one of the guy wires used for the movie Niagara, the wires held Marilyn Monroe when she did scenes in the movie in the rapids.

Cool place to see the start of Niagara River before the water heads over the falls.

Absolutely amazing You get to see the water before it falls to form the mist! What’s more lovely to have a memorable walk with your nearest ones on these bridges?

You may think it's a little distant from main attraction and feel like skip it, but actually it's worth walking to here!! You can see different scene from other spots, including flush going toward the edge of the waterfall!!

This is probably the highlight of Goat Island for myself. Each island has it's own beauty but the last, furthest island is really amazing if you have time to sit and stay a while. Certain times of the day you can see the tides come and go and it's a great example of the force of nature and natural beauty that is our home. Unfortunately this part of Goat Island does not have a handicapped accessible restroom at this time, but just a short 2 min drive to the other side of the island at the Cave of the Winds there is accessible restrooms there.

Trip to Buffalo, NY.... Sightseeing with an old friend from 35 years ago that we had lost touch for 30 years and I found her on Facebook. Went to Buffalo from Fresno, Ca to see her. Had an awesome day!

This part of the park is on a trolley stop, so usually kinda crowded but early morning is peaceful.

Favorite area of Goat Island. More space and less people, great overlooks for views of the falls

Went on a bit of a foggy day but the experience was still amazing to see and hear all the rushing water

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great place to walk the wooded trails with incredible, up close views of the falls and rapids. Also, the trolley is a fun hop-on hop-off option. The Cave of the Winds is worth checking out, as well.
