👍👍 Such a delightful little museum! The exhibits are rich and full of both info and artifacts. They also have recreations of an ice cream parlor, schoolhouse room that you can wander in. People often mention history,

Very informative staff and really extensively set space where they just had a big book sale! As a local historian and Patron I highly recommend stopping by to learn some of the best history from Western New York including the carousel which was invented here. The Wurlitzer pipe organ and jukebox business was located here as well along with the famous Melody Fair concert and venue Center which existed for many years and hosted many of the world's most famous performers and personalities. ---Justin Higner

A ton of North Tonawanda History is displayed in this museum. The staff are very knowledgeable, and parking is easy. It's located on Main Street so you have the Erie Canal, parks, shops, movie theatre, and plenty of restaurants to also check out.

Extremely knowledgeable people. Very easy to get to with plenty of parking. Greatly explains the history of North Tonawanda with displays and artifacts. It is also located on the Main Street so that if you're looking for little boutiques or restaurants after your visit they are all there.

A very well procured tour of history in North Tonawanda. Very friendly staff, great tour guide, plenty of parking. Plan on at least an hour or more to get the full experience. See more on my YouTube channel TheBeachStarExperience.

I was born in Tonawanda & moved when I was young. I had no idea of the history of the area. Very interesting! And Phyllis was a great tour guide!!!

So nice to see a gem of North Tonawanda's history (formerly Deluxe Lanes and later, Chez Porkie's) be occupied by such an engaged group of local historians. Hosting events that bring city government and those residents that it's sworn to protect together for an informal Q&A, or informational "day in the life of..." is an invaluable way to bring the community together.

👍 I really love it here! Only thing I wish it was a little more secluded not by houses. But u want to excape city life if your in north Tonawanda. Also great for family cookouts, bday 🎂 party's, walking your dog or taking the kids to the playground.

👍👍 This is a nice local park in North Tonawanda right on the shore of the Niagara river. there is a large playground, picnic areas and a porta potty. There are two pavilions and fishing is allowed. we just made a quick stop here and I enjoyed watching the ice drift by on the river.

👍 Love the playground, great for kids with sensory issues. I think they should put some nature educational spots up, and help the kids learn about some of the animals and insects they may come across there

👍 It's actually a really nice little area. Peaceful for the most part. I think they should expand on the informational signs, to help educate the youth. That's wonderful.
