What an amazing place to come a celebrate! Went there for my friends birthday last weekend. The atmosphere was so fun, great music, huge dance floor! The bartenders were awesome as was security and we ended up getting bottle service and what a great decision. The booth we had was so spacious, clean, and the server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! High recommend coming here

I came here for a girlfriends birthday and it was so much fun! We got bottle service, the servers were very friendly and attentive. The club was much bigger than we expected! Dealing with management to book the booth was super easy and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and professional. When we went to the bar to get more drinks, the bartenders were wonderful. They were all very friendly and happy to serve us. Shayla served us a round of shots and she was very friendly, created a great environment at the bar. All in all, great service, exceptional experience, would highly recommend this club!

My friends and I had the most amazing experience at Dragonfly this past weekend. We got a booth and bottle service. Our server was really nice and checked on us tons throughout the night. The club was really busy and the music was great! There is a lot of security. We will be booking another reservation for my friends birthday :)

Best club in Niagara hands down. A group of my buddies and I came down from Toronto Saturday to celebrate our friend going away to school. We got 3 bottles, and were up in VIP. The club was busy, good music, good vibes and pretty girls. Next time we come down to Niagara we will definitely be coming back. Our server was so good we tipped extra on top of our bill.

Went there on Saturday for a bachelorette party and had such a wonderful experience!! The atmosphere in the club was incredible and the music had us dancing all night long! The security at the front got us in quickly and made sure we were happy with our booth, highly recommend getting a booth!! Our bottle girl was amazing and so we’re all the others bottle girls who all together made it such a blast! The bartender Shay had such an up beat and bubbly personality which we all loved! Definitely going to go back!

I had visited Dragonfly Nightclub in Niagara Falls the weekend of Mother’s Day. Quite a few issues that I am disappointed with and will be listing them in order. The online booking system is terrible. They follow most companies with a twenty four hour follow up from when the first inquiry is sent, which is completely understandable. Once I got a reply through email, I was in contact with Eric who did a horrible job replying to questions and booking requests, he stopped replying for over 6 hours and I had to send a lengthy email on how unprofessional it was as we were booking for a birthday surprise party. I was then contacted by the club by phone, only to be told that I will be contacted again through emails. We were requested to leave a deposit (which was no problem) but did not get the confirmation for the booking until a couple hours before the event. They need to work on a team who is dedicated to doing these bookings and inquiries and have a phone line that’s just for people who are making bookings. The request was for the basic birthday package, which is stated to be around seven hundred and seventy five dollars with two bottles, and also added the birthday cake and name shoutout when the bottle girls come out. We did not get the birthday cake but was charged for it. The email initially stated that there was a twelve hundred minimum, which I had accepted through email confirmation. When the booth girl came to collect payment she then stated that there was a five bottle minimum which was NOT apart of the booking or confirmation email (my friend ended up paying before I was notified of this issue) and she also tipped more than the calculated gratuity that was supposed to be given. We ended up spending twenty one hundred there which was completely unacceptable and not apart of the discussion OR booking finalization through email. The light placement was terrible for where our booth was and completely blinding our birthday group. We had requested many times for water at the booth and didn’t get it for quite some time. The bathrooms were not maintained throughout the night which became unsanitary and the floors were disgusting. Overall the experience was not a good one and I would not recommend going to Dragonfly in Niagara. Save your money and go elsewhere. We will be making a more formal complaint. I’ve even noticed that the replies to these reviews are completely unprofessional and rude. They have no care for customer satisfaction. My review has not even been showing up on google reviews. Met security tonight don at the door was very nice, panda was very professional, very respectful. Made sure we had a safe night. All the security staff is very alert and watching the crowd to make sure you’re safe and enjoying your time. Thanks nick aka panda had a blast at your club. , lots of Indian students from Niagara college and come in drunk and are disrespectful but having the security and the way they handle things made us feel very safe. Thanks guys our girlfriends felt very safe.

I was visiting from the Caribbean and I must say that this club is nothing compared to what we have there! This club need to branch off in the Caribbean! The security was fantastic! The setting was very much accommodating. The DJ was awesome 😎. This is definitely a club you should visit if you want to really have a good time. I can't say anything bad about this club at all. Enjoyed it the two nights I went there!!

“Eric” has to be the most unprofessional service manager I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been visiting clubs in downtown Toronto for the past 15 years, and I have never been treated as poorly as I was by Eric at this club. We were told that we would need to purchase 8-10 bottles in a booth at 1AM, which is an incomprehensible amount of alcohol to consume between 10 people. We decided that we would rather spend our money elsewhere, and we are glad we did. It is safe to say we will never visit the club again. If anybody in the Niagara area is searching for a fun venue, I would recommend that you visit Club Seven down the street, which is only a 10-minute walk away, and an establishment where they treat their clientele with respect.

The atmosphere, the servers, and the music are all incredible. The staff is really kind and caring, and the environment is well taken are of and safe. Servers come up during the night to ask if you need refills, and always wear a smile whenever you ask them for help. It's just the perfect place to have a good time with friends :)

1 star is being generous, honestly. Went with a group of friends and got bottle service, however they didn’t even bring us everything that we ordered. When we told them about it they did bring two more bottles but it still wasn’t everything we should’ve gotten. They also lost my friends credit card and offered him nothing as an apology. The manager didn't even want to talk to my friend about the situation. I would also take some of these 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Our server (I won't name names) made up two 5 star reviews within minutes of each other, claiming to be guests at the club. I'm taking their name out of my review because those reviews are now taken down but would like to add how shameful it is that the manager of the club didn't even want to talk to my friend about the stolen... sorry, missing card until our reviews brought down their ratings. Obviously people make mistakes, and our server did look for the card, but accountability goes a long way. Making up stories to try and cover up real, honest reviews is embarrassing. The manager needs to know when to step up and try make things right, but judging by past reviews, that's probably not going to happen. This place is so unprofessional, don’t waste your time and money coming here.

Good Music Good Vibes. The bartender serving on Saturday closest to the left chooses her own tip and when you ask for a receipt she won't provide it. Ordered two rounds of drinks and the same thing happened twice. I thought the first time she just didn't hear me but she is there to steal tip money. The other bartender in the middle was great. Let us choose the tip. At the end of the night, we gave her an extra $15 because of the good service.

This is an amazing establishment to come and celebrate any occasion! I came to this club to enjoy a night out on the strip with friends and we have nothing but positive things to say. The people were so welcoming, the club itself was clean, the music was amazing and the location itself is perfect and easy to find. I highly recommend this club if you’re looking to have a great night full of memories!

My friends and I always have an unbelievable time at Dragonfly. The security is respectful and vigilant. I highly recommend making bottle service reservations. The servers & bartenders are polite, attentive and gorgeous. The customer service is always on point. The DJ always sets the tone for a vibe we just cant find anywhere else in the city! I cant wait to come back for the next celebration.

Extremely rude bouncers doorman’s have a attitude and horrible service, booked a booth with the guy named “Nick” and when we got to the club we were told we had no booth and we had no options. “Nick” came out and asked how many girls then when we told him the number he walked away and didn’t acknowledge. Not sure if they have a racial issue or what the deal is, was told as we were walking away from other people that this isn’t the first time it happened and they are like that. I’d recommend to take your money elsewhere as this is not that spot. Been clubbing at a lot of different spots and this people clearly do not care. Owner definitely needs to acknowledge the issue or club is going downhill

Let me start off by saying that this club is very nice. It has great music, cool flashing lights and is nicely decorated. If it didn’t have all these safety and service issues it would have been a fantastic night out. The service on the other hand was absolutely horrible right from the start. Going in we were told the girls will not be charged cover. But because our group had 6 girls and 2 boys, the boys were told if they want to come in with us they must pay double the cover. We let this slide but once we got inside the lady stamping everyone’s wrists not only charged the boys double their cover but each of the girls all of a sudden had to pay as well (the girls paid $20 each and the boys $40 each).You are not allowed to bring any jackets and MUST pay cash for coat check even though you get very thoroughly pat down. There is a debit machine right next to coat check where we first paid for the covers but they will only accept cash and you can’t go in without paying for it?? The club was cold and the bouncer GRABBED my friend while she was walking in insisting she MUST take off her sweater, even though she had already coat checked her jacket. We used THEIR ATM which is outdated and it did not dispense any cash as it kept freezing even though it withdrew the money and it’s additional fees from our accounts. When we brought this up to an employee he said “that’s not my fckin problem” and continued to tell other people to use it even though there was something wrong with it. The girls went to the bathroom where the bathroom guard would not let anyone go inside together, which would not have been a problem if they weren’t so aggressive. The workers at this club just grab and push around both the men and women with zero respect or boundaries even without being provoked or having any need to, which honestly was kind of scary. My recommendation for anyone who still decides to attend is to bring your own cash so you don’t get scammed and bring extra as they run on a bribe system. Also stick together with your group because the workers create a hostile environment.

When you think about celebrations, think Dragonfly as it never disappoints. My friends and I had visited and our experience from start to finish was great!! The ambiance is very warm and welcoming! The staff truly cares about your experience. They are efficient, happy, polite and professional. The service is unmatched. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!

It was jam packed last time I came here. The crowd is young and ignorant. Was almost going to get into a fight with the amount of people shoving me. Other than that the club scene is okay. The bar is the best thing about Dragonfly.

Worst night club I've ever been to, first you have to wait a very long time in a line and then they'll force you to put your jacket in coat check even if you're wearing light jacket. I had to wait 20 minutes on the bar to get a beer. Also an hour to get your jacket back going out which they tooked away from you. And also very expensive drinks

Earlier on this month I had my birthday celebrations at Dragonfly nightclub and I am so so so glad that I did. Getting onto guest list was no problem and seamless, and the line up to get in didn't take long at all considering how insanely busy it was. Security was professional and courteous, with both the males and females of my group. We got bottle service and I am so glad that we did. It was worth it for sure, great view of the dancefloor, and the bathrooms and bar was close for those of my party who wanted specific drinks. Our server was amazing! She was attentive, prompt, and made my birthday night fabulous!!! All of the staff that my party interacted with were so polite and helpful. The music and DJ were absolutely sickkkkkk and the interior of the venue was elegant! I would highly recommend Dragonfly to any of my friends for sure and we will definitely be going back!!!

Great spot for a night out. Friendly staff, good vibe. Booked the VIP area for my group and we had a very positive experience. Even got to meet some of the professional River lions basketball players. Will definitely be back.

Went out for a girls night to Dragonfly and it was so much fun! The girl who sat us at our booth was friendly and upbeat, our servers for bottle service were AMAZING, and the bartenders were so nice when we headed to the bar for a round of shots. Highly recommend! Thanks for a good time!

Ignorant crowd, my friend got punched in the face for brushing against someone too closely on packed dance floor. Despite there being cops stationed inside we didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all.

My friends and I came to D fly for one of their burlesque nights and we were super satisfied. We bought a few bottles for our group and the server was super nice, and checked on us consistently throughout the night. They also had plenty of live entertainment which was super cool. We'll for sure be back soon :)

Went to dragonfly for my birthday with a bunch of my girlfriends Nov 21st, and we had such an amazing time. Our server Jenna was fabulous. Super friendly and served our drinks all night long. Music was such a vibe too. Can’t wait to have our Xmas party for work here in the near future !

Don’t go here and wait in line because you will not get in, unless you pay the bouncer extra $20 to get in $40 to get in total or you got to get bottle service, because I gone and waited in line for 2 hours and no one in line got in only the people that paid the extra $20 I even contacted the club and there said it was not true when it was I was right there I seen and heard it to, what a scam.

No respect towards the customer and the way they are treating the customer is too bad is ask everyone to be prepared to that. Even regarding the entry fee they are mog clear and they will ask for the fee both for the male and female by the time of entry. Most overpriced and overrated palce to go. So disrespectful. Bouncers will herd you like cattle and charge you $50 for two vodka redbulls. If I were a Dragon visiting Niagara, I would fly away. I am a certified Google local guide, and with the power invested in me by Google I urge you not to visit this subpar, sketchy, overpriced unbribe-able establishment.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Dragonfly as we went for a friends birthday! On the Friday we were there it was wild 2000’s throwback night and we really enjoyed the throwback music vibes! If you are celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, bachelor party or looking for a great night out with friends, I highly recommend booking a booth for bottle service as having VIP was the cherry on top to a great night!! We added on a birthday package that included cupcakes and balloons which was a nice touch! The process for booking our booth was very smooth and all of our questions were answered promptly. We definitely will be coming back!

There was a problem at first with the booth I requested due to miscommunication between staff but the VIP Manager, Eric Elefante, went above and beyond in rectifying the situation as soon as it was brought to his attention. To top it off, my host for the night, Jessica, was amazing. She took good care of us and made sure we enjoyed our night.

Such a nice set of staff, especially the lady checking ID at the door. What a cutie. Music and lights are great and fun and the photography is top tier. Love the dance floor and energy, definitely my go to place !

What kind of staff will say, “don’t you see I am talking ? ” when customer ask what time this club will open. This Asian decent door bouncer/security said that to us in above mentioned quote when we asked about the opening and he was busy talking with his coworker. We asked him why would he say that us and asked for manager. He said he himself is a manager. Disappointed from entry itself.

Went here for my bachelor party and it was one of the best times of my life! My server was super friendly (very pretty too) and attended to me and all my friends needs! Coming to this club was definitely a night to remember!

Hello Dragonfly & People out there, we went to dragonfly nightclub on 21th may, it wasn’t not pain at all to get inside with the entry fee $20 per head. It was busy like hell like as usual. Next we went to bar attended asked for shots for specific brand $10 each but she made different shots and told me the one I’m asking are more expensive and kept my $10 change by herself like seriously 😳 Management team please hold your horses and teach them how to talk or deal with clients and be reasonable. I understand all the fact and pricing but she could be more devoted towards guests. That’s all !!!

Most unprofessional bouncers of all time. Was with a group of people and they kept us crammed in a pen outside, didn’t let anyone in and then started taunting and fighting people. Just steer clear of this place. Plenty of other places in Niagara with much nicer bouncers. Same group the next night at a different place and had zero issues

This club has always been a hit for me for a girls night out and last weekend was not the exception- We went for my friends birthday and had an absolute blast! our group was so happy with the music that we didn't have a chance to sit down. The people at the club and staff had awesome energy (bartender Shay was so fun!) probably from not being able to go out to a club for so long lol. Seeing now the cool little show and set up they do for bottle service I wish we had gotten it - next time for sure!

I wanted to share how friendly and hospitable your staff was on Saturday. Specially Jayda, she was amazing and even coordinated a Happy 40th bday and Moms night out sign for us. We were celebrating my brothers 40th. I hadn’t been to a club in a couple of decades lol so I was nervous but I did like the mix of ages, safe and no judgement atmosphere. Worst experience of my life. -Music is so loud will rupture your eardrums -No one talks it’s impossible to meet people -Bouncers will threaten you -Drinks are very expensive I just turned 19. This is the first and last time I’m ever going to a club.
