Been there once before had a good time!! Tried to go the other night but I wasn’t allowed in because my OWN Id apparently wasn’t mine, even had a 2nd piece & could answer any question possible but the bouncer wouldn’t even listen and was extremely rude. Good place but should hire people who are decent human beings and know what they are doing. :)

Came with a group and got a booth. Was doing nothing when asked to leave by the security and was then assaulted after asking why. Have never had any altercations like this before. Was choked while leaving by multiple security guards (only me, 155 pounds skinny dude) at the club and beaten by security in the alley and received multiple injuries(have pictures). Completely unprofessional and I would even say criminal. Garbage. Can't believe this happened.

Went here for New Years Eve 2018. Paid for tickets and got in no problem. Was with a large group of people, guys and girls. The night was going fine until my friend (19 year old black girl) was sitting in our booth and was approached by a bouncer who told her she was too drunk and needed to leave. She had not done anything wrong and was not too drunk and tried to explain this to the bouncers who did not listen. They physically escorted her and another girlfriend outside and when she tried to reason with them and come back in to join the friend group, the bouncers got violent. 2 grown, strong men repeatedly pushed her to the ground in puddles and when she tried to get back up they shoved her down again. She got cuts on her hands, legs and face, rips in her dress and a shattered phone screen from being pushed. When I (also a 20 year old girl) tried to reason with the bouncers and get them to stop, they laughed in my face and were so immature saying "She swung at me first". They made the entire thing into a joke when in reality it was racist, sexist and violent. Even if my friend had been drunk and causing problems this was NOT the way to handle the situation. In no way would this disgusting behaviour ever be acceptable, especially since there were 2 grown men getting physical with a young girl. No one in our friend group will ever be returning to this bar and after reading other reviews of L3 this seems to be a reccuring incident with no consequences. Disgusting.

Came for a birthday party my friend had booked a booth for. During the night the bouncers randomly approached me claiming I had to leave and refused to let me grab my coat in -10 weather. Nice to know the bouncers of L3 don’t care that their patrons might freeze to death.

Bouncers let most of our group in on Halloween, but then refused one of my friends entry for his costume involving a larger mascot head. My friend took off the head for ID purposes, and even offered to cooperate by leaving it somewhere safe and grab it on the way out. Bouncers were extremely rude about the situation and started getting aggressive. Every other bar we went to that night along this stretch had 0 problems with the costume. The bouncers almost didn't let me in because my purse was 'suspiciously full' (because I was holding the phones and wallets of everyone who they had just let in). I had to pay entry fee just to tell my friends already inside that we had to go somewhere else because they wouldn't let me just wave them over. A bit of a ridiculous situation if you ask me. 😬

WORST club hands down ive ever been to in the niagara region PERIOD. You have a solid bunch of children running your front doors and it shows. Sad excuse for bouncers. first place we go to before starting our night out and half of the group isn't let in because apparently valid id is not valid and some people were "too intoxicated" meanwhile we hadn't even had our first drink. Ive already wasted enough time having to write this review so everyone that sees this just do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. if the owner sees this hope you are proud of your bouncers.

Myself and my friend enjoyed the pool tables (although the pool table did not come with all the billiard balls) and the staff were very friendly, however I did not take a liking to the DJ. He played rap (rap I've never heard) majority of the time we were there and when I requested a song that was more upbeat, he told me he didn't have the song and would play something later. I waited until 12:30 to see if he would try something else and he did not. I went up again and asked if he at least had music with more popular songs, which he shrugged me off and told me, "not until later". Very few people were dancing and I for one go to nightclubs to dance. We waited a few more songs and decided to leave. It's a shame because we tried buying drinks and occupying ourselves until the music would change, but it's a nightclub. I don't think we should have to occupy ourselves because the DJ won't be open to playing other things. Overall, not very happy with our experience.

Went here a few weeks ago and the bouncers are on a power trip. I was just having a drink with a few friends when a bouncer came up to me and created an altercation. Out of no where he was in my face, choking me throwing me to the ground. In seconds there was about 6 bouncers physically aggressive pushing be towards the back stairs. I was dragged down the stairs then taken to the back alley where they choked me and roughed me up. Disgusted!

Bouncers pulled my FULLY awake friend off of the couch and dragged him outside to the back alley to choke him and feed him punches. Bouncers are on power trips and will assault for no reason. Beware

Advertised free cover before 11 PM, got in at 10:30 and had to pay cover. Didn’t honour their free cover advertisement. No rentry either, no stamps. Smoke pit is in a back alley filled with garbage bags. Will not return:

I’ve worked in the service industry for 10 years and I wish there was an option to give this ‘club’ less than 1 star. Unfortunately, I visited this ‘club’ for a bachelorette with many of my friends. We purchased a 4 bottle minimum few for the worst booth I’ve ever seen. It was right in-front of the fog machine and was ill fitting for our group. We decided to leave after a bottle and a half was finished in our booth, as the environment was like being at a grade 7 dance. We attempted to get a refund for a fifth bottle a person in our party ordered (not our 4 bottle min charge) but the ‘manager’ sent us searching for our server in the crowd without help. She wouldn’t give us a refund for the fifth bottle and was not accommodating or kind in any way. I would explain the ‘manager’ to be an incompetent, cold and rude person. Our party of 20 will never come to this club or suggest it to anyone again. This is by far the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. The security working the night we were there (October 14th 2022) were very kind and patient and honestly the ONLY people who treated us as guests at a service establishment.

Age group.... 19 to 22... the odd 25 year old. I went being 29, and felt extremely out of place! The music is a hit or miss... But when it's Good it's really good! Again tho.... young crowd... Very young.

The receptionist wouldn’t let my friend and I in because we didn’t have cash to pay at the front. The receptionist wouldn’t let us go to the ATM at the back even with one of us staying at the front with her so we could pay to get in. The place wasn’t even packed... I have had very good experiences there before but after this I will not be going back there

The staff was super nice, but the DJ was awful - kept playing non-club songs and changing the good songs before the popular parts, everyone would be getting hyped for a certain part of the song just for the DJ to change before getting to it lol. He'd be the only one singing along to some songs. Also not sure if the DJ controlled the lights or not, but whoever did, kept turning them ON. Not strobing, but fully ON like a bright white overhead light in the club as if it's closing. Was extremely weird.

The atmosphere, the crowd, and the music are all incredible. The staff is really kind and caring, and the security insure the club is well taken care of and safe. The servers are super sweet and provide a great vip experience! My go to place to have a good time with friends :)

honestly best club in the niagara region! great atmosphere and music. love going here with friends, its always a super fun night. bottle service is 10/10! would 100% recommend this club to anyone looking for a memorable and fun night!

Came here for bottles last friday and could not believe how quickly me and my larger group got served! The bottle girls were incredible despite there being a ton of us, constantly ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. When we went to the bar we were informed that there was 5$ tequila all night too, definitely not something you see at any other club! Thank you LEVEL staff for the memorable bday and the great music :)

Manager and staff there were super nice and helpful to me when I needed assistance. Service was quick and efficient, and I was greeted by very kind servers, Barback’s ,bartenders , bottle service lady’s👌🏾 Even got a chance to go behind the DJ. 10/10 Three levels of pure entertainment, music is always great. Top 40 , house, hip-hop, everything you want to hear it’s at Level. Big fan of the light show and the decor, that will have you dancing all night🙌🏽🍾🎉 Great for college , university students and locals that want to have a great night🙏🏽

Really enjoy coming to this place, some nights! Last year it was a blast and how I wanted to spend every Saturday night BUT... recently they have been playing horrible music. This is totally unappealing to a majority of the crowds that come here. I think the crowds are going to slowly start dissipating again. Also, we want $8 pitchers back! And why the heck is there no coat check?

By far the best club in the niagara region! It’s filled with nothing but amazing energy and people. The staff is great super hard working and helpful with anything you may need during the night , the best dj’s every weekend they never miss this would be my number 1 recommendation for a good time if you’re in the area for sure!

One of the guys there Billy, helped me find my phone minutes after losing it during the busy 12 bars night. Huge shout out to him and the club overall for the top service. Cheers

The best place to spend your weekends, I swear. The atmosphere is just right for when you want just to enjoy yourself, and it’s also safe.

I had an amazing time at levels nightclub ! Graeme, brittany, norm, and amanda made my experience so much more enjoyable! seeing a friendly face when first coming in is always so nice and these bouncers always make it so much better of an experience. WE LOVE LEVELS!!!

Always have the best time here on Saturday's! The music is awesome and drinks are cheap. Definitely the best place to go out in St. Catharines.

Really great place. The staff is really nice and the lights are amazing!! They do smoke effects too which are really cool. Cash only but there are three ATMs so you don’t have to wait in line. The smoking area is separate and has security so you always feel safe!!

I have been coming to this club for a year now and I have had a great experience every time! All of the staff are very friendly and fun, the music is great, and the atmosphere has the best vibe. This is my favourite place to go for a night out!

Ive been coming here for a while now and have to say its always been a vibe! Ive had bottle service here many times and they always make sure that you have a great time. The lights and sound system are always on point and the dance floor is large enough to fit a ton of people on it but still quite functional to move around. The security does a great job at making sure you feel safe all the time, and the servers are always really nice. Overall this is definitely the spot to come if you’re looking to have a great night out with friends!

Best club in the area! DJs, drinks, staff and atmosphere are awesome! I got bottle service on my birthday and our bottles were brought to us quickly after being brought to our booth, the girls came around often to make sure we were taken care of, great experience!!! Definitely my go to spot on the weekends considering the $5 tequila shots lol!!

The times that I’ve been to this club it’s been a really great time! The music is always amazing, I love the excitement and environment. The staff is just lovely, bartenders are very quick and do a great job. I have a few friends who work here, Amelia and Ross are great staff and I’ve never had a horrible time here! Would recommend this club to anyone

Wonderful club, great dj! Bartenders are great and nice! Drinks are very well priced! Dance floor is fantastic. Staff is great and very kind! Manger Gab is amazing and super friendly, helped me with everything. Lights above the dance floor are amazing. Bottle service is amazing, lights are awesome!

Best club in Niagara! Had an awesome experiences there with the girls. Music selection and DJ was insane and between security, bartenders, shooter girls and even a staff in costume made it a really fun night. We got bottle service and they were very attentive, making sure we had everything we need, filled up our bottles and kept everything clean. Shooters were awesome and the $5 tequila shots definitely made our night!!!

Went here last night with a group of friends. our one friend went in before us and the bounce had “padded” her down even tho they aren’t suppose to touch her, they didn’t touch me or my other friend. Wouldn’t recommend coming here 🤷🏻‍♀️

The fact that you were no where near capacity and made people wait outside WITH NRP outside is embarrassing. Excuse was liquor license was there…. You should be compliant regardless….. get it together. Also $12 for two beers and they aren’t even tall boys come on. That’s awful. Bring back the old L3.

I lost my wallet for a few hours at the club, but staff was extremely helpful and before the end of the night, management had gotten it back to me. I appreciate the effort shown which is not always the case at nightclubs. Great staff to match the great music and vibes!
