I
had
a
bad
experience
at
this
place
On
Google
it
says
Dining
room
is
open.
When
i
called
to
check,
they
told
me
that
the
dining
room
is
not
open.
I
used
the
Tim
Hortons
app
to
place
the
order.
It
gave
me
too
options.
Either
to
drive
through
or
pick
up.
Dining
in
was
not
an
option.
I
was
staying
at
20
minutes
walk
and
decided
to
walk
to
pick
up
my
order.
I
walked
in
the
icy
snowy
weather
as
I
wanted
to
get
some
exercise
and
not
add
to
the
pollution
by
driving
unnecessarily.
When
I
go
there,
the
door
was
locked
and
there
was
no
way
to
get
in
to
pick
up
the
order.
I
called
the
store
and
they
told
me
that
drive
through
was
the
only
option.
I
asked
them
as
to
why
pick
up
was
an
option.
The
person
I
talked
to
was
Peggy.
She
told
me
that
I
have
to
call
customer
service
to
have
my
order
refunded.
I
explained
my
ordeal
and
asked
her
if
she
would
kindly
bring
my
order
to
the
door
as
I
was
standing
outside.
She
was
kind
enough
to
eventually
bring
my
order
to
the
door.
Hence
3
stars
for
the
place.
Otherwise
it
would
have
been
minus
3
stars.
As
shown
in
the
picture,
they
have
a
display
“Dining
room
is
open”
which
is
very
misleading.
I
hope
that
in
future
they
are
able
to
avoid
miscommunication.
