    Note: I have lived next to and used the 3024 Pine Ave Tim Hortons for OVER THREE YEARS. This wasn't a one-time thing. That being said, it is hands down the the WORST coffee/fast-food type place I have EVER been to. The franchise should be disgusted with themselves. If you order delivery, 2 out of every 3 orders will ABSOLUTELY be missing items, even despite including notes to please check and make sure. It's no joke. 2 out of every 3. This is not their delivery systems problem, it is 100% an employee problem. The level of bad service and half-awake teenagers that run this place is crazy. DO NOT GO to 3024 Pine Ave, DO NOT ORDER from 3024 Pine Ave, it is an exercise in BAD management, oblivious ownership and garbage staff. Avoid at all costs.

    I don't understand why the afternoon shift is so bad. Lousy attitudes, the inside is usually trashed and your order is usually messed up. This place has a couple of really good employees, but most of them seem to have no clue. Always sticking the new person on the front register, while 4 are on drive thru. I wish there was another Tim Hortons in the area.

    Bunch of kids just walking around no hygiene no cleanliness, everyone's touching everything, stood on the line for 15/20 mins, no one asked for service wtff!!!!! The person who made the coffee doesn't even know how to make one. Manager just standing outside and smoking cigarettes.

    Ordered 3 bagels and some coffees. 1 coffee was made wrong and we had to get it redone. And then 1 of our bagels was just never made. So we waited for 15 min while our order until we asked and had to prove it. Then they finally made the bagel and it was wrong. My girlfriend wanted the Tim Hortons experience. Well we got it.. I don't recommend.

    Mediocre customer service at Best. Do NOT order any sandwiches if Bella is working. She is sloppy and the sandwich was disgusting. My cheese wasn't melted and falling half off my burnt crusont. Iced coffee was good I guess that made up for the disgusting sandwich 🤢

    The food was good, for what it's worth. However, the bathroom toilet paper was a roll left on the ground. As for customer service, it was embarrassingly bad. The employees clearly didn't want to be there. Management should really check this place out and improve it.

    I had a bad experience at this place On Google it says Dining room is open. When i called to check, they told me that the dining room is not open. I used the Tim Hortons app to place the order. It gave me too options. Either to drive through or pick up. Dining in was not an option. I was staying at 20 minutes walk and decided to walk to pick up my order. I walked in the icy snowy weather as I wanted to get some exercise and not add to the pollution by driving unnecessarily. When I go there, the door was locked and there was no way to get in to pick up the order. I called the store and they told me that drive through was the only option. I asked them as to why pick up was an option. The person I talked to was Peggy. She told me that I have to call customer service to have my order refunded. I explained my ordeal and asked her if she would kindly bring my order to the door as I was standing outside. She was kind enough to eventually bring my order to the door. Hence 3 stars for the place. Otherwise it would have been minus 3 stars. As shown in the picture, they have a display “Dining room is open” which is very misleading. I hope that in future they are able to avoid miscommunication.

    Ordered coffee thru drive thru and they can't even get it right. Way to much cream no sugar. Cost almost 5 dollars. Had to throw it out couldn't drink it. Worker's are incompetent. What a waste of my hard earned money.

    If I could rate this place lower, I would. Service was extremely slow and when I finally got my food my "toasted" bagel was soft and cold and my bacon was some how burnt and cold. Of course I thought they knew how to toast a bagel, so I had the bagel come with the cream cheese on it. I had no way to save the bagel. I would suggest ordering the cream cheese on the side, so you can at least toast the bagel yourself, or better yet, go anywhere else.

    The store is good however the service is very slow whether it’s the driveway or in-store. There was a long queue and the wait time was also huge. We had ordered a Hot pumpkin spice latte, an original blend of black coffee, and avocado toast, and the taste was average.

    The little 2 for 6$ Muffins with Bacon/egg/cheese were Yummy,... But !!! Eventually they got our orders correct and, hello not our fault you couldn't pay attention or don't like your Job or whatever the reason, if your work in the food industry Courtesy, Attention and a Smile go a LONG WAY...

    If you have 20 minutes to kill in a drive thru to just get a coffee this is your place on Hyde Park and Pine. The person in front of me when at the pickup window actually honked her horn three times to get the attention of the workers inside to give her her beverage . My fault for expecting too much I guess when this location had the free MMA match a few months ago where customers beat down an employee. Better off getting a Yeti and make your coffee at home if you want to use this location. Message To the owners of this location Shut Down as this location is a disaster

    We are in the area for a birthday/anniversary trip. Our first time at Tim Hortons. If you are going to stop & close by to this particular location i highly recommend you go there! The customers & staff are extremely friendly! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! One worker even gave my son a free donut since it was his first time! We wish we had one closer to home! Told my husband it was one of the best coffee shop experiences i have ever had!

    I'm not an everyday coffee drinker, and I go out for coffee even less than that, maybe 2 or 3 times a month at most. The line always moves quickly here. The orders have always been accurate. Usually, when I come to Tim Hortons, I treat 3 of us to coffee and Iced Capps, and it always comes out to less than $13. I don't care to figure out the rewards program but probably should. We've gotten donuts/timbits a few times, and they're as good (or bad, I suppose) as anything you can get at similiar coffee shops. I've never been inside, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but this spot is pretty convenient for me going home after running errands or shopping on Niagara Falls Blvd.

    This Tim Horton does not accept walk in guests only drive thru - how ridiculous is this??? I guess that’s a great way to work less if you only accept drive thru customers - mega customer unfriendly 👎🏻

    Every time i go into this tim hortons never get my food order right i always get a chicken Chipotle wrap with no tomatoes but they always put tomatoes inside the wrap so i cant even eat my food due to allergies if you want to get food from tim Hortons i recommend going to either one on Niagara Falls Blvd or the one on military rd stay away from the tim hortonson pine Avenue. If i could of left zero stars i would have

    They used to be a lot faster until they did their renovations. Their staff is gone downhill to I was in the Drive-Thru in the girl taking my order screwed it all up because she was talking on her cell phone. They used to have a real good manager I don't know what happened to him but they should bring them back.

    This Tim Horton's is a very busy place and there were plenty of staff on hand to handle the rush. We were served quickly. There was a Police Officer sitting near the door and he was chatting up admiring citizens, but the gathering around him was causing confusion about where the line was. Perhaps he could sit away from the door.

    I got an extra large hot coffee double double with milk and it was made as ordered and the coffee itself was very hot and fresh. I also got a sausage egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel, which was pretty good too, though the egg was a bit messy and broken apart but otherwise it was a very pleasurable trip to Tim's. Come back to Massachusetts please!! You have my heart, not Dunks...

    I had a terrible experience today at this location. It was about 6:30pm and the staff was very rude when handling my order. They got my order wrong and than didn’t want to provide me with a refund. The team member, Charlene, specifically, was very nasty when dealing with me and gave me attitude about my refund and my request to speak to a manager. The supervisor, Maddy, was only helpful in providing me with the refund but not in letting her team members know the proper ways to speak to a customer/ provide customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be visiting this Tim Hortons again. I also believe that there should be proper training/ consequences for team members/ supervisors that choose to act in this manor.

    This location used to be my favorite I don't know what happened but now I've spent 20 plus minutes in drive thru with 2 cars in front. I called them inside to aske what was the issue I was served COLD coffee tonight. Definitely going to rethink my daily Timmy runs period.

    Always a must to have when I go back home. Stopped there to get gas and I grabbed some breakfast for the kids. Of course I got my coffee and Tim bits to. Got to talking to Dana, who took my order and found we had something in common. Hope you have an amazing trip to NC Dana.

    I found service with a smile here at the register. When it came to my order, I had to wait a full ten minutes for my coffee a large triple triple while two employees were clowning around. Drive thru continued to be serviced expediently. There is at minimum one employee that needs to be fired here. It wasn't just my order. Multiple people were waiting for their orders gone unfulfilled, while an employee with a bad attitude threw things at another in the food prep area. I'll not come to this location again.

    Found this place being small. More like what you find in mall or hook up to another business.day I visit this place. It was busy. Only, 98% of customer where... Take out, not in customer. Wheelchair accessible... If you use electric.. forget seating. Your not going fit at any of tables. As for as getting in through the door . Your going have problem. If your like me with a rigid or manual, and prefer getting out of wheelchair. Problem would be... No way your going keep your chair not getting in the way. Remember also, very limited seating and tables, and space really not accessible ( especially to ADA commendation spec's). As for service... Even as busy as they were, especially with Canadian tourist... The employees where outstanding. I was really surprised how well they kept to professionally and respectfully with the customers. If it was anywhere different with this high volume, I guarantee some employee will lose their cool. I didn't see that happening here. So if employees are reading this review.... You win my most highest respect and thank you for the service you provide. Given 5 stars yet, wish could given to each of the employees. Because it is their outstanding performance that makes this place different from greatness or not. Not just business name. For handicap accessible... Sorry, 3 stars, maybe next time I am there they make changes to 5 stars.

    Great coffee and baked good, nice, friendly staff. Corporate needs to work on developing more efficient labor plans to cut down wait times. While we were in line several people bailed on it or walked right out when they saw the line. Overall, love the place though.

    We love going here..In the town of Niagara..There is a new convenience store..new gas pumps...They took over the Legendary Whistle Pig..rides..ice cream..food menu..Sadly missed..My boyfriend told me their price of coffees are cheaper..Timmy's the coffee here is $2..and something..I love the French vanilla cappuccino. Smothies..Now I'm enjoying the refreshers..tangerine orange refresher..

    We went a few times while attending a hockey tournament. The place is busy but they get the line turned over (6-10 cars) every 10-20 minutes. Bagels, wraps and coffee were very good. They do a good job for how busy it was. We’d go back here again next visit to the area.

    I've created my own favorite latte and it's my favorite treat, get it almost every week. I would get it more if I wasn't worried about calories. XL French vanilla with two shots peppermint, two shots espresso, and milk. I'm in love with this masterpiece. 😍

    My coffee got cold and I was wondering if they could heat up but the girl was so kind enough to get me a fresh cup of hot coffee instead which left me feeling as a satisfied customer. The wifi is alright. It's clean inside. An extra hand is needed for the cashier stand as there was a long wait where it was just 1 person taking the order and making them.

    If I could give them a negative rating I would… I waited for 29 minutes for my mobile order.. when I asked for help with ordering through their app I was told they didn’t have time to talk and help me. Horrible customer service .. no sense of hospitality or urgency. I remember the days when they prided themselves in 30 seconds or less. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have an issue with this location. The person working the register needed way better training than she was given before being put in her own to figure it out.     I ordered a coffee in the drive through. When she handed it to me, the lid was not secure, and it dumped hot coffee on my hand. It hurt. And I said “the lid wasn’t on that, you dumped it on my hand” the manager who said her name is Christina, proceeded to yell at me telling me it wasn’t her fault. She was the one who handed it to me! An apology would have been acceptable. Anything would have been acceptable except the direction she took it in. She wouldn’t tell me her name, and tried to withhold that she was the manager of the store. I’ll be running this up the corporate flag pole, this is not how you run a business.
