Very expensive coffee, the markup is insane at this place. I paid $16 for a tall cappuccino and iced green tea! Plus the queue is very long and the baristas don't really care

Stayed at this hotel in May 2022 and patronised this Starbucks almost everyday. Didn't really enjoy the experience. The service was not of the normal Starbucks standard. Long queue. Slow. And I didn't know why they still expect tips when it was mostly self service.

Horrible! Coffee had no taste. Not a true representation of Starbucks situated at a prime location inside Marriott. Your quality should be top Notch if you are charging prime rates for coffee and food. The egg bites were horrible as well one was over cooked and other undercooked. No sriracha sauce or black pepper or hot sauce. I have been to every Starbucks in Hamilton and never had this experience of bad service and bad product. I paid double the price for everything because of a so called prime location. Your staff needs training.

I wish I could give them no stars,but this is the most horrible Starbucks store I ever went. No customer service, the cashier lady was not able to understand what I wanted , I simple asked them to give me STARBUCKS- DRAGON DRINK..( that had coconut milk ) but instead they put in the actual milk and surprisingly they wee very confident about the drink. I wasted 42$ there coz I took 3 of them. PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE THEY NEED SOME SERIOUS TRANING. WORST STORE !!!

This place is horrible. They charged us $6 USD for a small chocolate milk. They charge in USD and it's a total rip off. They charged us over $40 USD for 1 coffee, 1 mocha, and 3 oatmeals. Do not go here!!

Tourist trap pricing at its finest.$9 for a cappuccino and they won’t give you a cup of water for your kid without a charge. Ultimately reviews should hold the Marriott responsible for allowing it.

It was okay. First time I’ve been there, the cashier lady was not so friendly. There’s another lady, when I went another time, she seemed okay.

Price is high than usual. The barisats are very courteous and friendly and will make effort to prepare the right coffee for you. Hot drinks are prepared in the best signature way, at times cold drinks need more of your instructions for them to make it right. Not a lot of choice on bakery but quite decent to choose from.

Service was mediocre. But was a normal Starbucks. Good coffee. High prices. Staff didn't know how to add points to my lolality card.

The good thing is there are signboard for the location.view is good . Extra staff would help in reducing the lineup

Good service but definitely a tourist trap as everything is more expensive than the regular Starbucks outside. Can't even use my stars redemption here.

Prices are outrageous and they don't accept cash. Am happy to spend my cash somewhere else.

Got a Strawberry Coconut "Pink Drink" and an Everything Bagel with cream cheese. It was pricy, Paid $16, but it was delicious 😋 Update: 8/3/23 Today I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Coconut drink for $10.75. They were very busy and people were complaining about their wait time, so the staff was rushing through orders. My order was messed up by adding lemonade instead of Coconut. I didn't say anything because they were overwhelmed, but now I have a tart drink that I don't really care for.

Disorganized staff on duty and totally no teamwork at all. I was only getting pastries and it took so darn long. Good luck to those getting coffee. No one takes ownership of their duty.

We convenient, yes but cost is very high. Fine I will pay it. Biggest problem is the fruit flies in the display case. Staff was sweet but seemed to be overwhelmed and one newbie.

the starbucks was so clean and such friendly staffed. not busy at all we got our drinks fast and it was so good. we got the caramel frapp and the pumpkin spice cold brew, the pumpkin spice cold brew just tasted like normal cold brew nothign special.

THIS PLACE IS OVER PRICED, THE SLOWEST ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE 4 WORKERS AND THEY USE ONLY 1 TOASTER THEN THEY GIVE 1 KETCHUP PACKET AND 1 CREAM CHEESE WHICH DOESNT COVER HALF THE BAGEL AND REALLY 1 KETCHUP PACKET FOR AN EGG SANDWICH COME ON. FIRST STARBUCKS IS OVERPRICED SO THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO GIVE OUT CONDIMENTS. IT'S A JOKE AND SO IS CANADA IN GENERAL AT NIAGRA FALLS, JUST A BIG RIP OFF EVERYWHERE.

Amazing service.. BUT how can a manager make his/her colleagues work freezing in the cold?? Give them a warmer outfit. Why do they have to deal with it?

Got a dragon fruit refresher . Lady seemed not the friendliest . When she made the drink she asked for a tip . Didn’t give her one . Drink was about 10 dollars . It was all Ice, barely any drink. If you want rude service and pay 10$ for a cup of ice , go for it !

A little pricy and it’s not a corporate store. Cannot redeem stars or Starbucks rewards here, just be aware. Baristas are super nice and have gotten our order right many times! Definitely coming here every morning for coffee and breakfast items. Pleasant interactions every time.

Jay and her crew this morning were exceptional....listened attentively and very friendly ....thank you! Yesterday morning's staff the cashier especially was horrible!

The people complaining clearly are not used to good coffee and probably are used to Tim Hortons or other low-rent coffee. Amazing staff, great iced caramel macchiatos, and very quick for my breakfast with the spinach feta wraps :)

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They burnt my breakfast wrap so much that it basically turned into a pita chip and just crumbled into pieces when touched. Coffee was also terrible and watered down. On top of that….prices are double a normal Starbucks.
