Should be a 4.5 but they don’t let you give half scores for some reason. THIS PLACE, THIS is THE place to go for food if you’re visiting Clifton hills. The food is better than average and best of all? The food is all normally priced. They keep the prices low by adding a 3% fee to your entire check. Now before you get up in arms, remember: 3% is only $3 if your bill is $100. Compared to the rest of the joints in Clifton hills (which are 2-3 times their normal prices) this place is a godsend. If you visit Clifton Hills, this is a must visit.

When in Niagara and needing a break from all the touristic and packed places, Chuck's offer a chill sport's bar environment. The beer selection is limited, but delivers on what it is expected. The beer deals between 11am-5pm are very good, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The value for money is extremely good with the food platters being much cheaper than anywhere around it. Totally recommend it for a few chill hours.

We went in while we were on vacation for dinner. We were glad we did. It was fantastic and quick service too. Our server was amazing too. Food was perfect and filling. Much better than the Hardrock Cafe!! I'd recommend for sure

Anywhere you find a Chuck’s you should go for lunch or dinner. Food is delicious, service is always excellent and prices are reasonable. There are a few famous restaurants in the same location as this Chuck’s that would cost you 2 or 3 times more. Don’t waste you money going there. Chuck’s has the same quality for much less. The kids enjoy their meal and so do adults. This Niagara location is as good as any Chuck’s you can go.

Great ambiance, great food, even better prices! I can't beleive how amazing this place is. From the moment you set foot in the restaurant you're welcomed by the awesome Harley Davidson in front and only after you pass that, will you be able to see the nice décor of the place. The food is absolutely delicious and the cherry on top of that is that the prices are so reasonable! This has become my go to in Niagara area.

The prices at this restaurant are pretty affordable compared to a lot of other places but the food is not really worth it. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our main courses and they weren’t that good. I asked for a medium well steak but got well done instead (same thing for 2 other people I went with). I also wish that there were more side options available as there were very limited to begin with. The drink that I got was okay and I didn’t really finish it. The ambiance and service are good.

If you’re ever visiting Niagara Falls this place is definitely very good for steaks, burgers and appetizers. The value and price is totally worth it compared to the other steakhouse’s in the area, other restaurants charge double the price. Quality is very good and fresh. They cooked the steak perfectly to the desire you like it. I ordered a medium rare T-bone steak and they put a pink stick on it to show customers it was done properly. I will be coming back again when I visit Niagara. Oh and the T-bone Steak entree was on $18 👍

Great value and friendly service! Niagara Falls is a tourist trap with accordingly mediocre food options, but this Chucks location has good food at reasonable prices, and service was fast and very friendly! We had some appetizers, wings, ribs, steaks, and burgers, and all the food was good. Beer was nice and cold as well!

We came here for late lunch. I ordered the Top Sirloin + Lobster. It was excellent. The service was also great. Great place to stop by for a nice meal or for anyone visiting Niagra Falls. Highly Recommended

First time trying Chucks while in Niagra falls, the food was fabulous. The porterhouse was on point cooked to perfection. My husband's salmon was delicious! I do wish that they had a few more options for appetizers however, kinda of glad that we didn't get appetizers,if we had I probably wouldn't have eaten my whole meal and was to yummy not to finish. Best steak I've had in a restaurant in a long time!! Our waitress was fairly new so she wasn't completely sure on a couple things but she asked other servers and they all were super friendly and nice! Will definitely be back

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill overall was very well which is why they get a five for atmosphere. The food was good it was a four not a five. The service our bartender she was friendly, but felt like she could have visited us a little more but also could tell she was overwhelmed. My girlfriend and I were visiting from the states and we had a great time there and the steak and lobster overall was wonderful.

This place with an interesting atmosphere of an "road" but quality restaurant. The food is varied for all tastes. We liked the dishes we ordered. I want to separately note that with us there was a person with an allergy to some products. When we asked the waitress about this, she offered us a table with all the dishes from the menu, which indicated what could be contained in these dishes. This is very correct and convenient. The staff is very friendly, patient (tourists are not always able to accurately and immediately explain what they want), polite, friendly.

Family friendly place in the Niagara tourist region that is reasonably priced and gentle to the wallet! Our kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and pasta ($6.99 each but no drink - which was ok for us). We enjoyed our mains - the fish tacos and also the surf and turf meal... limited wine list and beer, but price point and quality was our priority. Will definitely will return. Just note they do have a "honest to goodness" fee which is something they do apply - 3% of the cost of the items ordered. Great for groups too! Our party of seven enjoyed our time there and the hospitality great.

Good service. Amazing pricing and good food. The ambiance is nice too, a mix of family, coupes and larger groups of teens having some fun. All tables around us had decent portion sizes and the food looked good. Beers and drinks also have a great price. Will def come back whenever I’m in the area.

The 4 of us had lunch here and we ordered 3 burgers and I had the 7 oz steak with salad. All was great. Service was slow even though they were not busy for a Sunday afternoon. Food quality was great. Staff was somewhat friendly . Would definitely go back!

“Niagara Falls Fun & Delicious Charm” Friendly attentive service (Nick) our server was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful, the whole time. He made the visit outstanding. We order the best full Rack of Ribs by far! a fresh spinach strawberry salad big enough to share and of course the perfectly grilled sizzling New York steak, was cook Medium to perfection, Bake potato sides. For desert we had the bread pudding with ice cream, smooth and light to end our fun night! Free and close walking distance parking was awesome! Overall great experience! I’ve been to several Chuck’s Roadhouse locations in different cities, but this location in Niagara Falls is by far the worse one! Every time I visit, it seems like they’re under staffed. You have to wait forever to place an order and good luck trying to flag someone down to get something. We ordered a few staples from their menu - fish and chips, Chuck’s Philly Cheese, Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The fish and chips were a nice portion, both pieces of fish were quite big though it was on the bland side. The Philly cheese steak was alright, lukewarm, good flavours, the bun held everything together nicely. When I saw the buffalo chicken sandwich, I had to ask the server if that is the norm - the brioche was so small that I had to hold it with 2 fingers! She assured me that that was the correct size. I’ve had Chuck’s burgers before and this is probably half the size. The chicken was cold and it felt like eating a kids burger… I was still hungry after eating it. I think the best part of the entire meal was the dessert and hot fries. I guess I just have to make a note to not go to the Niagara Falls location ever again.

Amazing place! Such good prices and good food. Most of the items we got were great and the specials of the week also look amazing, like beer or appetizers for half price. Nice crowd as well. There are a lot of other locations in the GTA we didn't know about and will come back for sure! Prime Rib sandwich was very good.

We happened to visit on a weekend, so the prime ribs were on the menu. It was very tender and soft, super well cooked. The full ribs were tasty too, though we would have loved a bit more sauce Service was a 6/5. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and were happy to suggest any drinks and answer any questions we had.

First time to this particluarlocation but I've been to this chain before. This particular locations' atmosphere and vibe seemed a bit different than what I remember tbh this particular location seems a bit muted to toned down, and more geared towards families tbh. Was a bit of a wait before we were seated but the place was relatively full. Server was friendly enough but could've been a bit more attentive (acknowledged that it was busy). Food was alright, typical Chucks. Decent but not fine dining at all. Had the surf and turf, steak wasn't as tender as it could've been. Also had the chicken sandwich which was just 'meh'. Overall I would still return to this chain and this particular location as the price is definitely right. I also still recommend to those who have not tried this place to give it a shot, it's not the best but it's cheap!

The food was very tasty and this was honestly a great value for money. Our waitress was super awesome (kind and on the ball, even offering us coffee cups for the kids leftover pop so it didn't go to waste). Even outside of tourist areas, finding kids meals for these prices is actually impossible, nevermind in the middle of Niagara. Without a doubt we will be back the next time we're in town.

Everything relies on only the server who takes care of your table. Even if we try so hard to call another waiter they told me that your waiter will take care of you soon. So, I need to wait a very long time until the waiter who takes care of my table walks around me even though they have plenty of waiters/waitresses. The food and price are ok but I have a bad experience with the services. I have to deduct 2 stars for the services.

This strawberry pecan salad was the one of few good things I can say about this place. Aweful services from the server who took our order gave me a mental breakdown. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had from a restaurant, in all cities we have visited in Canada and overseas. I well understand the behind-the-scenes when running a restaurant and the hard work from the people who make it happen, but we couldn't reason how we were rushed to order the food, showed attitude and served neglectfully that night. I can't believe this type of services is from a well-known chain of restaurants with multiple locations. If I had known I would be treated that badly, I'd even be happier to choose Karen's Diner, at least I'd be prepared mentally for it. There were other great options (local restaurants) in town we had on our list and it was such an disappointment how this turned out. If you still want to try, go with the salad and wings, don't even attempt to try the chicken leg or upgrades, it can be overcooked and wouldn't worth the price. The manager was reasonable but it couldn't save our worst experience. Catch some time to train your staff on hospitality please, you waste a nice location with that type of services.

My husband and I had our first experience at Chucks Roadhouse in Niagara . Boy oh boy was this some lip smacking, finger licking delicious!!!!! By far the best, cook to perfection steak we’ve ever had! Great location and nice atmosphere. The manager was a pretty rad guy! We will highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We were invited there by our friends. Nice restaurant with large variety of food. If you go there to have a beer and a quick bite, the best option (most economical) will be to get a pitcher :-). Attached pictures are showing a steak, lobster, salmon, beer, cesar salad, mushrooms and other sides. Do not need reservations. The place is large and usually there is no waiting.

Food is quite cheap here, $25 for Sirloin and Lobster tail. But of course, for this price, the taste of food is not that good. Service is decent and appetizers are half price after 9 pm.

nice staff, they'll make sure your needs are definitely attended..nice food for an affordable price..we ordered chuck's burger and the $25 steak meal with corn and fries, i just upgraded mine to sweet potato and all is so good..!!! even the cheese sticks are yummy! will surely come back here next time we visit Niagara again..

Loved the Niagara Chuck's. Went for dinner and had the steak and lobster tail. Delicious. Super friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. Going back for happy hour again. Jack the waiter was excellent as was Jessica the bartender. Both fabulous.

Always great food here! Our waitress was very nice and got to us promptly. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and all the sides were great! Their Caesar salad is amazing! Prices are reasonable and there was no wait.

What an amazing food and service! We had to wait a bit for our table but it was delicious, the server was amazing! Definitely coming back

This was truly an awesome steakhouse !!! My porterhouse was big , tender and juicy , also it was grilled exactly how I like it . Another standout to us was the chuck's Caesar salad 🥗 😋 ... we highly recommend chuck's because of the excellent value for your money.

Had a great time. Great food and a shout out to our server for awesome service. Sorry we didn't catch her name. One downside was they where 86 on a couple of things but didn't effect our meal at all and isn't unusual in these CoVid times. Recommended

I'm not sure where you can find a better steak at the price they serve at in the area. This place has it all, good selection of apps, cheap beer, as well as cheap (but well cooked) steaks. Lots of TVs as well to catch the latest sport games here
