We bought a hot chocolate for $4/cup expecting a cup of ready-made hot chocolate instead the women behind the counter handed me a paper cup with a hot chocolate powder packet which probably cost them less than 50 cents!

Maybe they would actually sell something if their prices weren't completely crazy.

You're not in Kansas anymore, so be prepared for steep snack pricing. $3.50 for bottled soda $4.29 bag of ships $10.00 personal pan pepperoni pizza $4.50 medium cup of fries $9.49 hot dog and fries ____________________ Ice cream: Located separately was amazingly a better deal, sharable cup was $4.50, and a dollar more for two scoops, definitely shareable, and pretty damn good.

It is excellent for what it is meant to be. It is connected to a gift shop, ordering is done via kiosk and there is a large area to wait that is climate controlled. The food itself is good with the price in the normal range for a snack bar. If you order the pizza logs with fries, note you actually get four but they are small, so it is great for sharing. A couple really important things to remember to set expectations: - This is a snack bar, not a restaurant. Think of what you would get at a small town local high school football game or community park - It is meant as a convenience for those who are hungry or just want to warm up. The prices are normal but high compared to local fast food - however there are no fees to get into the park and someone had to transport the food to the top of the water fall - There is a restaurant nearby if you prefer a sit down eating experience

Look, you know the food is going to cost a bunch because you're literally right by the falls. But honestly when I was in desperate need of chicken fingers, chicken fingers they had. And they were good.

Expensive, but taste okay. If you're hungry, come here. There few choices around this world class touristic place.

$6 small fries were good but not worth the 10 minute wait. I had to ask... and then they handed me the fries. Five or six people couldn't seem to figure out how to get orders out of a window

This lady makes this place a 1 Star. Replace her and I am sure this place will be more welcoming. She has a bad attitude. Not just with us, but with other customers we seen her interact with too.

(Translated by Google) Far too expensive for the quantity, a scam. I have never seen such an unfriendly waiter. He literally threw the hot dog on the counter for us!!?!? Flee or plan a picnic!

This is an awful place. Service is really bad. Food is really expensive. They charged 4$ for hot chocolate and just gave us empty cups and packets. Only reason they are surviving because of location as visitors want something hot after getting wet in cave of the winds.

$6 fries, something like $5 for a single muffin, really just everything is expensive. The ordering screens don't work save for one, so a huge line builds up behind you while you order with your family. The drinks are fine but that's of no credit to the establishment — it's just regular old fountain drinks, with the only difference being a bigger price. Disgusting too, lots of yellowjackets around. Atmosphere made me feel like I was in a middling amusement park minus the rides.

An alright place to snack. A bit pricy cause all that has to do with tourists has that mark up. But it was not too bad here. Mom asked if they had salads here. The cashier had no idea that such word even existed. It is alright though, understandable. Outdoors sitting area was kind of swarming with yellow jackets. Kind of annoying.

DO NOT EAT HERE: Food: Cold and cheaper school lunch food. Not worth the $14 minimum price tag. Service: Very slow for food sitting under heat lamps pre made. Atmosphere: the seating area outside is horrible. Covered in bees, but the worst part was is watching people change their babies on the tables and nothing being done about it. Not worth the price, or in general. Stay clear people.
