    Old time bar and prices, good people, bartenders, Sue is soooo nice to all! I now live in San Diego but do visit in the summer ,My friend Carmen and I drink Manhattans but he was in a bad car crash, see you soon.

    Typical watering hole. Not the fanciest place, but the drinks are strong and the beer is cold. Haven't tried the food, but I have heard it isn't bad for bar food.

    This place was a great time. Joey was an amazing host - kept the drinks flowing and was quick on the cleanup when we had an accidental spill. Highly recommend the late night food - the nachos, pretzels and popcorn were delicious.

    My local bar. People are friendly as are the Bartenders. Finally upgraded there TV'S to HDTV. Prices are reasonable. Small selection of food, but all homemade. Great jukebox. You can play Quickdraw, or get scratch offs from the machine. Nice laid back place.

    We love the Jolly Jug! Definitely our hometown bar of choice. If you're looking for something fancy or trendy this is not the place for you. It's definitely down home, relaxed atmosphere with one pool table and good drink specials, and friendly bartenders!

    Love this place! Great food great atmosphere! It’s my favorite dive bar in Tonawanda/Amherst area! Lotta laughs! I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a great time! Even if you don’t remember it lol P.S. Bri is the best

    Wasn't too impressed. Hard to find. Service was sub-par. Bartender was pregnant. People stare at you if you're not a regular it seems. Kind of felt uncomfortable. Just my opinion.

    The Jug used to be the typical dive bar. It appears to be changing, the old jukebox was blocked off but they added a lot of food.

    Hadn't gone out in two years but decided I wanted to go here. It was good to see some familiar workers still there like Susie, Bev, Joe, and Kimberly - great people...still great prices and the menu seems a bit bigger...still a really eclectic crowd that all seems to jibe.
