    Very affordable, Clean and I never felt unsafe. First thing we did was lift the sheets and checked for Bedbugs. NADA! The water pressure in the shower with massage was unbelievable!! Did I mention this was a very, very clean motel? Which is unusual for a cheap motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The motel is decently priced. The rooms are clean. It has a lcd television, 2 beds, one air conditioning system, a reading desk and a chair, an iron box, a ironing table, hair drier, 3 pillows for each bed, along with blankets, towels, hand towels, soaps and shampoo, one fridge and a microwave. The service is good and the checkout is easy. I recommend this hotel

    Had planned a trip to Niagara falls and was looking for a budget place to stay for 1 night. Knights Inn was perfect for this as you don't spend too much and get a decent place to stay. The rooms were clean and were also equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. The person at the reception is really nice. He told us all about Niagara Falls and it's various attractions. He also told us about interesting places we could visit around the area.

    Overall a decent place to stay. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently, with new decor to give it a fresh look. The bathroom did not appear to get the same treatment... It was fine, but it appears the vanity was removed to outside the bathroom leaving a large gap. To top it off, the toilet was far too close to the wall to be comfortable. Everything else was great. A side note: the wifi seemed unusually good here. Better than a lot of other hotels I've stayed at.

    Super helpful check in, saved us lots of money with the tips we were given. Room was basic but clean. Great shower..water pressure is amazing! Beds comfortable, heat and air conditioning is quiet. Would recommend!

    Very good location and close to all attractions. Rooms were clean and had a working fridge and microwave which was a plus. Hower for the prices charged, Could use some improvements 1. Bathroom door had warped and needed fixing. 2. Sink would get blocked and needed constant tweaking to get it to drain. 3. Front desk is very stingy with coffee and creamer. Had 4pple in the room but only 1 coffee pack. When I went in to ask for more gave only coffee paks, but not sugar or creamer. Ended up going to 7-11 next door and got coffee.

    Very friendly staff...impatient staff who helped with Complex TV programming. Bathroom needs some work with peeling bath tub and sidings falling apart. Everything else was excellent to include most staff, setvice, cleanliness, ambience and freshness of room.

    We were on a trip to Niagara Falls, and found a coupon book on our way where Knights inn had their ad. Upon arrival at property we were hesitated but the front desk clerk was kind enough to show us the rooms. It was very clean and seemed newly renovated. They had coffee makers and free WiFi and easy parking. They even gave us suggestion for good restaurants and directions for Falls and all the information was spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend our friends and family and will come and stay here again. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable.

    I have booked two rooms. it's worst experience ever in USA for hotel booking. No courtesy bath room , no chair to sit in office for quest. Worst hospitality. This is near high voltage wire line. I booked through cheapoair, they have issues with third party booking and without notify me they cancelled my reservation. I have to stand out side 2 hours with kids to confirmed another hotel booking. They didn't considered even coming from outside state after travelling 8 hours. Need refreshments in office room 200 % not recommend this for nagayara falls trip, otherwise it will become nightmare..
