THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD! We booked 2 rooms for 1 night - 3 kids, myself and grandparents. After we checked out we got a call that we allegedly stoled their filthy bedsheets and towels! Are you kidding me? Check your cameras and talk to your housekrepers before making ridiculous accusations. They charged my card without any prove and any right. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If we had not already left the state and continued on our trip to NY, we would have went back and called the police ourselves on the spot. This is absolutely outrageous! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! YOU WILL GET ROBBED FROM THEM! Now, I will make sure everyone is aware and this miserable motel and it's ridiculous staff! We have stayed in various hotels throughout our whole lives and we've never had any issues. This is the first time I am writing a review because people need to be careful when they book cheap motels near Niagara Falls. I guess you get what you pay for! Stay away from Super 8/Kenmore!

!!!DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!! I REPEAT!!! I never in my life complain or leave bad reviews about a place. But this hotel deserve it!!! My boyfriend and I booked this place for saturday night and was at the hotel for 3 hours then we left for the rest of the day. we came back at 9pm, starting laying down and just relaxing. Then, around 12am, my boyfriend started itching on his leg so we started looking around the bed. we found a BEDBUG!! on the bed. we took a picture of it and started packing our stuffs and went to the front desk to inform the guy that was working about the situation. he called his manager and told him about the situation. After that he went upstairs to checked the room.. So, apparently the manager told him that he won’t able to give us a new room because they’re afraid that “the bedbug will go to another room” and won’t give us a refund because we used the room which we was only at the room for 3 hours, not the whole day. It’s 12am!! so i did not want to argued with the guy at the front desk. I asked him for the manager name and phone number and left. we had to look for a different hotel in the middle of the night! Next morning, i called the manager and explain him about the situation. He was very rude! he still agreed to not give me my money back so i told him i will send him the picture of the bedbug which i did. HE CLAIMED THAT IT’S NOT THEIR ROOM!! AND THAT HE WENT TO CHECKED THE ROOM AND SEE NOTHING. I was speechless and very angry. who would ever fake about seeing a bedbug on the bed in the middle of the night?!! I didn’t even care about my money at that point so i told the Manager (Sam) that i will be calling the corporate about this place and let them know about this whole situation. i am very disappointed. bad customer service and very rude.

!!! AVOID !!!!!! COCKROACHES everywhere!! See my pictures! Changed rooms to 2nd floor but even it had roaches. - MINISTRY OF HEALTH should audit this place and would SHUT IT DOWN immediately!! - Somebody vomited in the hallway(see pics) & 12hrs later no one to clean it up! DISGUSTING condition of the rooms and whole motel. - Wyndham / Super 8 should really revoke this franchisee owner Sam from running this place! - Whole place smells like mold & smoking, even though they say it’s non-smoking. Windows didn’t lock. -> Very cheap owner Sam is of this motel. They don’t even use garbage bags in the trash cans & use the cheapest quality for toilet paper was like using sandpaper! How much money are you trying to save Sam? - False advertising, no fridge or microwave in room, & don’t have cribs as mentioned on their website. - Rooms are so small & They allow dogs which 2 pit bulls almost jumped my kids in staircase. No elevator! Near train tracks so expect train horns all night. - Rude front desk staff like the lady Michelle does the have any customer service skills and hangs up phone on you. -> Avoid if you don’t want to have a negative experience. Our families paid $200/night/room for 3 rooms for 3&2 nights. Over $1000 wasted on this place.

Not clean. Had hair in the showers and dirty carpets. There were holes in the sheets. No option for a hot breakfast and barely any coffee. Hallways smelled like smoke through the entire building even though it was non smoking. No microwave or refrigerator in the room.

The lady who check us in late night on June 14th. 11:30pm was nice and polite. The next morning I called to get a late check out and was told their policy was $20 an hour after checkout. I could afford it but didn't like how the guy basically schooled me on their policies. And then his wife or relative knocked telling us we have to check out and she also proceeded to tell us about their policies. Anyway, this is the 1st time I've ever had to pay for a late check out. Rooms smelt like wet dog. Sheets looked dirty and worn out. I had to get toilet paper cause the room had 1 roll that was almost spent. When I checked out the lady gave me a dirty look and didn't even bother to speak to me. For the price, I could of gotten a better quality hotel, so shame on me. BUT, what looks like to be relatives that run or work at the hotel really should learn customer service skills. I travel all over the US and I do not recommend this place. Pay the extra $20/$30 and get a nicer hotel like Hilton.

Room was clean, but owners were rude. (The older man at the desk and the female “manager”.) To the point of harassment. The man yelled at my husband for using two paper cups for his coffee (didn’t bother to explain that there were heat sleeves) and the female walked up and down the halls banging on doors right at the time of checkout. This family definitely does not belong in the hospitality business.

Do not ask for towels because the staff will flip out. My wife asked for a towel and she received a hotel response from manager at the hotel. He came and brought it to our room and I took it and told him I did not appreciate his rude response to my wife. The manager lost it and tried to get the towel back. I put it in our room and he tried to break in our room. The police had to come. I talked to the police and they said they have to go to this hotel all the time for the staff and the residents. So be careful. It is close to Niagara Falls and cheap but buyer beware.

One of the worst hotels where I have stayed. First, I need to say that the hotel looks better in the pictures, yes, I know it was a very cheap option, but cheap is not a synonym of dirty. The hotel had a horrible smell, halls, rooms, bathroom, everywhere. Additionally it smelled like if people were allowed to smoke in their rooms. Rugs are disgusting, it seems like they have not cleaned them in ages. There's a railroad just behind the hotel, so yes, expect train noise if you are staying here, because the rooms are not properly isolated. If at least the staff had been friendly my rate would have been higher, but the worst I have seen, there was a gentleman staring at me and my friends all the time like if we were going to steal something, while taking breakfast in the kitchen he came and stared at us several times in a very weird and uncomfortable way. We asked for information and same thing, this gentleman doesn't have any clue about customer service, always grumpy, not even replying to a "hello, good morning".

No stars. Over priced at $200 for a tiny bed for two adults and one kid. Room smelled like tobacco smoke. Rude front desk agent. Hotel doesn’t carry extra pillows. A/C doesn’t work. Only reason I didn’t book elsewhere is because my family is moving and I am too lazy to repack the car. Why do you need a code to operate the TV? The TV is a flat screen but in Standard Definition. There were no bags in the garbage bins.

The staff was great, but unfortunately we found bed bugs in both rooms we rented. This caused us a major plan change in our trip. This just happened today, and we reported it to them, and they refunded us. That’s why we gave them 2 stars. Other than that, it was noisy, and the breakfast was kinda lame.

I didn't stay here, but I am a Wyndham Rewards member, and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to print a document I needed to cross the border when I desperately needed it printed - on a Sunday when the printing places are closed 👍 Lobby looks and smells nice!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The old Indian guy who was the receptionist thinking like we are slave. The bed was really bad.And the bathroom lock was not working, when we informed this one to the receptionist(old man) he was telling mostly families will come here they don't need any lock.Don't ever book this hotel .If there is any option for any negative rating option I will definitely give that

I stayed here while my wife was in Kenmore Mercy. I've stayed in worse places than this. The guy at the desk was cool and the rooms were clean with no bugs. It met all my needs. Checked in and out with no trouble at all.

This hotel was CLEAN, ROACH FREE and BED BUG FREE. i checked out THREE other hotels and the area all of which had bed bugs and roaches when I did a sweep. Got my money back though. The manager here was patient with me, listened to my experience, checked the room with me to assure me of no bed bugs. He offered to dry my clothes (for his safety and mine, as heat kills any chance of bed bugs) that I had entered the other hotel in. He restored my faith in NY hotels. I was also a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and respected here.

Had reservations for queen beds, only has full size (2) in each room. Has a freight train that goes by. Toilet ran all night off and on. Beds are comfortable! That's a plus. Only 25 minutes from niagara falls.

Besides the older middle eastern guys bad attitude, it's an okay place to stay for a night or two. Rooms were clean and the front desk attendant was nice.

It was the worst experience of all my life with hotel service. The first thing I saw was they didn’t give any discount to military members to one of their customers. When I checked with Super 8 website it clearly mentions about military discount but the old guy(owner) denied discount. When I checked my room, they hadn’t cleaned the bed sheets and reused the same one. There was a lot of stain in sheets and pillows. It looked so disgusting. Moreover, the owner was refusing to change sheets even though I requested and he began arguing that it is his not job to change. That was very bad customer service I ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this motel. Never again.

Not a good hotel for Family. Avoid as there is security concern. Lot of smoking people around. Very basic breakfast. Very old outdated rooms. Very small beds.

I thought with Wyndam name with Super 8, it would be better quality. Room was clean (except for stained carpet). Bed was nice, but a little too soft for me. There's a hole in the bathroom ceiling that I was expecting something to fall from floor above us. No fridge, one pillow, (had to get our extra ones from car), no cart to bring stuff from car. Price was ok, but bad location right next to tracks. Walls are paper thin. We can hear people above us walking around. Annoying at 11 pm. We'll stay here again only as last option.

The worst experience for me First dissatisfaction booking through booking. Com The entrance had some foul smell Rooms.very small Very dusty and dirty bedding my toddler couldn't sleep the two nights we were there she kept coughing nonstop until morning l guess its its something to do with bedding because she's allergic to dust. It's said its non smoking place but it's was smelling smoke most of time. Last at the checking out the housekeeper lady and the front desk guy accused us of stealing their hotel towel Which came at shock to us because we always carry with our traveling bag at least two towel so most we do not use the hotel towel Zero respect for us and false accusations from those two people we encountered But i think they need hospitality classes to teach them how to treat their customers Zero manners. There was free breakfast but we didn't bother The wifi was horrible working off and on. Please Canadian dont waste your dollars on this kind of hotel We ended booking one more night with millennium hotel and they served us great and also very welcoming and highly respectful to all the customers My toddler was okay the night we spend with this hotel no coughing.

Affordable boarding and conveniently located. Has a continental breakfast available but minimal accommodations in the room. There's a coffee pot but no mini fridge or microwave. Vending machines located in the hall. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the heater kicking on and off repeatedly no matter how high or low it was set. They also need to insulate better around the unit as a draft was felt from the top of it. There's a number of restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. I would stay here again.

It was decent but had an odd smell and the hallway ceilings were leaking. The toilet and tub were pretty stained up but clean just kinda off-putting with the yellowish colors. I liked that their breakfast was until 10 even though they didn't have much but it's better than nothing and the one lady at the front desk was extremely friendly. Rooms were kinda small also. I don't know if I'd stay there again but it wasn't terrible. Also you could hear people barely talking through the walls and every step above sounded like a stampede. Don't go here if you want quiet.

I wouldnt even give 1 star. They do not sanitize the room smelled so bad. The curtains had blood like stains on them. On top of all of that the room had no towels or remote. I didnt even shower the bathroom was disgusting plus i had no towels. Then checking out they accused me of stealing a towel and made me empty all of my belongings. Ill never stay here again i suggested you keep looking.

I have stayed here before while they were remodeling and chalked up the bad experience to that. This time was worse then the last. Tiny beds no fridge or microwave light in bathroom didnt work. Then the worst is wasnt told that people live here full time and are loud all night didnt get sleep at all. For 75 bucks i will go else where on my next visit

Very rude staff. Rooms are gross used bandaids stuck to bathroom floor room was very cold. Looked like blood stains on the wall. Just couple small spots and that may not be what it was. Sure looked like it though

0 Stars, worst experience ever at a Motel! Booked a room the same night for my wife and I to stay in. I informed the lady over the phone that we have two dogs, she told me that it would be $10 for the first dog and $15 for the next, which I have no problem in paying. We get to the hotel and the Manager at the front desk says, "No Smoking, "No Cats". A little confused, I raised two fingers and said I have two dogs, he laughed and then told us where the room was. The next day my wife goes to take one of the dogs out, and the Manager deactivated our room card locking her out and then proceeds to tell my wife that no dogs are allowed. He tries to tell me that when I said I had two dogs, he thought it was a joke. I told him the lady put a note on the account that we had two dogs, gave me the price of them and we were good to go. After finally being able to get our stuff from being locked out, he calls me and says we are being forced to check out now because no dogs are allowed. During this period we hear multiple dogs barking coming from multiple rooms. He said, you weren't charged for the dogs, now check out. I informed him I have no problem paying the extra fee, but he proceeded to force us to check out. I went to double check my bank statement, and they charged me an extra $30 for the dogs. STAY AWAY

Bed covers were smelling so bad, hallway had smoking odor. Staff was non cooperative, we spent two days with clogged bathing tub. Please, don't book this place. You can find way better deal in almost same price.

My husband and I stayed at the Super 8 for our honeymoon in 2017. We had a great experience! In 2019 we made the mistake of staying at a different motel closer to our daughter. It was awful! In 2020 covid didn't allow us to travel. This year we decided to come back to Super 8 because we had such a good experience there. From now on when we visit New York, we plan on staying at Super 8. We were even accommodated with the same room we had for our honeymoon this year. Super 8 will be our go to motel from now on. Thank you, Mrs. Sandra Sipocz-Runyon

This is an old motel. The rooms, while clean and functional, are REALLY small. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is nothing if real interest around the hotel and getting into and out of the parking lot is not intuitive. I feel that there are several long term renters and possible families residing there, but it wasn't a problem. It's a great place to stay for a night for sleep on a transit through the area.

😠 Well, I had a very bad experience. I wanted to stay more than one night. But simply with the reception I had at the entrance, from then on I imagined what the rest would be like. The person at the reception has a very despotic attitude, they need more training apart from the fact that when I went u...
