Our
tour
guide
was
Gill,
and
he
was
wonderful!
Unfortunately,
his
accent
and
the
wind
sometimes
made
it
a
little
difficult
to
understand
exactly
what
he
was
saying,
but
that
was
only
a
small
portion
of
the
time.
He
was
cheerful,
funny,
energetic,
and
it
was
clear
how
much
he
loved
his
job,
because
it
energized
us
for
the
tour!
I
also
deeply
appreciated
that
when
they
called
to
confirm
the
day
before
the
tour
I
had
reserved,
that
they
took
the
time
to
remind
me
that
the
Maid
of
the
Mist
was
not
running
just
yet.
I
had
checked
all
of
that
before
I
reserved
the
tour,
but
it
was
so
nice
of
them
to
make
sure
I
was
okay
with
that
before
we
proceeded.
My
husband
and
I
could
barely
stop
talking
about
how
sweet
Gill
was
on
our
way
to
the
hotel.
(We
had
a
room
at
a
hotel
just
outside
the
area
they
pick
up
at,
so
we
had
to
shuttle
ourselves,
which
was
no
big
deal
to
us.)
I
do
feel
it’s
worth
mentioning
that
we
were
told
to
meet
the
bus
at
an
aquarium
parking
lot,
and
they
were
running
just
a
little
behind,
so
for
a
moment
we
panicked
that
we
were
in
the
right
place.
We
stepped
inside
to
make
sure
it
was
the
right
address,
we
were
assured
that
it
was,
and
sure
enough,
the
bus
pulled
in
right
on
time.
So
if
you’re
told
to
meet
them
at
the
Aquarium
of
Niagara,
you’re
in
the
right
place!
Don’t
listen
to
Google
Maps’
directions,
because
it
will
try
to
put
you
in
the
wrong
parking
lot.
Just
look
for
customer
parking
and
you’ll
be
good!
All
in
all,
we
were
thrilled
with
our
tour!
We
plan
to
make
a
return
trip
when
it’s
warmer,
and
we
may
also
get
another
tour
with
this
group!
It’s
worth
the
price
tag!
