Everyone seems miserable except for when talking to coworkers. I get that patient care isnโ€™t the most glamorous job but patients are there because theyโ€™re sick or injured. Hospital staff are supposed to be making ppl feel better not feel miserable and a burden. Iโ€™d rather take the half hour drive to any Buffalo hospital than go to this hospital again.

Went to ER @8pm and wasn't taken back until 3am. I still had to wait, it was now 7am and I left without treatment. This should be addressed by the management team.

Turned away from scheduled appointment for testing because of COVID-19 rise in WNY. This facility is one of the worst medical facilities in WNY. Certain people were not wearing gloves or masks. Or not able to provide assistance. I was wearing mine. ER ONE,NFMMC,GOLISANO CENTER FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH do not do their jobs. If I could post zero stars I honestly would.

Ladies had rude and disrespectful side conversation about patients at front desk. Took 2 hours for my brother to get a breathing machine because he can not breathe and he is shaking and crying and it hurts when he breathes and we continue to sit here for about 3hours

Triage people and nursing staff were rude. Was speaking over me when i was trying to explain how i felt. Telling me basically i didnโ€™t feel what i felt. Everyone acted like they were the doctor. I was in the room for four hours with no meds, throwing up and pooping constantly to which no one helped. When i explained to the nurse that the contrast made me sick she told me that wasnโ€™t a side affect though clearly i was getting ill. They sent my meds to a pharmacy that WAS CLOSED!!! So i couldnโ€™t get the medicine they prescribed. They diagnosed me with one thing and it turns out itโ€™s actually something different, but didnโ€™t call to let me know of that actual diagnosis. Then over the phone told me that my symptoms would just โ€œgo awayโ€ although itโ€™s been 5-6 days and im still feeling the same.

One of the worst experience. Kept calling male patient, a female "she" No one seemed to know what they were doing. Nurse was setting up to put an iv in. With her gloves on she touched a rusty pole, than went out of the room to do and touch who knows what. Than came back and tried to put the iv in... he Needed to get transported for xray, when attendednt showed up he was clueless to where he was supposed to take patient. And when he asked several nurses no one seemed to know either, they figured it out after several minutes. Same thing when asked to use the bathroom. Nurse grabbed another Nurse, who sent another nurse, who sent another nurse in the room.. none of the nurses knew how to detach the iv he was hooked up too. Finally the DOCTOR came in and unhooked the iv so he was able to use the bathrooms. I also wass unsettled when I heard the nurse talkin negative about a patients.. there is no privacy between rooms you Caan hear everyone's problems, concerns everything! And I never was to sure who was the actually nurse as there was at least5 different people attending, in and out of room.

Brought my Girlfriend in for extreme tooth pain at 5am because because her tooth broke and her nerve is exposed and no dentist is able to get her in, in enough time to help with the pain. Waited for 2 hours just for her to be bullied and insulted by an older nurse with long brown hair and glasses. She told her that they can offer pain meds to help but should just leave because it would take hours to get any help. Mind you there were THREE other people in the waiting room. She then pressured us to leave by saying that her pain must not have been severe enough because "she should be writhing on the ground in pain" when she spent all morning screaming in pain and was trying her best to hold it in to not cause a scene and embarrassed herself and bother the other people there. Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. All the nurse did was tell us to leave

Should be getting a zero star. My child woke up crying in pain and has been waiting for over 5 hours for help. This should have been an issue taken care of immediately.

No one should wait over 2 hours at an emergency center to be seen. However once your ready to go elsewhere there is a doctor readily available. Dont bother if your in pain here

The triage nurse was disgustingly rude and condescending, treated me as though i was med seeking even though my tooth was rotting out of my head and i didnt know where else to go cause there were no dentists open at three in the morning. I dont understand why people who hate other people become nurses. Only go to this emergency room if you hate yourself.

Overall, great care. A few hiccups here and there, but overall, nice job. I only gave 3 stars because I went on a Friday evening., And was told I needed a PT evaluation and that it couldn't be done until Monday. Most hospital I've dealt with had pt available 7 days a week. So as a result...had to remain in the ER until Monday morning. I felt I should have been brought in under observation status until then, not left in the ER. But overall, nice job.

Everyone was polite. I was seen within an acceptable time period, although I got a bit antsy ๐Ÿ˜‰. The Doctor who stitched me up was top notch.

It's sad that they feel making people wait 5 to 6 hours to be seen is ok.

Somewhat quick to get a room, but then hours for anything treatment wise. Seems chronically understaffed.

They treated my mother and my family so amazing. It was a busy day for these hard working professionals and they were so caring. They literally saved my mom's life. THANK YOU!!!!!!

There should not be a 6to 8 hour wait to be seen. This is Supposed to be an emergency room
