Great place large open venue and balcony area. Variety of different shows rock to comedy. Friendly staff. Fair prices on drinks. Plenty of security for your safety and the performers. Nice place I have been to numerous times and will definitely go back.

Nice old theatre with decent sound for concerts and fairly spacious area to watch the concert. Very fair prices at the bar compared to most venue prices. Good sized parking lot behind the venue you can park in for free, but get there early as it does fill up quick. Bathrooms were pretty dirty.

My favorite venue to see a concert. It's beautiful inside. I wish I could have had my wedding here. But sadly, COVID put it out of our budget. Don't let that stop you from looking into booking them for yours! It's really close to the Niagara Falls.

Amazing small concert venue. Have seen MANY bands here. From the Struts and USS, to Flogging Molly, The Dropkick Murphys and Marilyn Manson. The music ALWAYS SOUNDS GREAT. It has quickly become my favorite concert venue thus far. They also cater to weddings, large parties and other shindigs. 10/10 would recommend catching a show here.

Great Venue! Don’t let the neighbourhood scare you off! Very cool venue for a concert and the staff keep a decent bar setup. There was however holes in the floor of the bathroom lol

Really good concert there tonight. Maria Ajema open for Pappa Chubby! Great blues music! An amazing venue too! 1920's decor. So sad to see all the beautiful buildings boarded up and empty! Hopefully there will be resurgence in that area in the near future.

I've been here multiple times and always had a blast. Staff always treated me nice. Here's a picture of gwar from the last time I was there

Awesome venue, I’ve been attending concerts here since 2012. Recently saw GWAR here in 2022 and again last weekend it was such a great venue for it! Major kudos to the awesome security, I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly staff that actually talks to you and genuinely wants to just make sure you have a great night. Can’t wait to see another show here!

the bar takes up most of the space. VIP is located upstairs with a view of the stage and floor below. no chairs (they were added on during my visit to watch an episode) so it’s a great place for concerts. very beautiful inside. the women’s bathroom was awful, however.

Fairly large space, it was a great size for the event that I attended. My only gripe is that they are cash-only with a paid ATM inside. However, the owner setup a cashapp for those of us who didn't have debit cards on hand. Not sure if that's planned to be a permanent way of card payments but I'll take it over not being able to order anything.

There was security in the crowd outside the mosh pit to help pick people up when knocked down. First time I have ever seen this at a metal concert. Sound and experience was good. I only had water so I can't speak to alcohol prices

Security team is great and very responsive. Bartenders are nice and good at maintaining order in terms of who gets drinks first. Bathrooms could use some work--they tend to lack supplies during concerts.

Went w friends for the screening of Suspiria and heard that amazing original band named Goblin play the score live !! A magical unforgettable night ...so thankful for Rappids to host the event. Wonderful intimate venue .

A great concert hall, I loved the historic feel, smaller size, and the band sounded awesome.

Cool venue but I wish there were just a couple benches or tables to take a seat for a few mins. My feet and back always kill me there. Cash bar but they have an ATM.

Came in from Pittsburgh to see gaslight anthem and I was not disappointed. The venue staff was more then friendly. I'm handicapped and without even knowing about handicapped seating, I was greeted by security and escorted to the handicapped seating. Which really made my experience worth the travel. Thank's to the staff for making me want to come back again.

Went to see the Lacuna Coil concert. The venue was small and intimate. I loved it. It was pretty clean and the workers were very caring and informative.

Saw Starset they put on a fantastic show. A fight broke out and security was quick to de-escalate the situation.

Buyer beware - They will not help you get a refund for cancelled shows. I bought a ticket through etix.com for a show the City and Colour show that was cancelled in 2020. I was told through etix that I would receive a refund. After calling etix and harassing them for months I was told that etix was actually waiting for Rapids to approve the refunds. I reached out to Rapids multiple times and was told that refunds were going to be approved starting in 2022. It's been 3 months and I have tried reaching out to them again with no luck. I understand COVID caused a lot of issues, but taking $50-100 from people and not giving them a refund when it was communicated to them that they WOULD receive a refund is not a good business model. I see multiple reviews on here stating that people who had tickets to that same show never received their refunds. I won't be supporting this venue again. I want to add that I purchased other tickets through ETIX at different venues and received refunds for those within DAYS! This is clearly just Rapids not wanting to refund people their money.

Honestly a great venue. Been here a few times. Always feels safe, staff is great, and acts they get here are top notch. Love the lights and sound systems as well. Nice touch to serve some food too.

👍 I hope 🤞🏽 when I’m as old, someone will repurpose me like they did with this building. It’s an old school building that now houses new Art & Culture tenants. I visited the recording studio, Music Garden Sessions.
