Terrible terrible terrible. Service was nonexistent, paid 40 per person for all you can eat. And $14 for 6 pieces of tempura. We got chicken, pork, and beef, and a spicy variation of chicken and beef, which just had chili flakes sprinked on the top pieces of meat... We had to flag workers down three times to get more water, they never once checked in to see how we were doing or if everything was tasting good. The two workers were sitting at a table chatting with eachother the whole time. They gave themselves a 15% tip making our total for 2 people $120 calling it a "mandatory service fee". I asked what service fee, because we received zero customer service, we stated we're not paying a $15 dollar tip for service worthy of $0. Such a joke, food was not authentic or off the charts amazing. Image shows $95 dollars worth of food, before tax. Save your money, save your time. Never come here.

The food was good but overpriced. We should get two 4 side dishes but instead gave us 4 to share. Customer service is very poor. All 3 servers were leaning on the table and watched us eat instead of asking us if we need anything. When i tried to get their attention for our bill, all of them looked the other way and ignored me. We are not going back.

Went here on Saturday evening for dinner. The atmosphere is quiet and surprisingly not too busy. The server is attentive and courteous. The food is amazingly delicious. We ordered agedashi tofu (my favorite), chicken bulgogi, and chicken fried rice. Everything is 5⭐️

The food was great and came out quickly, the servers were very nice and even gave us suggestions on what we could add to our hotpot! The only possible complaint I could have is that it took a while for them to bring us the check. However, the place was busy at the time. The food is a little expensive too, with the hotpot being about $40.

This experience is only for all you can eat Korean bbq on the menu. First off, please read the menu carefully for “all you can eat korean bbq”. The meat variety is very limited. They only serve pork bulgolgi, beef bulgolgi, and chicken. There is also a certain time frame for “all you can eat”so make sure to dine in within the time frame. Now to the experience: side dishes that came with “all you can eat” was okay. There was probably only 4 side dish. Not a lot compare to my local Korean bbq places. My group and I was surprised that no lettuce came with this meal (they will have to charge extra). I think the meat was marinated well, not overly salty nor overly sweet. We asked for water and were served room temperature water. Note: the room environment becomes warm bc of the grilling. Overall: Not enough variety. Very limited.

Authentic Korean food! We tried Pork bone soup and Soft tofu stew. We loved both!! It was the best Korean taste in Canada :)

Before my visit I was worried after reading negative reviews, but this is a nice quality Korean restaurant. Service was also good and they were very attentive.

Great authentic Korean food. The 1 star reviews have never had anything other than burgers and fries in their life and have no authority to judge this kind of restaurant. Their ignorance should be a crime. In conclusion, this is a good Korean restaurant

Food could be better. The tempura was soggy and cold on the inside. Japchae was okay. The sides were average. The short ribs were good but pricey. Waitress was nice though.

Really bad 😖experience, I wont go again due to the extremely bad service, especially one of the 👎waitress.(an old lady). I suppose she is a racist😱. She ignored and disrespected me when I am trying to call her🤯. What is the most ridiculous thing is, she came to our table and 😡argue🥵 with us impolitely after I feedback to manager😡. I haven’t seen the waiters argued and talk loudly with the customers😤. So annoying! 😠I have not got such bad and disgusting service before. I am so disappointed with this restaurant. 😓 I hope she can treat other customer kind and politely🥹. And I still not received a “Apology” from this old waitress. 👎 By the way, the young male manager and the young girl provided an excellent and brilliant service for me. 👍🏻I appreciate it.

Large portions of authentic Korean cuisine; price is definitely warranted. We were craving some asian food and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ingredients as well as the intricacy of the chef’s cooking. Exceptional service paired with even better food! 100% a hidden gem in the Niagara Falls area, such a shame it’s a bit further from the other overpriced restaurants in Clifton Hill - would recommend any day of the week.

Absolutely love the food. Also love how they don’t literally ask how is my meal every 3-5minutes (which feels very annoying at times). Came for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast: - has western food to cater to locals - Korean authentic food and taste. Absolutely love the japchae. - wide spread for a decently priced breakfast buffet which includes maggi, tea, coffee, protein, noodles, porridge and more. Dinner: - bought medium portion stew and added a rice. Was more than enough to feed 4 adults. The portion is amazing. Overall: This place definitely deserved 5 stars. Love the ambience, location, service, food and more.

My family and I went here for the Korean bbq; it was our first time ever doing a korean bbq so we didn’t really know much about it or how it worked. the workers were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The one lady made sure we were seated comfortably, showed us how the grill operated, and served us this delicious spread of meat, rice, and other korean side dishes. The one male worker was so nice! he answered all of our questions politely and professionally, and even showed us how to grill and cut the meat properly to make sure it’s fully cooked. The rice was SO delicious, for some reason it was the best white rice i’ve ever had, it’s amazing!! The meat was so flavourful and filling, we accidentally ordered too much meat that we couldn’t finish, but the lady worker was super kind about it and we apologized deeply and left a big tip. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area, it’s so much fun with friends, and i feel like the more people, the better. It’s definitely more on the expensive side for the korean bbq ($37/person) so just make sure you arrive on an empty stomach because trust me, you’ll want to eat more!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this authentic Korean BBQ grill, and I cannot recommend it enough! The food was incredibly tasty, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. The customer service was top-notch, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal. What truly impressed me was the value for money. Not only did we get to indulge in the most delectable assortment of meats and flavors, but we also received more than what we paid for. The quality and quantity of the food exceeded our expectations, leaving us utterly satisfied. If you're looking for an authentic Korean BBQ grill with exceptional food and excellent customer service, this place is an absolute gem. Treat yourself and prepare for a truly unforgettable dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

They only have chicken, pork, and beef, The taste is the same. When we asked for more beef steak, we were served only the tiny sliced beef. really too sweet and no dry BBQ Source. it didn't worth the Price we paid for.

It was a really filling and lovely dinner to celebrate my friend. The vibe is nice and suitable to have decent conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service most especially was wonderful! Thank you to the lovely ladies who made us feel welcome.

All you can eat kbbq. Came out to be $37 per person. If each person can eat about 2 plates it's a decent deal. Chicken was pretty terrible, and the meat quality was definitely not consistent between the rounds of pork and bulgogi beef we had. "Spicy" variant of meat was just chilli flakes peppered onto the raw meat before being brought to the table. Standard Korean appetizers were provided but would've liked bean sprouts. Kimchi was a standout being easily the best of the bunch. Not sure if the burner was wonky but 1 side of the cooker was much hotter than the other side. Gratuities are calculated into the bill (15% pre-tax amount) so just pay total bill price and take all the change if you want.

Authentic Korean running restaurant with delicious dishes. The sweet, sour and spiciness is balanced and the services are friendly and kindness. My favourite is the sesame sweet and sour chicken. The portion is large enough for 4 people.

Atmosphere is poor. Food delivery is poor. I ordered twice recently the first time the seafood pancake I ordered was extremely thick and very little seafood. The second time I specifically asked them to make it thin, and to please cut it pizza style. I received a pancake with sauce upside down and it had 3x the greens as the last, slapped into the side of the box and cut into thick squares again. No attention paid to my request. For 30$ I will never come back for a pancake that they won’t even accommodate a simple request

Authentic Kbbq! Tasted so good and they gave large enough portions. There’s mix of sweet, sour and spicy in their choices. They have really good miso soup also! Service was really good as well.

Delicious with super quick service when we came in the afternoon! Seafood pancake was exactly what I was craving and the owner also gave us complimentary japchae Korean glass noodles on the side. Would come back to try the breakfast buffet next time!

So we went in for all you can eat dine in for lunch. It was my first time to experience this, but we cooked our own meat/meal! It was great and it tasted like a pro cooked it. Of course rice was unlimited and small sides and complimentary soup was included. A little bit pricey but it was ok. Look out though, the bill includes a 15percent tip which was ok, I would have tip more but it's locked in with no options.

The food was great, and not too excellent that would match its high prices. Restaurant is nicely decorated but seems not too busy during peek time. The customer service is 0 star since we got served after few group who came after us, no side dishes were offered until order came out. Water didnot came out until we leave. Just felt ignored.
