Very unprofessional place to work. Was hired as a bartender, did all of the onboarding paperwork that needed to be done. Had no issues while training. Nothing was brought to my attention - they said they were excited for me to be there. Then after 2 days of training, they terminated my employment VIA TEXT MESSAGE without warning. When asking what had happened as I didn’t understand what I could have done wrong, I was ignored. For a place to claim to be of such high caliber and class, this sure shows that they are anything but. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to broadening my abilities as a bartender and truly did enjoy to serve the members I was able to. The members are very sweet and wonderful people, however, the higher ups on staff need a lesson in etiquette when it comes to employing people. If it was a matter of me not fitting in to place as exquisite as this or I was doing something wrong and not fixing it, I would completely understand. But to tell someone you would see them for their next shift, then fire them the next day without any reason or warning is just unprofessional and classless.

Had my son's wedding there last week. Everything was excellent. Food was phenomenal! Staff members were very attentive. Couldn't ask for a better venue Thanks again.

Went to the chambers of commerce dinner, the service was extremely slow. Everyone was complaining on how long it took to get our food. The coffee never came. The few who got any said it wasn't hot. Some people left before the dessert came because it was so late. The girl next to me ordered chicken and received the beef. It was so late and she was starving that she didn't want to wait any longer. I have been to many functions throughout the years and always had a good experience. This ugly remodel has not only ruined the beauty of this lovely establishment but you have lost the ability to have run large parties. I heard one woman say she was thankful her daughter's wedding wasn't going to be there.

The place is in shambles, honestly it’s laughable. The amount of money you pay for what you get is ridiculous. They aught to be embarrassed. The only part of this club that’s hasn’t fallen apart is the golf course management. The food and the club house management is pathetic. They really need to hire some people who know what they are doing. Oh and not to mention they DO NOT support local, or the businesses of members, who have been members at the club for years. Needless to say if your looking for a club to join look elsewhere.

The staff were amazing and very pleasant. A very easy course to maneuver through. It was not overcrowded and very happy clientele.

Family wedding. Everything went well. The food was very good, however the garlic mash potatoes were a tad bit salty.

We just had our daughters wedding here Aug 13,2022. It was absolutely beautiful the food from the appetizers to the dinner was amazing. We have had so many friends and relatives comment on how delicious the food was and how much they enjoyed their meal. Mindy and her staff did a great job. The staff and the bartenders couldnt have been friendlier and more attentive to our needs. The room transformation was beautiful and what can I say about the view it is spectacular! I would highly recommend Niagara Falls country club for a wedding or function

Best golf course in this area. Fairways are lush, greens are fast and true. Clubhouse food and service is 2nd to none. If you're not a member, now's the time to join.

Attended several meetings here. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. The menu choices vary, food is good and meeting rooms are nicely set. One of the best views of escarpment!
