Very convenient 7 eleven in Niagara Falls, NY. Large selection of snacks, foods and drinks. Parking outside. I noticed not to many convenient stores around.

Oh good grief! There was nothing open in Niagrara Falls after 9pm on a Friday. Really? This was our only option for some food. (I know, but we did not have high expectations). We should have just grabbed some mustard and ketchup packs and gnawed on the soles of our shoes. I had 2 big bites (aren't they famous for their hot dogs?) Looked good, tasted like wood, tore up my insides.

Horrible store, 3 of the items I bought tonight were expired products since Jan-13-22 and I’m wringing this review on Feb-05-22 .. the store condition is poor needs to be clean… it stink

Despite the less then great experience i had today while shopping in America there was a shining star moment! I stopped into 7 eleven on our way back over the border after having to turn around due to being short change to cross back over. The cashier working on 4th the night of jan 4th showed the up most caring and went above and beyond. It may have only been .25 cents but at that moment it really showed that some people still care, still try to be good and truly honor the customer service brand! 7 Eleven you should be proud to have an employee as amazing as her! Bought (cold) Wine & case of beer, for our Hotel room. Just a few blocks away. Could walk, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Uneasy elements surrounding. Not scary if from the City, but definitely worth noting, and being weary.

Did not have standard, 7/11 coffee (only breakfast blend, Brazillian, and decaf) at 10am on a Sunday. Smelled of urine and despair.

These guys just held a complex purchase for me while I got a problem with my bank card fixed, pointed out discounts for me, then while I was paying they flagged down a guy going by and returned a waterbottle to him he'd forgotten there. Honestly the best customer service I've ever seen in a convenience store. Never thought I'd be rating a 7-11 online, much less 5 out of 5, but I had to shout these guys out. (Plus, where else are you going to find literally anything in this neighborhood at a decent price?)

Good store but it was dusty

Nastiest 7/11 I’ve ever been too. I bought a big gulp and found this floating at the bottom of my cup when I left. Looks like mold from a dirty drink dispenser that obviously hasn’t been cleaned. This is disgusting and unsanitary.

Good for the most part the owner is really cool! But honestly some of the employees are really ignorant but what do you expect for corner store barley liveable wages…but also there are a couple really cool employees as well!!!

Fantastic store for quick shopping snacks drinks and misc. Items

iExperience food being lefted out for hours & burnt sitting on the grill. I also experience the staff not caring at night. When your looking for something & they don’t have it; they don’t try to help you. Nope they recommend the highest product that isn’t even a suitable replacement. iExperience that I wasted time, gas & money and should of continue my business elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Dont go there after dark..people will be begging for money for beer and other stuff outside the store and even inside the store..better be paranoid all the time... Only one employee is really awesome, who works overnight shifts ( tall African american guy..)
