Terrible
staff.
Terrible
service.
I’m
not
sure
if
the
owner
is
training
the
employees
to
be
cheap
and
telling
them
not
to
give
people
condiments,
but
when
I
order
food
I
expect
to
be
given
condiments
without
having
to
beg
for
more
than
2-3
packs
of
ketchup.
Charging
me
for
mayo
in
a
little
container?
Apparently
“rules
have
changed
and
they
have
to
charge
now”!
So
I’m
assuming
this
is
an
“owner”
rule,
as
the
BK
near
my
house
in
Oakville
never
asks
me
for
anything.
My
kids
ask
for
ketchup
they
ask
how
many
would
u
like,
and
happily
hand
it
over.
The
guys
at
this
location
were
having
mini
heart
attacks
with
each
packet
of
ketchup/
marinara/
bbq
sauce
given.
The
eye
rolling
and
stares
given
by
the
employees
was
also
annoying.
Anyways,
now
we
know
never
to
come
back
here
again.
And
we
suggest
EVERYONE
TO
AVOID
THIS
BURGER
KING
LOCATION!
and
To
the
Owner:
train
your
staff
better,
or
hire
quality,
well
mannered
employees.
Otherwise,
expect
horrible
reviews
like
this
from
other
unhappy,
frustrated
families.
