    I can give reviews in —0. Very very very worst store. Third class customer service by SHIVALI. Firstly We bought food for 70$ and really Order was mismatch moreover my mom wanted to use the washroom we also had small 9 months daughter with us she was crying a lot but Their washrooms are always locked and they argue that their key of men and women washrooms lost. They do not have the keys. They only open one washroom and there were 9-10 people. We couldn’t wait because my daughter was crying. Mainly reason They do not give the keys because they don’t want to clean the washroom at the end of the shift.

    The food has never been a disappointment at this store, they offer good deals via mobile coupons. The store itself seem to have come up pretty well post it’s renovation. Aplenty parking, had never waited long for my orders yet. I’d like to mention the team member ‘Arjwan’ for being calm under pressure at the drive thru and providing prompt service. Keep it up!

    It was one of the worst experiences I've ever tried, Burger King..the food was cold, the fries were old, and I found a black piece in the fries that I don't know what it was... I found a piece of paper inside the sandwich..we asked for Sprite and they sent us the soda raw..it was a bad experience It is disgusting and exciting, and I do not recommend dealing with this restaurant.. Waste of money.. From my experience, Mac is the best

    Management is a joke! Most disrespectful arrogant man I have ever spoke to! Got hung up on after trying to express my issues but was constantly being spoke over and not being listened to. I called him out on this and it just continued till he finally just decided he didnt care and hung up. WORST customer service ever. Spend your money elsewhere!

    I was there and I placed the order then I asked his manager (Sam) to give me Mayonnaise sauce after 40 minutes of waiting to take my order, he told me that it was not free and we would charge you. then I told him another place give us free but he yelled at me between people: we will charge you I advise you not to go to this place This is a GARBAGE place and you waste your time & lose your money.

    Was in Niagara Falls on Saturday and stopped in at this Burger King. It was the last day of the month and I just ran out of data on my phone and needed to access the internet to use the Burger King app. A sign on the Burger King says free wifi. I look for the network and I see it has a password “Burger King guest”. I ask the lady at the cash for the password so I can log in and use my offer and she says they don’t have free wifi. I said you have a network called Burger King guest and the sign says they do. She says she will tell the manager they need to take the sign down as they haven’t had wifi in a long time and the network showing is actually for their delivery apps . None of this made sense. Ordered anyways and the whopper was stone cold. Onion rings were hot and plentiful but they were the only good thing about this visit. The following morning we had stairs at the cairncroft across the street from the restaurant and we could hear music being played loudly at 6am when we woke up. Go to grab coffees and realize the music is blaring from the burger kings patio and the restaurant is closed and is closed for several hours. Bizarre

    This burger king charges you extra for mayonnaise cream sachet because if you order one king deal meal they will give you 2 burger of your choice one side of your choice one drink of your choice and two sachet of tomato ketchup only and if you ask them for mayonnaise they say they gona charge for that, how much fair is that ? Just in that case i am giving one star else everything is great And the time was exactly 9:32 PM 13october2023 i even asked the drive through guy that why is there not even a single mayonnaise in my king deal meal he told me they charge 20cents for one sachet.

    The service at Burger King Lundy's Lane was exceptional, with my order being served promptly and accurately. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they seemed genuinely invested in ensuring my dining experience was top-notch. High quality of ingredients and generous portions. Impeccable cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant The place was spotless, and the modern yet comfortable decor created a pleasant environment to enjoy my meal.

    Terrible staff. Terrible service. I’m not sure if the owner is training the employees to be cheap and telling them not to give people condiments, but when I order food I expect to be given condiments without having to beg for more than 2-3 packs of ketchup. Charging me for mayo in a little container? Apparently “rules have changed and they have to charge now”! So I’m assuming this is an “owner” rule, as the BK near my house in Oakville never asks me for anything. My kids ask for ketchup they ask how many would u like, and happily hand it over. The guys at this location were having mini heart attacks with each packet of ketchup/ marinara/ bbq sauce given. The eye rolling and stares given by the employees was also annoying. Anyways, now we know never to come back here again. And we suggest EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS BURGER KING LOCATION! and To the Owner: train your staff better, or hire quality, well mannered employees. Otherwise, expect horrible reviews like this from other unhappy, frustrated families.

    First time being here since they renovated. Love that they were able to get this restaurant out of the 80s and bring it into the 21st century. Food was hot and fresh, and staff were friendly and prompt.

    I just visited ur drive thru and asked for king meal deal and i specifically asked for a fresh patty for my chicken jr. and they just give me the patty with full of oil and the oil was dripping from the burger and the fries were also without salt totally disappointed

    Place keeps getting worse and worse to the point I feel the need to actually review a fast food place. No gravy, no turnovers, not open until time stated on website for dine in. I love BK, but this location is not being run properly and H/O should start getting involved because it's clear management isn't doing their job.

    4.8/5.0 for me! I often come here to enjoy some delicious Whopper with a poutine. So far, most of my visits, the food were freshly cooked and amazing. Except for that one day a month ago that the fries in my poutine were not fresh. But that's okay, it only happened once. Keep up the excellent service! 😊

    First of all i would like to appreciate the staff and management to keep this king all ways nice and clean. I can see every time one of the staff in dinning area cleaning tables, floor and chairs. Which make ambience fresh and hygienic. Second they have fresh food always we do not need to say that we need fresh or off broiler. Behaviour of staff towards customers is very kind. They would never treat you as a stranger even though if you are visiting that place first time. I would recommend every my friend and family members to visit that place whenever they will visit niagara falls.

    If you want horrible service this is the place to be went through the drive thru and got 4 things we were than asked to go to the parking lot ok fine but than we proceeded to wait 25 minutes we than go in and ask how much longer and they just stare at us. They finally bring the food after 10 more minutes just to be iced cold so we ask for our money back and was given but she than proceeded to start throwing the food at my mother. We calming left but another employee followed us us and started giving the finger and yelling slurs and have also went to the Burger King hq about the incident.

    Yes now it’s open for 24 hours.. it’s located on great location. Staff is real professional and skillful too. I always get a fresh food and another positive point about this location is you can also have option of pizza, red lobster, subway and gas station at this intersection.

    Service was terrible, originally wanted to go inside but the doors were locked, big whoop decided to go through drive thru. Person who took our order rudely said they they couldn't do 2 orders despite us being only cars in line So I replied ok we will do it all on one bill and proceeded to order and he cut me off saying only one order per car After explaining again that we were doing one bill now he allowed me to order. We then got dirty looks from the person at window and they forgot our zesty sauce.

    Last week my boyfriend and I got poutines here and they were so salty we didn’t eat them. Today we joked about the salty poutines saying it was probably a fluke and turns they were, again, way too salty to eat. We ordered a double whopper and received a jr whopper. The mozzarella sticks we ordered had no sauce. We went back to the store to fix the burger and they gave us a hard time because we didn’t have the receipt. (I’ve NEVER received a receipt when I pay at Burger King.) Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Terrible customer service and terrible food. If I could leave no stars, I would.

    There are 3 burger kings in Niagara Falls. The one at Clifton hill which the best food wise but it seems that they have new trainees and they don’t know a lot about taking orders. The one at Thorold stone road is the worst in every way. The last branch I tried is good.

    It’s currently 11pm and I wanted a bedtime snack. Took a risk on Burger King and it paid off. Maybe I got lucky but the food was a 10! Everything was piping out. The only food I want to burn me is fast food because then you know it’s fresh. It was fresh. Take a risk, it might pay off too. Happy thanksgiving!

    Went into dine with the kids, the dining room was absolutely disgusting! There was garbage on the floor, over flowing garbages and not one single clean table! I didn’t even want to stay and eat I was so appalled if it wasn’t for embarrassing my 12 year old daughter I definitely would have asked someone at the counter to come clean a table. I don’t understand how this is allowed clearly the management doesn’t care at all. I hope public health walks in one day I can’t see them having a good rating. Stick with the drive thru!

    Food was okay but staff need to learn its not appropriate to rudely talk about customers. Specially when you made them wait to order because your to busy talking to your co worker and ignoring the customer for 5 minutes.

    Food is okay but the real problem is the high school next door. From Monday to Friday they rule the roost in this location. The staff is unwilling to stop these kids behaviors. On two separate occasions I've have witnessed a fight break out in the customer seating area which the staff did nothing to stop and didn't even call the police. On another occasion a fight broke out in the parking lot where base ball bats were being used as weapons. A customer called the police as the staff did nothing. During school days these kids bring in food from other outlets and know the staff will do nothing. Its a group of bullies. Do not come here during school hours.

    This is worse restaurant i had visit in my life. I talk to the manager he is very rude and disrespectful person. His batch name was Mohit. I ordered two whoppers and 10 chicken nuggets. When i start eating there was insect on the top of wrap. I talked with manager mohit and even showed him he did not listen to me he just left the floor. He was just standing behind and observing all employees. But he was not helping to their employees. All employees were busy and he was just standing free. If he is manager at least he supposed to help their employees and listen customer problems. But he is disgusting manager ever seen in my life.

    Terrible customer service and food safety issue.(with the drink) We were these on 7th around 11pm the person over drive through was arrogant. Food was ok, but the sprite we had was tasting like tap water. I am sure it’s not sprite or they added something.

    I love their drive thru service. Super-fast and accurate. I ordered pretty big order and they told me to park. However, i did wait in parking, just for 4 minutes and my whole order was there in my hands in just minutes and all the food was fresh as well. I love this BK.

    Huge raise in prices, a meal went from 14 to nearly 16 dollars. Now they charge for everything. They removed all items from the counter so you have to ask for napkins, ketchup, mayonnaise to name a few. All that costs extra. They give you two napkins per group. There were 3 of us and I guess we were suppose to share. Asked for more and was told no, when asked why he walked away. Since you have to ask for condiments they then tell you its extra. Avoid this place, the new owners are greedy and will not be returning. #whatAripOff

    The service was great, so friendly and very helpful because I am so indecisive of what chicken. They recommended different things, and also mentioned I could add things in my crispy chicken. My son got the nuggets and he says they are the best ones from any fast food he’s had. My spicy crispy chicken was perfect. The dining area was very clean also which is a bonus.

    One of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life. The pretzel bacon king burger had a disgusting sauce on it and the bun was soggy. Where is the quality control? Does anybody take pride in their job anymore? Fries were okay I guess. Customer service was okay and the cleanliness was sub par at best. I wouldn't reccomend this location

    Well, at Niagara Falls you pay double for the food in the fast food chains. This is just what it is. Please, don't lock washrooms. Even if somebody is not a customer, you can't refuse basic services. We are all humans after all. 🍔 And 🍟 were good BTW.
