I
did
my
200
hour
yoga
teacher
training
with
Rachel
at
Alchemy
in
2021,
and
it
REALLY
changed
my
life.
I
have
always
wanted
to
leave
a
review
for
others
as
a
reference,
and
here
I
am.
Throughout
my
10-month
training,
I
have
made
lifetime
friends
with
my
fellow
trainees
and
Rachel,
we
healed,
laughed,
cried,
and
evolved
together.
Rachel
held
a
beautiful
and
non-judgemental
space
for
us
to
learn,
I
always
felt
I
belong
here.
Let
me
begin
with
defining
yoga
according
to
my
own
experience.
Yoga
is
a
healing
practice
that
brings
union
among
your
body,
mind,
and
spirit.
With
intentions
and
practices,
we
slowly
become
conscious
about
our
body,
thoughts,
and
subtle
feelings
and
emotions.
As
we
do
yoga,
we
are
becoming
one
within
us
and
even
with
what's
around
us.
In
order
to
facilitate
healing
or
take
our
students
into
this
beautiful
union,
we
need
to
heal
and
understand
ourselves
first.
Rachel
is
an
intuitive
healer
and
amazing
teacher.
Her
course
is
well
structured
and
planned,
but
she
is
also
always
tuned
into
divine
guidance
to
feel
what
we
may
need
best
on
that
day.
It
maybe
a
specific
practice,
maybe
a
women's
circle
to
share
and
feeling
supported,
or
a
trip
to
do
yoga
in
nature.
She
is
not
just
there
to
teach
you
how
to
do
each
pose,
but
she
is
teaching
so
much
more
about
anatomy,
energies,
chakras,
meridians,
meditations,
chantings,
mudras,
and
how
to
teach
with
different
themes
and
intentions.
She
is
also
not
there
to
teach
you
which
yoga
style
to
go.
You
would
develop
your
own
path
as
you
dive
into
a
self
discovery
and
self
healing
journey.
With
Rachel,
there's
so
many
possibilties
to
eventually
develop
that
yoga
style
that
you
are
interested
to
teach
as
an
insturctor.
