Really nice place to dine within the Casino for an upscale experience. Great food and service overall but the prices are a bit on the higher side but somewhat expected at a place like this within the Casino complex. 2nd Visit here on New Years Eve Weekend was yet another amazing experience. Service was great, Cocktails were phenomenal and the Food and Ambience were amazing once again as well. Still a tad pricey but a nice treat once in a while if it fits your budget.

Waiter was poor, appetizers were good (crab cake and escargot), but presentation/flavour of mains (see picture below) was terrible, the halibut that my wife ordered was served in water and was the most tasteless fish I have ever tried - they claimed it was baked, but tasted like it was boiled, by the time they replaced her dish with a special that another waiter had to tell us about - not even offered by our waiter, I had long since finished the steak below, by the time they threw the two chocolates on the table we were fed up - can you believe the presentation? $209 + Tip, expected a lot better.

This was a hidden gem for me! Breathtaking view of the falls (not so much in the summer though) great food…great selections of wine and a lookout patio! The atmosphere was a luxurious fine dining kind of feeling! This was definitely my kind of dining and service and food was on point! After 11pm the restaurant becomes a night club we were told! Missing a star because it’s Very pricey…portions are small and all sides are separately charged!

Usually come here for dinner whenever we’re in Niagara Falls. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. And a nice place to get A5 Wagu for a reasonable price. But please note that this place will show up on your credit card as lodging, and not as dinning. So don’t bother using restaurant friendly cashback cards. Also, you will be need to 19+ to dine here, since it’s inside the casino. Which to me, it’s a plus.

We spend a lot of time in Niagara and on this trip we’re lucky to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. Located in the Fallsview Casino, through a tables room, past a noodle bar, and up a back flight of stairs this place is worth the trip to Niagara on its own. The gorgeous dining room overlooks the falls for some of the best views in the area. We can’t wait for the patio to open. Our server Dave was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient he made our first experience one we will never forget. Complimented only by Sam, who kept the fantastic wine flowing. The crab cake was exceptional - no fillers to be found in the generous portion. The preparation on the lobster dinner was amazing. No tools required or awkward cracking. It did not disappoint with generous side dishes. The extensive wine list complimented a menu that ranged from expensive to approachable. A perfect night out. We will definitely be returning and telling anyone who will listen how great this place was. Thanks for having us!

We ended up at the 21 Club on a whim, with no reservation. It was a Friday night. They immediately made accommodations for the three of us, and treated us to a meal to die for. Our waitstaff, "David", was AMAZING! The view of the falls was gorgeous, the food was the best, and our experience was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful evening, and kudos to the chef!! 💯

Easily spent $1000 here last night and 4 out of 6 of us were sick ! Service was mediocre at best and the food took an hour to get out when it was dead. Completely unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself on quality food. Could have had a meal at the keg for half the price and better service . Will not go here again

Service was great. Had a nice seat on the patio looking out at the falls. Had the Australian center cut steak. I was a bit unimpressed with the chewy texture of the beef. At 70.00 a plate you would expect it to melt in you mouth. I had it served medium rare with a side of Mac to which I liked. I did not eat half the steak as it was just not delicious, wasteful I know. My wife liked her Lobo served with spinach, with a nice presentation. I enjoyed the wine which was A Old Vine Zinfedal from Gnarly Head. I would try them again, definitely try a different cut of meat next time.

We celebrated with friends at Club 21 last night. We were in a happy, celebratory mood. The wait staff were attentive and the wine steward entered into our happy atmosphere willingly. We had hoped for a view of the falls but only saw the rooftop of the galleria. While service was attentive food did not arrive quickly. It was obvious that we were meant to take our time and enjoy. Our floor was good. Nothing amazing, but good. The salads were just salads. Except my dinner. I ordered the steak special with scallops, shrimp skewer and upgraded to “Oscar “ adding crab and bearnaise sauce. I ordered my steak rare. “I like it to moo.” My steak arrived medium well done. The shrimp and scallops were so overcooked as to be rubber. The bearnaise sauce was thick like mayonnaise with tarragon in it. I was given a red wine reduction which I had not ordered. They offered to replace my meal. I had already waited well over an hour and was very hungry. I didn’t want my table to wait any longer. So I ate enough to fill my belly. There was no other consideration for such a poorly cooked and mismanaged service. We will not return.

We were very disappointed. The food was sub par at best. We actually had to return an appetizer because it was inedible. We have never done that before. The portions were very small and I don’t even eat that much. Prices were shocking 😱 The only saving grace was our waiter who was amazing! A Josh Gad doppelgänger with a great personality. The manager was also great. She came to apologize for our wait time. Unfortunately we will never go back. Great views though !

Honestly. The either 5 or 1 start is confusing people. Service is OK. Have rooms for improvement. On a Thursday night. Many waiter and waitress. But not really paying attention to you. Food is good. Not "Amazing". But. In a tourist trap area. This is better than most other place. At least the quality to price ratio is up to PAR.

VERY over priced and I don’t mind spending a lot of money on food. I just like it to be worth it. The waiter seemed very nervous to the point of making us nervous. He could not seem to get it that my wife wanted to add shrimp to her salad … which is on the menu as a side. After much struggle he agreed to add grilled shrimp to her salad which we were then billed $76 for as a meal. My Prime Rib which I was assured could be served medium rare was medium to medium well. The $60 oysters on the half shell were tiny and tasteless. I’m used to having crackers or toast or SOMETHING served with them. AGAIN struggled to get the waiter to accommodate me with some toast 15 minutes after I finished the meal. $600 for dinner for 4 and none of us were impressed. … but their menus light up so …. I guess that’s supposed to be worth a couple hundred dollars or something.

Higher than average prices for satisfactory, but not exceptional food. I had the Dover Sole ($55), which was supposed to come with asparagus as a side. It was fine, but the piece of fish was smaller than a standard bar of soap and the side of asparagus was more or less just a garnish (ONE spear of asparagus cut into four smaller pieces placed along each side of the fish). I had to order two sides a la carte to complete my entree ($30). I had one glass of the cheapest house wine to complement the meal. Altogether, my bill, with tax and tip, was $150. for one person with no appetizer, no dessert and no after dinner drink/coffee. I get comparable meals at the Keg for less than half the cost.
