Came here for breakfast. I got the Aaliyah (egg, cheese, and sausage with maple syrup on a bagel), but subbed chicken sausage for normal sausage. Also got a pecan sticky bun and hash brown. All were amazing. The sticky bun was delicious, and the hash brown was crispy. Loved the sandwich-the sausage was phenomenal. If I had a critique, I do wish the eggs had a tad more seasoning. But, overall food was amazing and I'd happily come back!

A long awaited trip for me since first seeing a photo of the Aaliyah sandwich on Reddit. Small shop that makes everything from scratch so if you don't have time to wait you should order online. I was disappointed that there was no available sugar substitute or stevia for my coffee. Hot coffee was sold out before 10am so I got a cold brew. The sandwich was great with the home made sausage and bagel. My only regret was not getting a hash brown on the sandwich. Friendly staff and very cool old building.

A gem in the unlikeliest of places. Awesome sandwiches and bagels at reasonable prices. Portions are huge. Really small inside, so note that you may have to take out your food.

Best in Buffalo! Fantastic bread. Pretzels are great. Baked goods are phenomenal. The Bjork is the best sandwich out there.

Fresh bread, jumbo breakfast sandwiches, and great coffee! What more do you need. Just fyi, expect a wait. Grab your order and a pager, then walk down the street to the nearby bookstore. 100% will come back

Definitely worth the trip, and experience. A great little shop, with excellent food and reasonable prices. Everything is obviously very high quality, well considered, and executed.

I’m currently sitting in my car waiting for my sandwich. I got a cinnamon roll for the wait. And oh man this is the best cinnamon roll ever. I had to post this. I could care less how the sandwich is. Terrible pic but man the frosting looks like a lot but it’s light and delicious. Perfectly balanced the roll. Mmmmmm

Doughy and tough bagel that doesn't have the best crust you normally think a bagel would have. It would have been a 45 minute wait simply to toast it. Had to bring it home to toast and then we added our own cream cheese (theirs is 2.25!) Kinda disappointing. Wouldn't go back.

The food is very delicious! We all got the Aaliyah sandwiches and it was very tasty. They ran out of bagels when I was here last so I’m excited to come back and try some! i also had a brownie which was out of this world. Great prices too. The atmosphere is fun, friendly and inviting.

Visiting from out of state, and really happy we came across this place. If you're vegan or vegetarian this place has lots of options for you. Bagels were great, so was the tempeh bacon. It's cool they offer oat creamer for the coffee that isn't an upcharge AND the coffee was legit high quality.

Awesome.....first time experience. The community and atmosphere is retro, unique and laid back. Food is made fresh, homemade, natural ingredients. I had the butternut squash soup.....what a twist and a kick in spices used. Definitely would go again when I'm back in Buffalo.

Fantastic bagels. Used to come pick up half a dozen every Friday and eat them all weekend. They used to make a caramelized onion cream cheese spread that was amazing and I'm sad to see they don't make it anymore. I hope it comes back as it was fantastic.

These breakfast sandwiches are so amazing!! We are here 3 days in a row on our vacation. Too bad that the inside dining isn’t open due to COVID but they do have an outdoor section that’s nice too

Very delicious sandwich shop. Super nice staff. Ate Bjork and Britney = salmon sandwich. Entertaining deco indoors. Recommended for future visitors. One catch is there is only a few (about 10) sits to eat indoors.

Nice little neighborhood cafe/ bakery. The fresh breads were ready right on time & the pretzel's, bagels, & sourdough bread were all great products. A little gem for the local 's. Wished I lived closer.

Usually love it, but for almost 5 dollars a cinnamon bun why so skimpy on the frosting. Feel cheated out of the goodness

Oh, why did we discover this place on our last morning in Buffalo? We would have been daily customers otherwise: the breakfast food we had was delicious. I had the best breakfast bagel ever here. The place is a cooperative and they just have things here spot on. Wish I were there now!

I get takeout here at least once a week and it's always a highlight of my day. Their bagels and sandwiches are the best around. Their coffee is great too. I've loved everything I've ever gotten from breadhive!

We ate the bagel too fast to get a picture. Absolutely fantastic. Patient and friendly! Worth the drive from Barrie On

Sunday 10/16/22 at 9:45 AM. The order was two bagel sandwiches (egg/sausage/cheese and lox/cream cheese). We were given a 20 minute heads-up, which we were ok with. The food is usually spectacular and worth the wait. 45 minutes later, we received the order. Sausage was undercooked for some reason. Genuinely concerned for a business that can't put out breakfast in a timely manner.

Yummy bagel sandwhiches and good coffee thats not super bitter. Would like to see an improvement on outside patio with better garbage and less bees. Maybe wipe the tables down too as we had to do that ourselves. Cashier was very friendly.

Delicious sandwiches. We had the Brittney and Mariah. Their rosemary and sea salt bagel was the best bagel I have ever had! Highly recommend stopping here. Good food and lovely staff!

Went on a sunday moring. I ordered the Aaliyha breakfast sandwich and my wife ordered The Shania breakfast sandwich. Both were incredible. Some of the highest quality ingredients I've had on a breakfast sandwich. The house sausage on the Aaliyha is absolutely fantastic.

Best bread and best people! I’ve been a regular customer for years and have introduced many friends who also love Breadhive now. The food is delicious and the staff are warm, kind folks. Also they make the best cold brew ever. Support a local worker owned cooperative!

Two different breakfast sandwiches did not disappoint. The homemade sausage was delicious! The soft pretzel was perfect for a bacon egg and cheese. We took baked goods to go and can't wait to dive into them! The multiple owners (brilliant concept) were super friendly and open to chatting with us. Can't wait to go back when we're in the area again.
