From the moment you walk into this place it becomes family. My heart is full of joy even when I hurt so much every day. From the Front desk to the core of Agape. Jess, Lisa, George ,Jamie and Gianna. This is a wonderful place to choose when it comes to your physical therapy needs. I love every single one of these beautiful gift from God souls. For 8 months of 2023 this place was apart of my life, 2 days a week. I have now taken a break for personal reasons and I will miss them terribly. Saying goodbye was extremely hard to do That's how amazing this place is. From ownership in Adam to front desk to all of the Pt folks and even some of the patients that come here. They are all so nice and loving. This is a place to choose folk's. I Will be back again next year at some point I still have some work to do and I'm confident at this place I will conquer the goals that I desire to fulfill. To anyone out there who is in pain or struggling in life physically or mentally. Stay strong, God loves you and will guide you to better days ahead.

After tearing my ACL, my surgeon suggested a few PT places, and I’m so glad that I chose Agape! I was scheduled for my first appointment a few days after I first called. I worked with Lisa for 2 weeks before surgery & 6 months post-op. She was the best! Lisa always listened to my concerns and started off by asking how things were going and what had changed since I last was there. She pushed me to work towards new goals, and gave me slower days when I needed them. On days where I was feeling discouraged (which there were a few along the way) she found even the tiniest win to celebrate, to encourage me to keep going! If I had questions outside of my sessions, Lisa was prompt and thorough in answering my emails. The other physical therapists were also so kind every day I was there. I saw Gianna one day when Lisa was out, and she is also an amazing and knowledgeable therapist! The overall atmosphere of Agape is unlike any facility I’ve ever been to. It’s so welcoming, clean, and you feel like you’re part of a family! I interacted with a few others whose times overlapped mine and I honestly looked forward to PT every week! Jess & Camryn at the front desk were also amazing. If I needed to reschedule they were quick to do so. After I was cleared by my surgeon post-op they got me scheduled the very next day. They even helped celebrate my wins along the way! I will miss Agape and everyone there! I know where I will refer everyone I know. Thanks for helping me heal 😊

Great staff and facility. Gianna and George were great and professional. My only suggestion would be for each team member to work one on one with clients instead of 2 or more at a time, that way there’s no awkward waiting for them to finish with someone before being instructed what to do next. I understand most businesses these days have short staffing issues, so maybe that’s the case?

Jamie took time to listen to my symptons and come up with a good plan to help me. She has added more exercises as I have progressed. She is very compassionate & caring. I would highly recommend her.

Agape was awesome. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling and Gianna was amazing. I felt remarkable improvement in the first week. I totally recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

My daughter and I were so lucky to have Gianna and Lisa for our therapists. Both of them are so friendly, competent, and attentive. They carefully worked with us on a plan to help us become stronger and more confident. We highly recommend Lisa and Gianna at the Brockport Agape Therapy.

I had a lower back issue that caused constant pain. The provider, George, that was helping me was able alleviate my pain and teach me ways of helping myself at home. Scheduling appointments was a breeze, and they have all the equipment needed to help their patients. I would highly reccomend Agape Physical Therapy.
