Bad experience if you order delivery from this place. As a delivery driver, let me elaborate: both orders placed at 11am. Arrive at 1130. Both orders not ready. I ask how much longer. Manager gets cheeky with me. They expect the delivery drivers to prepare the drinks and even go as far as instruct me how to do so, but it is in our contract to specifically not prepare food or drinks. Employees not properly wearing masks, putting me at higher risk of contracting COVID and transmitting it to my recipients.

Really fresh ingredients, fast service! I like their Rice Bowl in a Crunchy Shell with Pork, Tasty!

Placed a huge order through DoorDash for delivery of 25 items to our company! DoorDash cancelled the order on us. I called the store - Spoke with Rick the Manager! Super super great - he put in the order for us - They got our order together very fast and without even one small mistake! The store was very busy and they had a lot of other orders but went way out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you so much to Rick and your Team!!

We stopped by for a quick take out lunch. It was my first time at this location. This is your standard make your own taco/ burrito/ salad spot. We chose burrito and a burrito bowl. There are some great lunch specials here everyday if you are looking for a bargain. Large portion sizes. Lots of indoor seating. First of all the chips, salsa and queso here are awesome! If you get the combo meal you get a huge bag of chips for each meal with your choice of guacamole or queso and salsa. The chips are super light, fresh and addicting. Definitely a highlight of coming to eat here. The queso is creamy and not too spicy, probably some of the best for a take out chain. Salsa was fresh with a little kick. Great to eat alone or as a topping. The guacamole was just ok. Edible but not super fresh and no overwhelming flavor of avocado after eating. The steak and chicken in the meals was just ok. We weren’t overly impressed. The quality was mediocre at best. It was palatable with the fresh ingredients and toppings. I have been to other locations of Salsaritas and the meat seemed to be better, as in maybe more fresh and better prepared. The staff was wearing masks and following covid protocols.

Good food, but even better customer service! Manager is fantastic and the team works great together to get people their food fast.

This is not real Mexican food. Taco Bell is better than this place and I hate Taco Bell. The food here has no flavor.

Very nice place with friendly staff and a wide selection of authentic, delicious sauces and salsa to choose from. The place has an upbeat atmosphere that was welcoming and had me smiling when I walked out the door on a day that I needed it! Thanks guys!

I always get a burrito bowl with chips and queso from this salsaritas, on doordash. Always tastes immaculate the guacamole is really good too. overall always have a good experience with this salaritas :)

Food is great and the staff is SO NICE , if it's not hot they make sure I get hot food. All of the staff is wonderful I would say, except for the manager. I really don't like how he talked to me or the staff. I will avoid if he's there. Shout out the staff at this location!!

I really fall in love with this Mexican restaurant. The portions are huge, this time I ordered a burrito bowl, the portion is so huge that I had difficulties in finishing it. The guy in the restaurant who make the burrito bowl was super nice. You can make your own bowl with whatever you need everything is displayed in the salad bar. I went for a rice-based burrito bowl with vegetarian options. The vegetarian options are quite a lot in this restaurant. The guy who make the burrito bowl put everything a lot and make it super huge bowl for me. I definitely can recommend this restaurant if someone is looking for a good vegetarian burrito bowl. Last but not least, I dine in the restaurant the restaurant is super clean at maintained all the covid-19 related hygiene measures.

Every time I buy food from the Staff is amazing courteous respectful very clean inside and the food is delicious I plan on having them Cater my daughters 25th birthday party that’s how great the food is I can’t speak for other locations but I can’t speak for the one on Delaware in Chippewa

Ordered through them through doordash at 4 o'clock get a response back at 5 o'clock by them sending 5 drivers there and not receiving anything and then finally getting a response saying that there haven't a problem on there end with their ordering service oh also that this has been going on for a week now

Ordered a steak bowl with all the toppings, except queso and a side of hot salsa. The bowl was delicious and the flavorful hot salsa had me sweating without being ridiculously hot. Very tasty!

The restaraunt is really dirty. The tables are all sticky and the floor is a mess. The food is okay.

Whether it’s dine-in, takeout, or deliver the food is always prepared quickly and comes out the same way every single time; meeting expectations and delicious. The portions are bountiful and presentation is spot on. I would recommend Salsarita’s (Chippewa) to anyone I know with confidence.
