What happened to this store? It was absolutely filthy through and through. I grabbed some pictures from the baby section, but the whole store was in disarray like this. Update: Adding more photos from a year later. Store is still in complete disarray. Bathroom was horrendous, toilet paper everywhere, clogged toilets, only 1 half working soap dispenser. The fitting rooms (unmanned) and the surrounding area were absolutely trashed. Seriously, what is going on here? What a horrible work environment for both customers and employees who are working in these conditions.

Went in to use the bathroom, worst Target bathroom I’d ever seen in teens of both short and long term care. No paper towels, trash everywhere, many days of dust on bathroom appliances. I couldn’t believe it, but then I walked through the store, and the entire store is like this. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Walmart in this bass a visitor, but certainly not a Target. I’m totally shocked. I could have kept creeping around taking pictures, but literally the whole store looks like this. I worked at a Target in a past life, and I would have fired myself to see the store in this condition. Really shameful, take pride in where you work.

Great service and a wide variety of quality products. This is one of our favourite stores, they have items for the baby and good prices. The seasonal section is well stocked and nicely presented. They have free wifi and ample parking. Customer service is quick and the have self-checkout stations, quite convenient.

The store has a great location and was well stocked. The majority of staff were friendly. We had two problems, one we tried to buy oranges but saw moldy ones in the basket. The other problem was buying a toy dinosaur that was on sale but rang up regular price. After waiting and the staff checking and saw it was on sale, they fixed it. It was just a lot of waiting to get it fixed. Overall it was a nice location and decent store, but some of the issues should have been taken care of differently. Target has always been a good store to buy quality items and enjoy shopping in the store.

Won’t shop at target this is why people buy from Amazon got a defective product from target for a gift for someone. They don’t do exchanges and wouldn’t give me the sale price I purchased it before Christmas. They had one in the store all they had to do was exchange. But there policy wouldn’t let them. Won’t buy from target ever again.

Was cashing out at self checkout last night at 7pm(Walden ave cheektowaga Target)and had an employee accuse me of not scanning the 12 pack of toilet tissue that was in my cart and told me "can you just sit all the items on the counter as you scan them so that it makes it easier. I don't think you scanned your tissue." I scrolled up on the checkout screen to show her that she was wrong about me not scanning my tissue and she didn't apologize,instead insisted that I take all the items out the cart as they're being scanned. All my items were scanned properly and there were two checkout employees watching me. I did not like this experience and will limit the number of times I shop at that Target because of it. If you see that you're wrong about me not scanning my items properly the least you can do is to say you were wrong. This employee did not.

Not my favorite store to shop at for the past few years. Their prices have gone way up and service way down. Nothing exciting to find especially in fashion and foot wear. Styles have not kept up with latest trends and materials used are cheap and break easy.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Chantelle at the Service Desk! I just arrived home, and realized I forgot a bag - Chantelle knew exactly the bag as soon as I mentioned what was in it and she worked with me to return the goods as I am not able to get back to pick the bag up. Unfortunately I really wanted what was in the bag, but this is the next best thing. Chantelle - thank you for being so kind, so efficient and so gracious with me! I really appreciate you!!!!
