Very beautiful, rooms are excellent and the their room service is wonderful. It’s located near Niger River and also near the National Hospital of Niamey.

Frankly, I enjoyed my stay and my interactions with the staff were excellent! I was in room 914 from June 16 to 21, 2023. I still remember a few names of those I had conversations with and expressed to them how much I loved the hotel: At the reception desk: Lucia, Jacques, Abdoul and many others that I don't remember the names. At the buffet restaurant: Those servants rock! They were all on their toes to please me every morning when I go for the breakfast. Fifame at the door was always smiling. Soumana and Koffi at the NEWYORK restaurant were impressive, very professional! I remember how Edith welcomed me and my guest in the restaurant at the 13th floor. Finally I cannot forget Yaye ? who cleaned my room, he would take care of my clothes and my belongings in the room. Finally, on my last day, I asked to speak to a representative of the management. Mr. Ghomari Yassine was the one I met. I expressed my satisfaction and praised the entire management, whom I believe was the reasons behind the professionalism I noticed during my stay.

Due to my job, I stayed in different hotels in different countries of the world. The helpfulness of the hotel staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the taste of the food, the SPA, the swimming pool, the Turkish bath were simply PERFECT. It is not for everyone to carry out such a successful operation in a country where opportunities are very limited. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thanks for everything.

Very expensive Hotel. The checkout policy is not flexible and may be a trap if your plane is leaving late ( the case for Air France). You may be asked to pay a full price day in case you choose to check out at 7pm. I trust this is not fair.

Are you seriously blocking VPNs here? Nobody wants to watch your stale programming! Get with the times, nickel and dime Radisson! No other hotel group does this. While your local staff are friendly and accommodating, your corporate policies really leave a lot to offer. Just, yawn.
