BUT for any orthopaedic consultation we prefer to consult Dr Gautam Chakraverty ji of Varanasi. He is really a Best Orthopaedic Surgeon I have seen so far. Unnecessarily he never prescribed. Advanced MRI Surgery etc. I am facing Foot Drop problem in both the lower limbs for the last 2 years. When I met him about 2 years back and consulted without seeing any report he said it's a Neuro problem consult good Neurologist. Having Vast practical experience. After coming to Delhi I consulted Neurologist at BLK. The Doctor advised MRI of whole body including brain and after seeing reports says it's a Neuro problem. Later in Feb 2020 I got admitted at AIIMS and undergoing treatment for Sensory Motor Demylination Neuropathy. Never Seen GOD but by looking Doctor face .. Full of Grace. Looks seen God. 0 ratings for professionalism. The entire staff is rude & misbehaved. I understand the situation during this COVID pandemic but such inhospitality is totally unacceptable. Even Dr. Unmesh didn't paid much attention to the reports of tests he asked for. Not touching the report for surface to human transmission of this virus is explainable but not spending 2 mins of his precious time to a report which costs over Rs. 3000/- is over dramatic. The staff should have informed to bring a digital copy which I would have showed very easily & the Dr. could have reviewed easily. He seems to be in so much hurry that didn't even attended up to my entrire qureies at first. Only after further emphasis he listened to the entire thing . The medicine could effect & treat the patient but at first it is the hospitality that surrounds with a postive energy in order to easily facilitate the process. He just took a glance, I mean I understand that you must be a brilliant doctor but only if your patients are satisfied to the fullest.

If you want to see the inhuman, insensitive, irresponsible and disastrous way of handling distressed patient followed by lethargic processes and unruly behaviour of supporting staff, visit here. Timing of doctor to sit is 02:00 pm but professionalism is nowhere. In our case, he came after 03:15 pm. Second, no facility for person who cannot move without support or wheelchair. Third, no lift. Fourth, support staff is more like broker and regards themselves as qualified doctors as they insist and force to do tests first without doctor consultation. Overall, it’s dismal and horrible experiences here. Doctor may be good academically but practices being followed are detrimental.

I have great confidence weather I have to recommend Dr. Unmesh or I have to show myself for any issue. Dr. Unmesh has thorough understanding and have utter professionalism of his subject and work.
