I stopped in hoping to do a tour, but the staff members who give the formal tours were on vacation. One of the family members who was working offered to give us a mini tour and talk about their family owned operation. He showed us how they roll the cigars and gave me one for free and gave the history of the family owned business and tobacco in Nicaragua. We bought 10 cigars including 5 in one of their special boxes; the total bill was $60 USD. It’s definitely worth visiting. The cigars are good.

I can't believe the quality of Doña Elba Cigars! I have had cigars from just about every cigar production country and Doña Elba Cigars is at the top of the list. They may not have the publicity like many of the million+ dollar cigar companies, but I can guarantee you that their cigars are consistent and absolutely the best around. You can't get a better cigar or family business who really makes you feel at home.

Great local artisinal cigar shop. Even if you don't like cigars I could recommend going here for the tour about the making of cigars. Our guide was excellent and the tour can last as long as you want it to. They gave us some cigars to try and for only 8 dollars you could roll your own cigar and take it home with you. Great experience, favourite thing I did in Granada

Unfortunately I am rating my experience over the cigars I purchased. I won't be trying the cigars until I get home, but the one I had at their shop was very nice. I am rating my experience at 2 stars because they passed off a torn in half and taped US $20 bill for my change. I know this isn't the end of the world but they specifically would not accept a bill like that from me. It was a bit sneaky and somewhat underhanded in my opinion and it tarnished the whole buying experience and makes me question my entire purchase.

Awesome experience. Not a soul in the place when I went. I also got a hand rolled cigar just for me! Just smoked it and it is a masterpiece. Smooth and fresh. Bought a sampler box of 25 and 5 Maduros. Totally worth a stop when in Granada. Can’t wait to try the others!

Awesome place. They give you a short free tour and let you try a cigar. They are nice and funny and its cool to see them rolling those cigars so quickly and with such proficiency. Chill place, something nice to do in Granada.

The very friendly employers showed us the cigar-making process and provided us with our own cigars to sample. They carefully explained the process and thoughtfully explained each type of cigar and flavor available. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs while smoking our cigars. The employees provided us with refreshments as well. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment here and it was a highlight of Granada.

First time to see home made cigar. The place where they store them, that smell of cigars was stunning.

Great place to exhibit the local craftsmanship of cigar making! Super friendly staff explaining every step in the process while you can also create your own cigar! It's a small factory and not as fancy as Mombacho (we visited both) but we really liked the family spirit! We even got our very own vanilla flavored cigar just to try as we both had no idea about cigars Highly recommend a visit

You get a free mini tour of the cigar making process, they use organically grown tobacco leaves as well you can try one of their cigars rolled in-front of you. The store has various cigars offering in different prices:)
