We knew we were in for a treat after seeing how proud they were of their food. We ordered the Panisses as a starter. These were crispy, warm, and served with a garlicky mayonnaise which was delicious! We each got different mains, I had the 36 hr slow cooked Beef Rib and my sister had the risotto - it was delightful, balanced, and the best meals we’ve ever had. They paired specific wines with them which made the experience that much better. Lastly we finished our meal with a dessert which was to die for. The attentiveness they showed us and every other table was amazing - a must try whilst in Nice!
