I visited this restaurant after checking the amazing reviews, but I was disappointed. The food was OK, definitely not worth the prices they practice though. There are better Indian restaurants in Nice.

The sea food stew was fantastic but the price was hard for me to justify. A main dish with rice is about 30 EUR which is really a bit too much, however, you are getting great quality over there which I appreciate. Nice ambience. Friendly staff.

We booked a table for two. A very warm and friendly welcome from the owner. A very comfortable and safe environment. The owner wore a mask well fitted. He was jolly and extremely helpful. We shared a pakora, very different from UK style but very tasty. My partner ordered the prawns in a spiced lobster bisque sauce I went for the lamb with spinach and spices. Two chapatti also. The prawns were exceptional and my lamb delicious too. Big portions. Not exactly cheap but I think excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this restaurant. If I could give this restaurant 6 stars I would. As an Indian women who cooks Indian food regularly at home, I can confidently say this restaurant is the best and most authentic Indian restaurant in Nice and very likely the best in the 06 too! (I've lived in the South of France for 7 years and have tried desperately to find a great Indian restaurant). Everything was perfectly cooked, flavourful and most importantly it was all fresh and homemade. The welcome and the service is excellent and you can really see the Chef is truly passionate about the dining experience of his guests and the quality of the local ingredients he is using. We will certainly eat here again soon!

I had such a beautiful experience here first of all they are super nice and polite the service is amazing and the food was delicious. The portion of the food is really good too. They also provided me with an Anti-mosquito spray which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this place for a nice Indian food experience.

We had a fabulous family dinner last night. The waiter spoke every language we spoke at the table perfectly! So impressive Español English French was fabulous. The food was fantastic! Every dish so well presented and amazing flavours. Service could not have been better. If I lived in Nice it would be a regular restaurant for us.

Great taster menu meal, Sam is a really good host. He explained everything, his English is brilliant and he’s up for a bit of banter (he loves Man City). Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved the veg thali that we ordered - the thing that stood out the most for me is the authentic Indian taste in all the dishes. I also appreciate the kind and hospitable nature of the owners. Really recommend this restaurant if you want to try Indian food!

The chef and staff at this restaurant made my visit to Nice ultra special! The food here is delicious and authentic. They are friendly and let me sit there for an extended period of time while I waited for my Airbnb to be available for check-in. On days when I needed a quick meal in-between meetings, the chef whipped up a few dishes for me in 10 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough! 😌

Superb experience in this Indian restaurant…It is by far the best Indian food I ate in Europe. Very authentic and tasty food with nice ambience. The owner was very warm and welcoming, taking time to explain the dishes to everyone. Good quantity of food at affordable prices.

Incredible authentic Indian food! By far and away the best Indian food I’ve had outside of India and the UK. Cannot compliment the chef enough and what a wonderful couple who run the place! Really great Indian food, great service the owner is a true awesome host. The restaurant is small and off the beaten track but beware it is popular .It has great vegetarian options and the tasting menu is so good but there is a lot of it!! For the people that love spicy spicy food some of the dishes might be mild. But then again I haven't tried all of the menu. But you can ask! This restaurant has potential to be bigger I would just say that the only thing that is missing is a good open air terrace! For the rest it is wonderful Also bookable on the fork app.

Delicious vegetarian Indian food in Nice! To my very pleasant suprise the food here wasnt heavy, oily or had excess of spices which is quite unlike all other Indian restaurants generally. Would definily come back.

Increíble dishes, the flavors are immaculate and the staff is really friendly and attentive. The chef brought us the dishes himself and later came to ask us how we were doing. The decoration and music playing set up a romantic, chill mood but can also be enjoyed by a group of friends. It can seem pricey at the beginning but 100% worth it

We ordered vegetarian food and it was delicious. Quantity and quality was well maintained, owner was too kind and suggested us about portion/quantity which was a plus through which there was no food wastage. I would recommend that this is one of the best Indian restaurant in Nice not be missed. Thanks for treating our taste buds with such delicious food and also for the final dessert which was a sweet gesture.

The restaurant has a very friendly staff which provides very good service. The food is very delicious. We ordered the chicken butter, the chicken mix dishes with small portions of different dishes to taste and a rice pudding as dessert. All was very tasty.

Brilliant evening meal with a 10 plate taster menu, every dish made as well as each other. Catered perfectly for my coeliac disease and explained clearly how dishes were prepared to be gluten free for me. Sam the waiter made our night too!

I’ve read other reviews and I do wonder how can it all be 5*? French people know about food and enjoy a bit of quality. That makes me wonder, do French people know about the Indian kitchen? 🤔 If this is the best Indian food in Nice, omg then quality is not great. Let’s start: Grilled marinated chicken to start, tasty but also very very salty … Lamb balls dish for main; very simple. Throw the balls in a sauce and that’s it. The presentation isn’t looking great. Flat bread was good 👍🏼 Chicken tikka masala - ohhh this is not good. It’s like a box of (sometimes fatty) chicken pieces from the supermarket thrown in some tomato sauce. It’s like spaghetti sauce, no Indian flavors to be found. The colour is wrong too, very red (should be more brownish). No vegetables used in the dish either so again quite a boring presentation. The rice - undercooked and hard. Come on guys; it’s not that difficult to cook rice to perfection. On the drink menu no Indian drink such as mango lassi, fruit- or milk shakes. All drinks are from cans or bottles pre-manufactured. A good Indian restaurant must be better on this! Aside from all above, staff is friendly and always around to serve 😊
