Went to Les Garçons twice, had amazing service the first time around and their pre-set menu options makes it easy to order(whilst offering sufficient options) the main course I chose was a beef dish: slightly overcooked to my liking, to be safe just order it rare in Nice. I doubt many can get the medium-rare consistency right. Anyhow dessert was good. The second time was a disaster, had to wait over an hour to get the food when I went with two guests. Had to pacify them by saying this was a good place. What ticked the guests off and myself was a table next to us got the same order as us when clearly they ordered atleast 15 mins later than us. Of course being French there are no apologies or explanations given. Space is a limitation but that shouldn't stop you from enjoying the urban ambience and decent food for the price that you pay.
