Had a 4 course tasting lunch menu. We requested no meat and no alcohol and it was tailored. Everything was delicious. Service was good, staff are super friendly. Not a pretentious joint. Would totally come here again the next time I visit Nice.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The food is top quality and the staff are great. Great wine selection also. Not for fussy eaters as the menu is selected to a small selection but the choice and quality is superb. Highly recommend and hope to be back again.

We visited on 1st July 2022 and had the 5-course tasting menu and it was excellent. They made a good effort in including local ingredients wine/etc. The waiters were friendly, speaking fluent English with detailed explanation of each dish. One really minor thing is that we had pork in 2 of the courses. Both were great but it might be more exciting to have more variety of ingredients. We booked a table without specifying outside/inside. We were allocated an outdoor table but preferred an indoor one. As a result, it felt a little bit rush for a tasting menu (7pm-9:15pm). Perhaps being more specific in the reservation would solve this issue.

Disappointing dinner experience. The host was rigid and not very friendly. My friend & I got there early for our reservation & after waiting a while, we were seated. The host seated us at a table next to heavy smokers. We understand in Europe, outdoor seating means there can be smokers but the couple was heavy smokers. We saw empty tables so we requested to have another table. The guys put up a fuss saying they were all booked. Only after speaking with the manager, it turned out there were some non-reserved tables & we got moved. We double ordered everything off the menu - one set for each of us. The food was generally fine with a few misses with the best dish being the pork. It was super tender & delicious. The most disappointing was the beef strips - I guess it's seared, slightly cooked on the outside but rawish in the middle. Both my friend & I had the same. His was great - tender and silky. Mine was tough, chewy & cannot be digested. After bringing it up with the waiter, he sent it back to the kitchen, they "recooked" it but it was still not edible. He graciously replaced it with a new one but sadly, it was the same. We let him know & sent it back as there were other dishes we can enjoy from the set we ordered. From my experience, most find dining establishments would be embarrassed & would offer to take it off the bill. We would have declined anyway knowing everyone is trying to survive during the pandemic. Surprisingly, we were not made that offer. The fun in trying these experimental or fusion restaurants is discovering something delightful. The restaurant gave us an experience that was far from that. I wish them well but will not be coming back.

Great Michelin-like experience (they don't have star yet). They stopped serving normal menu from the beginning of 2023. They offer only a tasting menu now. You can get menu with 5 or 7 different dishes. Each dish is very unique and has an unexpected combination of tastes. Pretty much what you got in Michelin restaurants. The waiter explains to you what's there. As far as we understood they update menu each month. Very nice experience and unique taste of each dish makes it a great option for a dinner. The only thing is that they are pretty expensive:)

The best meal I had on my trip, and probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Excelent service, great wine, and food that is beyond words. We had the 5 course and from amuse bouche to dessert it was incredible flavor after incredible flavor. A MUST visit in Nice.

Amazing food and service. Very thoughtful menu. It changes all the time because the chef cooks only with fresh ingredients. Had an amazing dinner. Compliment to the chef and the english-french waiter who made it a great visit for us. Thank you we will gladly come back.

Wonderful food! A bit pricey but the experience is awesome! Try the bruschetta. Very different from what you expect but absolutely amazing! The waiters are ultra friendly. We loved it :)

Charming and intimate restaurant with French and English menu. Service is amazing - attentive but not intrusive. The menu is small but every dish is made to perfection and the wine list is endless, so you will definitely find something for your taste. Worth a reservation if you are looking for something special!

The best experience during my visit to Nice. Nice atmosphere, great foods and friendly staff. If someone plans to visit Nice, this place is ‘MUST VISIT’ one. Full of enjoyments which I could not have in my town. Visit the restaurant at my last night in Nice allowed the great joy. With my huge respect to the team.

My husband and I came here for dinner one night during our stay in Nice. We got the 7 course assuming the plates would be very small but we were pleasantly surprised by the portions! We were so full by the end, we definitely would have been satiated by the 5 course but wanted to try it all. It was hard to pick a favorite course, but the selection of fish was very tender and flavorful. We didn’t get wine but the cocktails were fabulous! Highly recommend for foodies or anyone looking for high class cuisine

I dined at Le Panier in Nice last Sunday evening and thoroughly enjoyed the 5-course surprise menu. The flavors in the dashi and fish courses were exceptional, showcasing the chef's expertise. The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall delightful experience. The wine selection complemented the dishes well. While the restaurant got a bit busy, creating some noise, and the meat dish lacked a bit of flavor compared to preceding courses, Le Panier stands out as one of the best in Nice. It deserves a Michelin recommendation, surpassing other Guide-listed restaurants. Keep up the excellent work and high standards! Well done.

We were following the reviews on Google map since Le Panier is one of top rated restaurant. We got one 5-course menu and one 7-course menu, they are all suprising menus. The dish is creative, loaded with fresh local ingedients, but the flavours, to my personal preference, is not “Wowing” or exploding but rather ok. The staffs were really friendly and attentive, did careful explanations and are always smiley:> However, for the experience of a fine-dining restaurant, the decorations, table set ups, is just cozy and warm. Overall, we would still recommend for those who want to experience fine dining when they come to Nice.

This is a great place and they offered a fantastic 7 course menue. Amazing tastes and beautiful presentation. Very creative and interesting flavours. Also I'd say that this was also high value for the money spent. Friendly staff that offered good service and explained the different dishes. Highly recommended 🥳🎉

Delicious and creative surprise tasting menu, as well as amazing cocktails. Service was great and they even had the nicest high chair we found in Nice for our baby. Would love to dine here again.

Thoroughly pleased with our experience at Le Panier! I made a reservation for my husband's birthday and we were sat on the Mezzanine. Not only was the food delicious with well balanced flavours but the experience was novel and kept us guessing- a surprise tasting menu where you can select up to 5 things not to be included. I have an egg allergy and this was really well handled with alternatives offered. Service was quick, friendly and relaxed. 100% would return- merci beaucoup à tous!

An impromptu dinner ended up with awesome experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ordered the 5 courses set. The ingredient used are fresh and the taste is splendid! Though a fine dining experience, it gives relatively large portion. Will definitely introduce my friends to come for a dinner if coming to Nice-France. But still, better to make an appointment as may not be as lucky as me! 🤣

What an incredible dining experience. I did the 7 course dinner. Every course was thoughtfully crafted together. Plating, wait staff/service and flavors were on point! I’m SO happy I stopped in here during my trip in Nice.

Delicious food and friendly service. One of the best restaurants in Nice at the moment. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the mood for fine dining, inventive cuisine, in a casual setting.

A must visit. Had the choice of 5 or 7 tasting courses. We regretted choosing 5, but enjoyed it none the less. The food is presented nicely which adds to the experience Staff were friendly, and explained each course. Wine was good and atmosphere was nice.

Absolute culinary delight! Just reserve this place when in Nice. Everything is superb, flavorful and well presented! The place is cute & the staff is just superb! Highly recommend their cocktails! Best duck I had in Nice! And please try their chocolate & coffee dessert- out of the world!

Definitely a culinary gem! Very tasty, great plating. Tight menu of good choices. We had the fish and the veal and both were great. For dessert we wanted something unique and ordered the rhubarbe tarte - we didn't like it. The service was French... And the overall lunch bill for 2 entrees, one dessert, a bottle of sparkling water and an espresso was 70 Euro

I visited this restaurant because it seemed like the only decent option that was open during my odd visit hours. At first glance, I identified two vegetarian options in their menu which isn’t a lot but I was still keen on checking the restaurant out. When I went there and told the server about my dietary restrictions she was kind enough to offer me a specially curated vegetarian meal platter that I gladly accepted. The platter comprised of three dishes - a local soft cheese (very close to brie) with fig jam, babaganoush with wild rice and a dish that did not have any name but had some stand out components such as vanilla butternut squash puree, grilled broccoli and some stuffed vegetables. First, I was ecstatic to receive that kind of service at a restaurant that was clearly busy enough to not want to entertain such special requests. But if that wasn’t enough, the food just made it better. Every single component of all three dishes served to me was fantastic. I was given extra bread to wipe the babaganoush and the cheese off the plate and even without it, the portion sizes were quite adequate. The best part though? The meal wasn’t even that expensive for something presented so immaculately. I ended up paying a little upwards of €20 for all of it and it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend visiting Le Panier at least once during your trip to Nice.

This nice restaurant is located in the old town of Nice. The service is very friendly. If you want to sit outside, it's better you reserve a table. We tried the secret menu and were nicely surprised. Highly recommend to experience this elevated cuisine for reasonable prices.

One of the best food i had in Nice so far, camed here for the foie gras, as i ve seen they ve had it on google maps pics, but then they said they change the menu every month so that was not available anymore. Took the 4 tasting menu for lunch, was surprisingly delicious from the starter to the desert😋 definitely a try if you are in Nice, they also have 7 tasting menu for the dinner, maybe i ll try it next time🍾 Waiters are really nice and well trained 😇 they will tell you what each dish contains.
