Excellent!!! Food was amazing! Very big portions and very well done! We really enjoyed our lunch and too bad we had to share one pastel de nata! 🤭 We recommend it! To be sure you find a table, make a booking in advance!

Great value and excellent food. The chicken barbecue was a standout. We arrived early with no booking and got a table outside. The restaurant has a great ambiance in a quiet alleyway. The service was friendly and professional. We ordered the chicken skewer, octopus salad, 1/2 chicken, and the prawn clam dish. Everything was tasty and enjoyable. The servings were generous. We paid €80 for the 4 of us including 3 soft drinks

Came to Nice for a 10 day trip, and this was legitimately the best restaurant we found. Food has actual taste, service is amazing, and not far from the city center either. Definitely a must try.

Prepare yourself to eat very well! They serve very generous portions, fresh and homemade plates. All tasted good, very well seasoned and beautifully garnished. The service was excellent, they really pay attention to serve well and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming! The first time I went for lunch I had "gambas au citron" and it was delicious! It was served with rice, roasted peppers and a salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives. We liked so much the food and the ambiance that we returned the same night! For dinner, I had a "supreme assiette" which is a big plate with skewers of chicken, beef, sausages, a chicken leg, pork ribs with barbecue sauce (one of the best sauces I had, sweet and very tasty) and all of this came with a piece of corn on the cob, roasted potatoes and roasted peppers. OMG!!! The BBQ pork was just like if I was in the U.S. but BETTER! Had this place on my list for a while and so glad I was able to go with some friends! Will definitely be back...soon!

Super cozy place in old Nice. The food is simply great, the skewers, the sardines, shrimps and veggies are fresh, tasty, juicy and appetizing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is fully booked every night and that's all you need you know. I'll be definitely coming back again the next time I'm in Nice

We had lunch here today, in a group with a baby. It’s a beautiful little spot, with wonderfully attentive service and a good variety menu. I had a perfectly cooked (saignant) steak, and shared a lovely Portuguese rosé. Will come again.

Cute restaurant down an alleyway in Old Nice town. Staff very friendly, multiple salad, meat and seafood options, big portions, good price. Beautiful original portugese food. Would recommend to eat here and visit again!

A portuguese restaurant in the heart of Vieille Nice and a good choice for eating delicious steaks at a fair price. The Port sangria was pretty good as well. However, we booked a table for a specific hour, but when we got there we had to wait for the table to be prepared as the restaurant overbooked its tables... not their finest touch especially when the other reservations came and they got a table as there were available tables outside but ours should have been in the inside. At least the food was yummy.

Very nice place to eat. Octopus, shrimps and ribs very good. Unfortunately steak was very stringy and difficult to eat but generally must give five stars because of the atmosphere of the place and rest of the meals. Do recommend .

Portuguese restaurant in the old town of Nice. Food is tasty. But you should better reserve a place of you want to dine in and sit on the terrace, which is very picturesque.

This rest better than any in Paris, platter of Ham, Cheese, Cod and Shrimp fritters, plat Lamb Chops with potatoes and sweet peppers, Portuguese red wine and beer, Portuguese pastry and Earl's half cup of coffee Americano (is French thang half a cup).

Very nice little place, hidden on a narrow street. The food was good. My husband had the half chicken dish and rated it with 5*. I had the cod with boiled potatoes and vegetables. And it was good. 4*. The portions are big as well. I would come back.

We've been twice here already, once with parents too and the food is really, really tasty, affordable and different if you are sick of the french proposals. I had the Portuguese bouillabaisse first and it was OMG! to die for!! Second I had the orata and paid a decent 16€ on it (and not 30 like in some other places) with potatoes and salad and it was delicious. My boyfriend tried the aioli and I only would suggest that you stop putting so much onion on every dish as it doesn't need it. :) Last time he tried the ribs which were ok, but we'll not order them again. What we really loved and will try again was the sangria. It is a must here as they make it absolutely amazing. We'll go back for sure for the fish.

Stopped here as other restaurants were full and was very surprised with the quality! Great tasting barbecued meat. Pizza was great. Clean (+ clean toilets) Seating could be more comfortable and staff a little more attentive...

Superb diner tonight very friendly and helpful staff. Cold Portuguese red wine slipped down. No room for pudding but they also looked good. Will be returning when next in Nice.

Nice restaurant in old-town. Sitting inside and outside available. Food was ok to good and prices comparable to other restaurants in Nice - not cheap but ok. Service very friendly. In sum, we were happy, but will properly try different restaurants during our next stay in Nice.
