The waiter was very kind, he gave us a wonderful first impression of this restaurant. We ordered Foie Gras for starter, Scallops risotto and steak for main courses. Foie gras is weired, outside of it is in room temperature but inside is extremely hot. This only happens when it is cooked in microwaves. Risotto is a bit too soft but the scallops are nice. Steak is ordinarily good. In total, this meal charges 93 euros which is too overpriced. Customers would expect perfect dinning experience at this price level. Very disappointing.

This was by far our favorite restaurant in nice. I chose it based on a Google search for best restaurants as well as the pictures menu and reviews. Influence is tucked away from all.the tourist trappings and is a beautifully appointed little foodie oasis. We settled in w the best st Germain and aperol spritzes after we were warmly greeted by our host. We chose the 5 course menu which included an amouse bouche of guacamole topped with a spiced crab Mico green and lemon pearls. Then a courgette beignet w a yogurt type sauce w micro beets and marinated courgettes w a bowl of cucumber gazpacho which was incredible. Main was a seabream w a pomegranate citrus sauce, polenta and a puree of aubergine. All the flavors here married together to create the lightest and most delicious main dish. The cheese course was one of my favorites and thay says alot, as the this is the land of cheese. The dessert was a poached peach with a lemon verbena sorbet and a puff pastry w a sweetened ricotta. The entire meal, was a whirl of sweet, and savory, with a touch of citrus, which was designed like a food masterpiece to create a tasting menu that was so amazing we even went back to for our final night. We didnt want to be disappointed with our last dining experience in nice so we booked influence again for our last dinner. Please try this restaurant, you will be welcomed so graciously by your host and treated to a meal that is artfully and thoughtfully prepared for you by the chef who understands how to marry all the flavors of the region expertly. Bon Appétit

Sad to say that we didn’t get a wow moment during the sitting. underwhelmed to say the least especially when the moment a slab of cheese merely served with honey was counted as course. Aware that the business’ pricing challenge of being between a one star Michelin restaurant and a common restaurant that I couldn’t expect every single dish to give wow moment, but I would expect a little bit finer input on dishes.

Insanely delicious 7-course menu at a very fair price. The ambience of the restaurant is very inviting, the chef and service staff warm, friendly and courteous. An absolute recommendation! 🤩

Well, this is what once was called Quisin novo. Small portions and sometimes tasteless. The price is a bit too high.

Amazing meal, the maigre and the almond ice cream were highlights, but everything was fantastic. The owner was very friendly and explained everything to us, and also made recommendations for the rest of our stay in Nice. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back if (when) we return to Nice!

We were very excited to visit the Influence restaurant and before reserving the table I have checked the menu online and we were impressed by some dishes that we saw there. However, when we got there the menu was slightly different as well as some things on the menu that is already having so few options were missing that was first disappointing. Second the amuse-bouche, the was super bad, that was truffle cream that made both me and my boyfriend so sick and we only tried it and didn't finish. Second both starters were impressive and delicious and very unique. The second dishes were both bad, my boyfriend asked for a raw steak and it was well cooked, for a person from Florence is a really big disappointment. I ordered risotto that I had only one bite because it has no taste at all, scallops tasted like pieces of plastic. Our waiter asked me if I didnt like it and I said not at all. But I am not that type of person who creates fights and argue at restaurants but as a person who has been working in hospitality for over 3 years I I was shocked my behavior of restaurant staff. The waited offered us the dessert and we thought that was in the restaurant at least, however it was in our bill. We have been to many restaurants in Nice and surprisingly the Influence was really bad for us and we have paid 150 euros. I have never felt so sorry for spending this much money on all this bad food. We are not people who normally complain but as I mentioned before, I know exactly what the restaurant server was incorrect by not giving us discount or free dessert ( that he has offered to us) He also didn't apologize for this mistake. So far the worst experience in nice at the restaurant where we had the highest expectations. Never back again. P.S. the rose wine was great Hate to write bad review, but it's necessary for this place to think of how the waiter should behave in this situations. Answer to the owner: I am not sure you understood what table was us, the table next to us had some issues and I saw the owner talking to them, so probably you think that that's them who wrote the review. We arrived at 9pm and didn't say that meal was excellent we said it wasn't good and your service staff said oh sorry let me offer you a dessert. No one came to talk to us that night, do definitely you mistaken us with another table. We had no language barrier because we were speaking English and Italian to the waiter who spoke these languages too. Thank you for your answer, however, it was Also very unprofessional for blaming us to not complain, because we did, and again we saw the table next to us had problems too and chef or the owner were talking to them;) So you just misunderstood who we were, but thank you for dinner;)

A real gem and surprise find in nice. I had the scallops with risotto, which was heavenly. The crab with guacamole was a perfect starter. Companion had the duck and was equally impressed. Service was friendly and attentive. Real treat, highly recommend.

Very friendly waitress. Although there is no english menu, she translated the menu for us. There are little options for customers to choose, but everything seems to be perfect. We strongly recommended the daily fish and the beef. Also, the price is reasonable. The only thing to be improved is the wifi password, which is too long! Many local people also goes there.

We tried the 5 course menu and had a really good tasting experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant were relaxing - nearly like being a valuable guest in someone’s home. Thank you for a nice evening with excellent service. (And we still wonder, how did they come up with the idea to combine smoked fish with chocolate?).

We had a great dinner at Influence! The food was incredible (we had the 7-course menu), service great and very friendly staff! Highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates top quality food and wine!

They have clearly improved since their poor reviews last year. This small restaurant offers good service, a reasonable wine list and excellent food. Mushroom soup with a veloute and crispy onions was just right - and correctly spiced. Hake on a bed of shredded snow peas was perfectly cooked and well presented. The staff were very eager to please and the price was what we expect in a restaurant of this standard.

I loved this restaurant- their dishes are better than some Michelin starred restaurants I have been to. My boyfriend who doesn’t like seafood loved every seafood dish we tried. And the waiter is incredible. It’s definitely worth a visit.

Ridiculously pricey. If u are hungry and want to try some signature cuisine, don't order the 6 course menu, it's just a joke. Quite a disappointing culinary experience.

We had a fabulous experience here! Every course was delicious and the host took the time to explain what we were eating and how it was prepared. He also suggested some amazing wine. The restaurant is very intimate and beautifully decorated. A must-do dinner!
