The food is very good. The Aubergine Parmigiana and pizza are very delicious. The waiters are friendly and nice. However at first the waiter who appeared to be the head waiter was about to walk away after only taking one person’s order! It then took a bit too long for our main dishes to arrive but we saw him realize and sort it out.

Sister restaurant to La favola this place was also incredible. Food was absolutely to die for! We had the lasagna and the 4 cheese gnocchi which was absolutely to die for! Service and staff was amazing, so fast and really nice. Again big line so make sure you arrive before open to get straight in otherwise you could be waiting a little bit.

We stopped here for our last lunch in Nice and what a great idea it was! The restaurant was very busy but the service was quick and efficient. The food was very good and portions so big! We had the arancini to take away as we were all stuffed! We spent around €28 each (with wine). Definitely recommended!

Fresh food, well prepared and served by friendly personnel. Best tasting and looking grilled vegetables we had in a long time, great pizza and spectacular desert. I like the quality/price ratio! Keep up the good work👍

Best culinary experience in nice so far. Super quick and great service despite the crowds. Great selection of perfectly prepared Italian traditional dishes.. big amount is perfect for sharing.. deserts menu is so special.. the eclair is to die for .. added to our kust stops in nice when we want to enjoy authentic cuisine and special family gathering. highly recommended✨️😋

Atmosphere was awesome! It’s in the hearth of the old city next to the opera. Service was great, the hostess was kind and very quickly (4-5 mins) found seats for all people waiting (very often there is a queue - it’s that good of a restaurant!). Waiters were very polite and happy to answer questions or advise regarding the food. They do not take reservations, but I do not blame them, it’s only fair with so many people waiting to try their food. Both our lunch and dinner were great (yes we went twice in one day). Pizza was delicious - it’s thin in the middle and crunchier at the sides. Pasta was also great! It was well boiled and the products inside were fresh and well balanced. They also offer a variety of seafood including octopus and squid which were amazing! The deserts also looked awesome! We really did try only one (éclaire XXL) but it was imo the best! Overall it is a must visit place!

La Voglia is a nice Italian restaurant in the popular market area of Nice that is ready to handle the masses. The staff is nice, the service is quick and the food is good. Although it’s presented well it won’t blow you away in terms of taste. Nice option overall for lunch.

The best italian restaurant in Nice. We went in without any reservartions, and even though it was fully packed, they managed to get us a table. The staff is super caring, and the food is just the GOAT.

Great food with large portions for a reasonable price. We had the octopus salad and seafood spaghetti and really enjoyed both. Also receive free bread. We had to line up for about half an hour and service was a a little slow because they were busy but overall we enjoyed our experience.

Very cool atmosphere in downtown of Nice. I ordered seafood pasta. Taste good and the portions are good enough for 2 pax (I guess it’s too big for one person…) Service was very quick and nice even though the restaurant is full.

Excellent culinary experience at La Voglia! The plates are well garnished and the portions are generous which gives a very good value for money. We are never really disappointed by what we eat. You will just have to wait a little while for a table to become available. It is not necessary to be in a hurry, announce your presence to the hostess and take advantage of it to see the detailed menu that the restaurant proposes. Service level: The waiters are very charming, nice and friendly. That said, the service was a little slow and we did not receive our plates at the same time. It is not serious either more especially as we were one weekend and the restaurant welcomed a lot of people. Recommendation of meal: I recommend the pasta to the Voglia, you are going to have a wide proposal but all the pastas are succulent, those which you see on my photos are very good especially those with the ink of dry. For starters, the Mozarrella is really delicious, creamy and the shavings of parmezan next to it add a subtlety of cheese and taste. For the dessert: we took a profiterole and an eclair revisited, it was extremely good and to finish on a perfect sweet note. If you are passing through Nice, this is the restaurant to do! Typically French-Italian, not touristy, ideally located with a professional and warm staff! I recommend it!

This place is incredible. Although we waited about 20min in line, the food is on point and has large portions. It's located right in old Nice and has great staff working. The food was delicious and authentically Italian. I highly recommend coming here for great Italian food, even if you have to wait, it's worth it.

You will definitely eat well. The portions are huge, the pasta was tasty & the service was excellent ! I had the eggplant ricotta pasta (i don't really remember the name). I wouldn't say that this is the best pasta i ever had but it was a nice experience.

This restaurant is very old and very well known in the old city of nice. This is situated in a lovely neighborhood near the beach. They have seating inside as well as outside. We say outside from where we could get the view of the city. They have a pretty straightforward menu and quick service. We ordered the grilled vegetables and the fusili pasta and 2 types of mojitos the pasta was his but the grilled vegetables were a miss. In all a good experience with a nice location. The staff tried very well to make us understand the contents of the dishes as we wanted strictly vegetarian food.

Very big portions for a good price! The food is also amazing!! You can’t reserve a table and have to wait in a line to get in, but it moves fairly quickly.

It’s busy, it’s in a touristy spot. Yes! But you will have some of the best food you can get in Nice. From the starters to the deserts, it was AMAZING. Really tasty food, large sizes. The service is friendly. I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. A must try.

Just left the restaurant and while sitting under a tree across from the beach, cant help to write up my experience at this restaurant right away. Besides execellent food for every dish, the best service from our waiter and the staff so far in Nice, they went out their ways to give the best service, hospitality and accommodation arose. We couldn't thank enough for the experience.

Delicious Italian food with five star service.

This restaurant is fantastic. Huge unbelievable size portions. It will actually shock you. Very reasonable prices for what you get. Drinks are average priced. Tasted excellent. Neapolitan style pizza dough, authentic tasting seafood pasta sauce. Seafood tastes fresh and delicious. Excellent meal. We came for lunch and actually left so full we couldn’t walk. Pasta was about 18E00, focaccia was 12E00. This is a group of restaurants owned by the same people. We tried Di Piu as well which was just as good.

Pasta was ok but the tiramisu disappointed me a bit. It was not authentic tiramisu. For me it was more like a cheese cake.

Great food! Wonderful staff! Amazing service and everything was perfect. Can’t stop coming here! My favorite place in Nice. Super friendly and wonderful value.

I will be honest when I first saw this restaurant I thought it's some touristy place, but later on I realized I was wrong, people queue there for a reason. The food was delicious and come in huge portions - go there hungry or better share a meal :) Their rose wine by glass was also very good for my tastes. Despite it being super packed, the service was very attentive and very very skilled. Though not the cheapest, the prices are quite average for Nice yet the food and overall experience is definitely worth it. PS: You might have to wait in line to get a table, we were lucky and got ours quite quick around 19:30, but later would have probably to wait a little longer.

Very slow service. Best place to sit is on the alfresco patio for ambience, we were sadly upstairs with only one waiter. Took over an hour to get the bill. The food was not too bad but e service distracted from the whole experience.

The restaurant is in a great location, being just 3 mins away from the beach. The service is quick and the bathroom is clean. The dishes are giant. I just ordered a seafood pasta but I felt my stomach exploding. The plate was as big as a basin. I could only finish off the shellfish. It's impossible to finish the spaghetti.

I’m from the US and visited two times in July. All food that I ordered was very tasty. I especially enjoyed La Voglia’s lasagna. They get very busy, and open at 7:00 PM for dinner, I suggest you arrive by 6:30 and watch for seating or get in line. Helpful staff and friendly service. Prices are not bad.
