Walked over a half hour from the center of Nice to get here, and was pretty disappointed. The food was very average, lacking a lot of flavor. The burgers looked good, maybe we misordered. I would not advise anybody staying in the center of town to walk or drive all the way to this restaurant. The dessert tasted like it was a few days old.

Delicious Seafood and Fine Service

Nice Restaurant Just opposite CP Nice Gambetta Station, from where I had seen it. You also can get There by frequent No. 8 Bus. Nice Dinner, full Menü for 28 Euro. And friendly service especially Maria from Italy. When I was there, there was some life music , French and international which have a Special flair to the Le Garnier. All in all even some more than "good", I would rate the average 4.3 Stars :-)

One of my favourite places to eat in Nice. Great food served in large portions. Staff is very friendly. Price remain reasonable (pity they do not have special cheaper menus for lunches, like most of their competitors do).

Service was offensive, would not recommend. Visited Le Garnier for dinner after stopping there the night before for dessert. I ordered a steak and when I started eating I realised the mistake, I got mince beef steak not a proper one. I tried eating it to be polite and give it a chance but it was not to my liking. I had eaten a quarter of it when I asked to change my meal. Our waitress brought over the woman in charge who quite rudely told me that since I had had more than one bite they would not change it over and I would have to pay for it. I said I would not eat it so they took away my plate. They had taken back mostly a full plate and still charged me the full cost. What was most disappointing was that my partner tried to explain that we do not speak French so I did not understand that I was ordering the wrong thing. To which she simply shrugged at us like she didn't care. This is very offensive and one of the rudest people we have come across since we have been in France for the last month. Absolutely no sympathy for tourists or people of another nationality. In Australia "steak" is always a full cut of meat and not mince. Thus my misunderstanding. My partner kindly paid for the full price of the meal since we felt it hopeless to argue in another language. Had we been somewhere that speaks English we would not have accepted such rude treatment. Feeling very ripped off and insulted. Would not recommend!

The food was just amazing and the service superb. We were pleasantly surprised, and would recommend it to anyone.

Local favorite italian food brasserie in Nice. Always opened, constant quality of food and very large portions. I would definitely recommend for diner or lunch.

Quiet busy restaurant good service quality priced but end af meal chef in middle of sal and scratch his body under his tsheert with bear hand front of us than unpleasant memory remind me who did my food! !!!!!so we left without touching desserts. ....

Extremely loud music, you can’t even talk with the people at your table. It completely overwhelmed the experience and the good food

This was my first time coming to this restaurant, i saw something in my wine glass, I was disappointed when they brought a glass of wine with strange creatures in my glass of wine but then they compensated me with a bottle of wine. I appreciate how they handled the issue, That's a very clever way of handling the problem 👍🏻 . Also the food is very very delicious, I will definitely come back for sure. Merci beaucoup 🙏🏻

Seriously unbelievably good and cheap. My experience was amazing.
