The grand tour Nice is worth every penny spend. Great tour around city center and bit outside to a nice fortress and bay area. Plenty of stops to explore Nice. For everybody a choice available: shopping, museums, walking, culture and food

Highly recommended! It actually goes around really nice areas in Nice and you can hope in/out at any stop to visit if you have the time. If not, the ride alone is well worth it. Just make sure you have water and a hat!

Good way to see the city, some parts that you might miss otherwise

Scenic ride. Hop on hop off. Be ready to walk a lot. It takes you to the key points but you have to explore on foot. And timing wise during the day time they starts on time but are mostly not punctual on others due to traffic issues.

The tour was quite comprehensive and covered the prime locations in Nice and Villefranche

Half of the tour is extremely scenic and exceptional driving skills in tight streets, I found the inner city part of the tour not as good. This is understandable due to the beautiful coastline in comparison. The reduction in stars is mostly due to the first bus driver we had. We got on at bus stop 7. As soon as we got on the bus he took straight off and never once looked or engaged with us at all. We paid by card and went upstairs while being thrown around as the bus was in movement. We sat down and everything was going fine until the driver pulled in behind another bus and told us we had to move to the other bus. We realised we had misplaced our tickets which wouldn't usually matter as even though it is hop on hop off 24hours we just get on, do the whole tour, then get off. We only discovered we had lost the tickets while waiting to get on the other bus. We talked to the new driver and told him what had happened. Additionally I showed on our phone the transaction going through for the tickets less than an hour previously with the amount for 2 tickets. The driver told one of us to save two seats and he would go with me to ask the other driver just to confirm we were on it. Obviously as he had not engaged or looked or talked to us he said no. Eventually the new driver let us on. If I were to make assumptions it would be the driver was finishing his shift or going on a break and was rushing to switch with the bus. I understand the priority of the driver is safety while driving so it may not always be safe to look at us if moving but it is also not safe to let individuals find their seats in an open top bus while moving. The original driver was not very friendly and it felt he did not want to be there whatsoever. Everyone has bad days but it felt unprofessional.

We took this tour as it was one of the activities available on the Cote D'Azur 72 hour card I purchased. I don't know that I'd have paid the £62 for myself & family if it hadn't been 'free'. It was very informative and gave us an opportunity to see what there was to see and do in Nice & Villefranche that we had maybe missed. There wasn't much opportunity for taking photos as much as I'd like, as the bus moved pretty quickly from place to place. The bus drivers were all lovely & very helpful. It's very good if you are wanting to visit a few places that aren't conveniently situated on the tram or the bus routes. Bit of a walk to the Russian Cathedral from that stop though!!

The tour is too fast. U can barely see the sights. The drivers cannot wait to finish the tour it seems. All I’m saying is not that I want the bus to stop, but just to slow down somewhat. So you tried to avoid the point of my review.

This offers the convenience of stopping and continuing among many points of interest throughout the city. The price is reasonable. Note that many of the points are spread out and this bus is the most affordable option to see most of the important ones. However, the audio jacks in the seats don't always work. Changing seats will help. Also, adding a USB charging port would be a nice feature to offer in the next bus design!

Timetable is totally meaningless, buses show up when they feel like it and it’s impossible to plan your day with no reliability. A €1 bus ticket is far superior. Also, it claims to go past the Russian cathedral but it doesn’t. It goes close by, but you need to walk 5 mins to actually see it. That should be made clear in the brochure.

Friendly staff and lovely tour of the city. The only thing is its a little vague on the times the busses come back around their stops for you to continue with the tour, so you have to sometimes wait quiet a while.

Really it was a great experience. It's recommended to everyone who visit Nice for the first time. Hence, after this tour you will precise where exactly you wish to go without any recommendation ...

Nice ride with audio, but not enough buses for pickups, especially in late Fall.

That was great experience. I suggest to everyone who visit Nice for the first time. After that tour you will know where exactly you wish to go and have fun while enjoying Blue beaches of the Nice.

Rude driver. Not reliable. Long waits. Driver stopped for a break, for 45 minutes though he told us it would be 20 minutes. This was in the middle of our day. He made everyone get off for that 45 minutes, too. We were trying to get somewhere but had to stand on the street corner and wait for him.

The tour is spectacular. 2 day pass is the best value. Hop on and hop off at designated stops. Can be very busy.

Good tour within Nice. Get the flavor of Nice in a very short time. 16 stops that you can choose from to hop off, go around the touristic attractions then hop on again on the following buses.

The bus timetable are not accurate at all, we waited at the bus stop and it never came. We then head to the first bus stop and managed to get on one round trip. Afterwards, we walked along the bus route for 3 hours and never saw another bus again.

Grab a HopOnHopOff bus in each city I visit. We've been to Nice a grip of times and saw something new today in a part of town we would not likely visit. Cool stuff 😎
