A
surprisingly
strong
international
collection
and
funky
architectural
spaces
together
with
spectacular
views
of
Nice
from
the
rooftop
playground
are
definitely
the
draws
here.
The
building
is
desperately
in
need
of
upkeep,
but
the
Yves
Klein
and
Niki
de
Saint
Phalle
Rooms
(with
a
capital
"R")
more
than
make
up
for
any
shortcomings.
Then
there
are
the
inspired
temporary
exhibits
that
keep
company
with
permanent
works
by
César,
Oldenburg,
Arman,
Rauschenberg,
Robert
Indiana,
and
more!
The
nearby
sculpture
garden
is
worth
a
visit
just
to
get
up
close
to
the
unique
library/office
building
in
the
shape
of
a
surreal
head.
