This is an interesting off the beaten track little oddity. I will say it is a good thing to do after you have done most of the other big stuff in Nice or you wanna spend some time on the bus relaxing. Besides looking at the house, there isn't much else to do up there. So if you have a bus pass that you want to optimize it is a fun little exertion.

Pretty views overlooking the coast, however it's very remote. If you don't have a car, don't bother coming here, it's really not worth it. Public transport doesn't come very often and taxis/Uber a very hard to get to. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to finally find a driver to come pick us up here.

Really beautiful and great views, lots of baby pigeons inside too! I took the tram and walked up the busy road with very little pavement, if you are wanting to go I would investigate the bus routes. Worth it though!

A refreshing and quieter alternative to the much more crowded Castle Hill downtown. Even on sunny days, only few people come to visit the waterfall, its small grotto/bridge and stunning point of view on the city and bay. Recommended for photoshoots, especially in the morning. Only downside: the local authority (city of Nice) does not take much care of the site. Therefore, do not expect everything to be exceptionally clean. No swimming is allowed, even for pets.

Interesting place, but sadly I was unlucky enough to see the waterfall with no water :/

Pretty view, but not worth the journey from another side of the city.

Entrance is free. There is a path under the building. Nice view of the city, but the trees are a bit in the way. But in general it's beautiful

Beautiful chalet with beautiful surroundings. Bird’s eye view of the city and sea from here.

Water comes from the mountain top .The waterfall is muddy when I arrived due to the rain recently. Life is like that, not everything just happens to be the best and most beautiful way for you. But it doesn't matter, you've been there, seen it, felt it. You once have experienced and had some of the best and most beautiful moments that no one else has ever seen.

It can be skipped. Nice and old house and waterfall with nice view over Nice. However, the place is abandoned and not maintained. Can be visited if you are in the neighborhood.

Looks beautiful, and the view over the city is stunning, but if you want to get there on foot be prepared to die as there's no sidewalk for a lot of the area

Unique structure with interesting history. A cool quiet escape from sweltering Nice. Beautiful scenery and amazing views. Sadly neglected, left to destructive pigeons and litter louts.

Lovely man-made cascade with nice views to the city below as well. Parking is possible just below it for a few cars or near a church further below. The house on top seems abandoned and only pigeons live there.
