noises in the night but the room was always kept clean. HOWEVER, the really good thing about this hotel is the location; although barely any places to eat nearby, parc pheonix has bus stops and trams that go EVERYWHERE! and for super cheap, as little as 1.5€ to old nice, 2.5€ to cannes and about 5€ to monaco.

The most comfortable bed ever. We slept till 10am. Very good coffee and tasty breakfast. Nice staff. I reccomend this hotel :)

Located at the prime location this hotel could be a good choice. But the rooms are very very small & congested. Ambience & Food is Ok..l

Great location for the Airport, Tram, Arenas & Park Phoenix. Of all the hotels I checked, this one offered the earliest check-in at 12 noon. We stayed in a family room, we all slept well. Room had a good view of private jet stands and onto sea. Absolutely no noise, which is impressive. Shower was good. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only improvement would be if the central Aircon was cooler, was a bit too hot for me. I'd stay here again in any case.

The guy at the Bar was great. He is kind and welcoming. Rooms are a bit small but it is normal just budgeted ibis hotel. Location is good and rooms were clean

My expectations for a good hotel are pretty simple, but chief among them is cleanliness. This hotel just wasn't it. There was a large stain on the carpet and an unseemly growth in the shower head. Also, our room included no way dry your hands. The people where, however, very kind.

We stayed during the rugby World Cup for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star for the room was because the beds were a little uncomfortable and we only had 1 pillow, one of the lads asked for another pillow and the lady said no which was hilarious because it was so typically French so we didn't mind that, plus its mostly his fault for having a head like a van. Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of it and the staff were always available to help, except for the pillow incident 😉 Location is great, its next to a tram stop, the beach and between the main town and the stadium. Merci, diolch, thank you to the staff for putting up with us.

Small stuffy room with very old towels, lots of hair on the floor, only one functioning outlet. Parking is 12,5 euros but the lot is tiny so it is difficult to squeeze in if you arrive late. Service on the other hand is great.

It was perfect for go to the beach, and the breakfast was delicious.

One bath towel for two people, no foot mat in the bathroom. No drinking water. The hotel area has a strong smell of food from the restaurant.

our flight got canceled, we were force to stay there for 14 hours in a tiny room, service is very unfriedly, unflexible. waiter cant handle a few people, dinner wont be served outside. its a loud and smelly place, got dirty windows, discusting view i would not recommend it, its too close to the airport, too far away from center or beach

We would never recommend this hotel. The 4th hall carpet was very stained. The staff were not helpful and couldn’t care less when there was a problem. Their computer wasn’t working and she blamed us. The food was good but the waiter gave us the impression that we were a burden to him. At least our room had a view of the airport and it was quiet at night. Stay someplace else!

Easily one of the less decent Ibis I have been to. The floors of the room were dirty and it was like it wasn't cleaned when I checked in. The front desk staff was always absent-minded about other stuff. The price is low compared to other places. I guess I get what I paid for.

I give this hotel one star because the staff that helped me were very friendly (otherwise would be 0 stars). This hotel says no smoking but the entire floor when I stepped off the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. My room had cigarette burn marks on both side tables and the window lock had been picked so presumably people can smoke out of it. My bathroom wasn’t clean and the main desk table also wasn’t clean. I only stayed for one night but paid close to $180US for it. Only stayed here because everything else was booked. They have an area where you can leave your luggage for the day when you’re checking out, I was not given a ticket, but simply told to park it in a room with other guests luggage - how do they know someone else won’t claim my luggage as theirs and take it? - not secure at all. Will not be back and do not recommend.

The hotel is passing through a major maintenance and only two floors are done so far. They put us in a room where the air conditioning was not working, but after talking to the staff, we were moved to a floor where the maintenance was already finished and working AC. The rooms are very small and cleanliness is just ok. The location is good if you need to be close to the airport, but it is on the opposite side of the city, where everything happens (which is quite annoying if you want to enjoy the city itself). There is a tram very close by that connects you to the city in roughly 20 min. There is covered private parking for a fee. Staff were very friendly. Laundry service is just ridiculous €6,50/piece.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Although it's right beside the airport, it's definitely quiet with double window insulation. Clean and comfortable stay... parking is a little limited though. Nice bar just below the hotel. Especially recommended at night.

Nice employees and good service, cozy hotel but minimalistic room and quite pricey dinner. Other than that good and clean.

Not the best impression you want to see in an hotel of any kind, especially if it happens just before your dinner.

This hostel is good. Very close to Airport and Nice city. The room is very good, (bed was perfect !). You can also eat dinner in the Restaurant. The breakfast was full (pastries, hot drinks, fruits, juices etc...)
