Located about 10 minute drive from Nice Cote d’Azur airport. Hotel provides free shuttle service from and to the airport which is handy especially when there is a strike in public transportation! You can call the hotel from the airport and they send the shuttle to pick you up. To go to the airport, the shuttle can be booked at 30 minute intervals. It’s a great service! The tram line 2 runs past in front of the hotel. The closest stop is Parc Phenix, 5 minute walk to the right when exiting the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from the machine at the stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us practical advice about how to visit Nice. Breakfasts are 16 euros per adult but accompanying children eat free. Breakfast are good with a variety of options. Not as many as the Novotel Kremlin Bicetre we used a week before but still very good for the price. Rooms are a little small for groups of more than 2 adults. But it was clean and double bed was comfortable. The bathroom furniture and style might not feel up to 4-star though. Two Evian bottles were included. Aircon was fine for January temperature. Will happily recommend this hotel.

Great overnight stop before flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very big and tastefully decorated. We loved the comfortable beds. Also the pool was a great addition as it was hot weather. Unlike some of the negative reviews, we found the breakfast selection was good with even hot food. All in all, it was a convenient location, with the tram stop outside the hotel. The tram takes you to the centre of Nice and the other way to the airport. Also, Uber from Nice is a reasonable price

Very unfriendly staff, you won’t receive any smile or greetings, especially during breakfast, they would look at you and talk about you to each other, super weird and uncomfortable, never felt welcomed or enjoyed my breakfast during our stay, breakfast wasn’t very satisfying. We rant out of tissue paper and soap no one bothered to provide, the washroom is very small. Beds are not comfortable. The paid parking has no access to elevators and they dont have a trolley for luggage so you need to carry your stuff from parking to the hotel elevators and then your room. The area around hotel was full of construction, I didn’t felt safe walking at night.

Very lovely hotel and lovely service, it’s one of the best in the similar type of hotels. We are a couple with a 2 months old baby and a big dog, really enjoyed our stays, the amenities are very convenient for family, even for complex situations like us. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, especially the 2 girls working in the night, thanks a lot, sorry I didn’t ask your names. By the way you may have sea views and watching airplanes taking off, very cool (but not noisy)

!! The male receptionist with glasses was the worst and rudest I have ever seen in France. !! He was terribly rude to my wife, aggressively shouting, yelling and interrogating what and why cross the lobby, when she was simply trying to get some water from the machine in the lobby area where there were coffee machine, drinking machines, glasses and mugs for guests to use. I'm absolutely horrified and disgusted by his conduce and manner and utterly surprised by this ridiculously rude staff serves and works at this hotel. This last act at our checkout, upset and sored our otherwise wonderful two weeks holiday during Christmas, He has also been rude and unpleasant on other occasions, and shown no appropriate or acceptable level of service. What an absolutely disgrace and shame! In contrast the female staff at the reception at the same time was an absolute delight, one of the best I have ever come across.

15 min walk from the airport, 5 min walk to the tram station, excellent location. Only 5 min walk to Park Phoenix. Rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We've been offered free luggage storage, which was extremely helpful.

Very nice hotel if you are in transit, very close to the airport with parking nearby. Simple but good breakfast and nice pool. The only minus is that there are no restaurants nearby but you can take the tram downtown in front of the hotel.

it was a really cool room with a lot of space, the pool was open aswell! I loved it there and i’m probably going soon again! i lost my stuffed animal there but they found it and now they will ship it back to our house! thanks

The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to the airport - walking distance - 15 minutes and also close to the railway station and tram station. Very easy to get to city central and Monaco. The beaches are 20 - 25 minutes walk, but there are busses or trams that can get you there faster.

Nothing wow about this place other than its close to the airport and about 3 mins walk to the tram stop. No kettle in rooms. Quite basic

Peaceful and nice accommodation. Very close to airport, tram and train station. From there you can go anywhere in the coast or downtown Nice. Continental breakfast good. The rooms are very nice.

Unsafe hotel with total disregard for negligent behavior My family stayed at this hotel and we left our bags with the hotel staff for safekeeping until our flight. We were provided claim tickets for all our bags and when we returned my backpack (with $3000 worth of belongings) was missing. The hotel told me they would check their TV cameras the next day because they couldn't reach the director or person who checked our bags. We didn't hear back from the director until 5 days later. He said the bag was lost but they don't know what happened and offered me $200. When I balked at this he referred it to their insurance company who would not process my claim without a police report that needs to be filed in person. This was impossible because I was in America. I asked the hotel to file the police report but they refused. Novotel and Accor group knew I wasn't in the country and wouldn't have to compensate me for my loss without that police report. I have logged complaints with Accor customer service that have gone nowhere and am amazed that a large multi-national hotel chain could be so blatant in their disregard for the safety of their clients. Do not stay here. This experience ruined an otherwise perfect vacation.

Well nice hotel and the location is good too hence the 3 star! I booked through accor and I informed them that I'll be checking in early they said its not a problem what they should have said is that it is subject to availability. Saying that we still only reached at 2pm and the room was not ready I was so annoyed as I informed them of early check in and they said they will get it ready for us. We then go the room the ac is not working, the locker battery was over...dont they check all these?!?! Locker is not a big deal its the ac we were concerned about as it was so hot and we booked a sea view room...they were gonna give us another room without sea view when we complained about ac as they couldn't fix it. Then they gave us another room with partial sea view thats not what I paid for but its ok to compromise. The ac was not really working even in the 2nd room they gave us but we didn't complain as we thought all the room ac would be like this plus we had a 20month old we can't keep switching rooms! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone there's loads more with good swimming pool.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the Airport. You can also take the tram 🚊 across the street from the hotel that takes you directly to terminal 1 and 2. The hotel does not have a restaurant but they do offer a breakfast buffet in the lobby area. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is also a kitchenette with microwave and small fridge. Modern bathroom but unfortunately no hairdryer. Friendly and helpful staff. For a quick bite, there is a small restaurant next door that I would not recommend. Slow service, bad food and poorly presented. Very disappointing. This restaurant does not belong to the hotel.

The room was clean and there was air conditioning. Good equipment. The hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but a multi-storey car park is directly under the hotel and can be rented for a fee. The hotel is not directly at the center of nice, but there is a tram/bus station very close by to reach the center. The airport is nearby, I didn't hear the noise of the plane.

Very nice stay with the family in this convenient hotel. Reception staff was super nice and helpful, especially Sonia and Jean took good care of us and all our questions and requests. Only minus point was the breakfast which got less and worse every day. On the weekend it was ok, the following days not. Room was well equipped with so sink, fridge and microwave. Perfect for travels with baby's and toddlers. Public transport right in front of the hotel gets you to the cutY center within 10min, behind the hotel is a nice little zoo/park. Good stay. 5 stars for better breakfast.

Someone stole my shoes and my dress out of the room and the hotel did do nothing about it, they didn’t even take their responsibility. The only one that came in the room was The housekeeping they said, so i take the hotel responsible for this. They literally asked if we have proof that we had the shoes. Pathetic people! I am so disappointed and i hope for sure that it wouldn’t stay unpunished. Never coming back , no trust !

Really clean, neat and practical rooms with a touch of taste in the deco. Is close to the tram if you don't want to use the car, there are some restaurant and places to eat snacks around the business center. And is far of the crowded city center.

Very good hotel with great opportunity. Close to tram. Perfect to visit another destination, easy to rich Monaco with train- 5min walk. Water 💧 in each ground. Nice and helpful team.
