First point of contact was with Luca on reception. He was very welcoming and full of advice for us. The room.....bed very comfy and fresh towels every day. Room serviced every day too. Room a bit minimal but clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good! Great staff again. We ate a couple of times too and food was great! Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so good

Part of a reliable vast hotel chain with outlets in most French towns. This one is good although its probably due an upgrade. Sadly no connecting rooms, but an unbeatable location next to the main train station.

The place is nice to stay. The most important point is! My room was on 6 floor, the corridor had bed smell. I my opinion they need look better for this place.

The hotel looks nothing from outside due. To local construction work, with a hidden access unless you used the car park elevator. Breakfast was great with a reasonable choice with good friendly service. Did not use the excellent outdoor pool due to time of year, but looks inviting. Rooms are fairly basic but clean, with good access for my wife and wheelchair. We ate locally away from hotel in evenings, as menu did not excite the taste bus, and very limited. Overall. Excellent access to main line station next door, and a short work to trams and large shop. Good value. Andy and Linda via Easyjet holidays.

The hotel is just few steps my main train station of Nice, friendly people and good atmosphere in the lobby. The room is quite good, clean with nice view of the town. Good Wi-Fi.

The staff here are fantastic Soundproofing in rooms is quite poor The pool deck is lovely and it's very convenuent for the train station and seeing city centre Keep an eye on your valuables while in the bar

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is extremely extremely central. So 1 min walk to Nice ville train station. Rooms are just ok/very small/small washroom. Breakfast didn’t have much options. No scrambled egg, cut veggies nothing. 1 girl at the reception was very impolite/rude. They should be more friendly/welcoming to guests. Reception seating area was well lit up. But otherwise you get like a standard/budget hotel feeling

Fantastic location but the rooms are tiny and dated. Could be doing with an update. Good breakfast and lovely to have use of the pool. Staff were very welcoming

Nice hotel with bar and foyer and fine continental breakfast. Its key attraction is its location. It is next door to the mainline SNCF train station from which you can explore the entire Mediterranean coast from Marseille to Monte Carlo. Tram stop and main shopping street nearby. Hotel is a little run down in places, but it is very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced if you book in advance. Recommended

This hotel has been a constant stop over 20years of visits to or passing through Nice. The location is perfect for travelling and only a 10min stroll from the sea front and other main shopping areas. Fantastic staff and welcome including Laurence, really great support.

Staff are very helpful and professional. Convenient location, pool is a good plus. Rooms are very basic but fair for the value. Vending machines are coins only, so be prepared.

I booked through Booking.com and had mistakenly reserved 2 twin beds instead of a double. This was corrected at check in without issue. The rooms are small, but this is to be expected in Europe. We did have an issue with the air conditioning unit as it started to leak. A call down to reception got us a different and bigger room (luckily right next door) very quickly. The continental breakfast was good enough. The big plus for this hotel is location. Being right next to the train station can’t be beat. It is a little run down and could probably use a renovation.

My wife and I stayed here and had a lovely experience. It was in the middle of a heat wave and we found the room exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptional (and extremely helpful). Continental breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again

Very clean and basic hotel, with reasonably affordable price, and strategically located just next to Nice Ville train station (accessible to Monaco, Cannes, Menton, etc), and very close to bus and tram station (Gare Thiers). Staff that assisted us was quite friendly and useful. Hotel lobby is kind of modern and new, but the only down side of the stay is that the room interior is quite old and air ventilation is not as good, especially the air cond is not really functioning.

Friendly staff. Center located hotel. Good breakfast. High speed net. Walking distance to the train station & tramway. Small rooms & bathrooms. Non-comfortable beds. Very very thin mattresses that fall down many times while you sleep. Hotel management should consider changing them with thicker ones.

A bit dated but close to the train station. Only one or two elevators (of 3) were working at any given time. There is a pool, they serve breakfast and it's a convenient place. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Overall I would recommend staying here if you are visiting nice and going to other cities nearby. I would also recommend taking the TGV from Paris and avoiding the airport altogether.

The ugliest hotel room I've stayed in so far, the bathroom is less than 1 meter, on the bed they have some very uncomfortable mattresses, a very bad stay👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I recommend the Edmond Hotel In cap d’ail

Dirty and stained lobby furnitures. Magnetic room cards keep not functioning. Arrogant , grumpy and not very helpful staff. Constant smell of sewage in the room. Not a safe and loud neighborhood. Very small swimming pool. Cramped rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast, centrally located, very close to the mailb train station.
