Yuck do not stay here. Nice enough location but that’s about it. Very small room, no closet, only some hangers. Restroom had something dried & brown on wall near toilet paper. Breakfast was good. This hotel was part of a tour. I would never choose to stay here again.

Conveniently located next to the airport and tram 2. Breakfast was fine. Had buffet one evening. Tasted good, but not an abundance of hot items. Big salad and desert buffet. Rooms rather small and without a dresser for your clothes. Not a nice view from the window. Quiet place.

My stay was comfortable, but the prices were somewhat higher than their normal price, but in general the reception was good, the stay comfortable, and the location is very close to the airport, which makes you feel safe, so there is no need to rush to catch the plane and the view is beautiful ... I wish you a good stay And I recommend it😊😊😊

Overall, the staff were very unfriendly, irresponsible and rude. They lost my package without even apologizing. Also the toilet is very dirty. There was no fridge in the room, so I asked the staff to put some souvenirs into the fridge. I specially told her that I would need to leave early at 4:00 in the morning, and I was told I would be able to get my souvenirs. However, when I checked out, another receptionist could not find my package. Later when I wrote an email to enquire what happened to my package and I was told that the fridge containing my package was locked in the night so the package could not be retrieved. Then I asked how I could get my package back and they just stopped responding to me, without even apologizing once for their mistakes. This is extremely irresponsible and irritating. Otherwise, the attitude of the hotel staff were overall quite bad. When I checked out the receptionist were yelling to a customer that he would not call a taxi for customers unless they come downstairs. Also, the toilet of the hotel is pretty dirty, I saw some brown marks on the toilet, which is very disgusting.

I needed a room after my flight was canceled. The front office employe was unwilling to look in her computer to book me in or telling me what options they could offer. She said "Look at our website by yourself".. so i turned around and left.. better look for other options

Clean rooms except the floors. People were nice. The only issue is the light coming the outside. Impossible to fall asleep.

It was fine. It's not far to walk from the airport and was decently priced. Staff were helpful. The downside was they didn't serve cocktails after a certain time, even though the bar was still open. We also sneezed A LOT in the room due to dust allergies. But even that being said, it's still a decent enough hotel to stay at if you're needing to fly out from Nice airport. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good too.

Booked this hotel for business just one day before arrival because everything else was booked out already at the airport. The stuff was unfriendly and was harassing me for cleaning my table up after breakfast because the cleaning lady wanted to do it herself. I didn’t get the invoice still after asking for it 4 times. The food is cheap and not good. Towels and shower gel were missing. The only good thing is the location, but that’s it.

I had such a great experience with the staff at this this hotel. I checked in 11 Jan at night with so much luggage and checked out 12 Jan. The staff on duty at both times were friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I would also like to commend the restaurant staff. They were so kind and attentive at dinner. I was late for breakfast, but the server still accommodated me with a croissant and coffee. The room was extremely small and not well lit, but I was only there for one night so it was not a big inconvenience. It was also difficult to control the temperature of the water in the shower. The service I received made up for these small items.

Edit: management is addressing the issue. Ask about measures taken during checkin! BED BUGS! I found multiple bedbugs on my mattress and left the hotel immediately.

Good value, nice, efficient staff and clean rooms. The hotel has free shuttle service, a bar and a good restaurant.

I was expecting an airport pick-up only to be told it had been discontinued when I called from NCE airport. I was very disappointed, especially since I was expecting a ride upon my night arrival at the airport.

Dirty rooms, disgusting food . Looks like more like a place for people to hook up then stay , nothing was clean and food at buffet was cold and terrible . @klm you can do better then this when you cancel flights

We went in at 4 am, got the cheapest room. So for us, there was no specific view or anything important. Beds were not very good. But all and all, I would always go back there since price was so good. and they had parking spot. Very very close to airport

This hotel is a SCAM. My mother was hospitalized and tried to cancel her reservation multiple times with no response from the hotel (1 month before her booking date). We have called them three times and they are giving us a fake manager "Francis" who is always out or on vacation and we cannot get in contact with. I don't think this hotel is real or legitimate.

The only positive experience I had with this hotel was the location to the airport. A 10 minute walk from hotel to airport and the tram is great for getting around. Unfortunately, a nearby room was playing loud music, slamming doors, moving furniture, dropping heaving objects on the floor all night long. I got absolutely ZERO sleep and had an early morning flight. My room was a little warm and there was no working thermostat so I opened the window to let in some cool and and maybe the outside white noise would drown out the noisy hotel guest. Unfortunately, opening my window brought in a constant flow of cigarette odor so I couldn't open my window. This was the worst hotel experience I have every had. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. There are many other choices next to this hotel.

This is a good clean hotel. The airport shuttle was fairly quick to arrive when I called, check in was friendly and efficient, so I was in my room fairly quickly. The rooms are fairly basic, with a fair sized bathroom, a desk with coffee making facilities, and a good-sized double bed (which unfortunately wasn't my preferred mattress type). Downstairs, there are vending machines for snacks and sandwiches, and there are also microwavable meals with a microwave. The bar area/restaurant offers a wide selection of drinks and is currently a buffet breakfast and dinner offering with plenty of choice.

Very clean and basic hotels, offers all what you might need in a short visit to Nice, and very close to public transportation and the airport. I used their airport shuttle, very punctual and perfect.

Basic, but the staff is very nice. Good for a one night stay near the airport.

This wonderful hotel saved us when easyJet cancelled our fight after midnight the facilities were excellent and the staff brilliant. Real life savers for me, my wife and two children.

Nice clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Free shuttle service from the airport which is really helpful. You can use the bar, have breakfast and there is a small convenience place with a microwave. Nicely placed to get into town or the beach.

Our experience at campanile airport was very pleasant , the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We like the service at de restaurant and bar, specifically Abraham make us feel welcomed and he was very friendly. Excellent costumer service

Not too clean and fresh.. There was unpleasant smell in the room and the noise on traffic was disturbing. But breakfast was really good and personnel helpful and kind.

The Hotel main entrance and restaurant was decent. The rooms were small. The bathroom skin stopper was broken. The shower would randomly go off during the night. The shower also had mold. Now the Bar drinks were 5 stars. Best mojitos in town. Had a passion fruit mojito and it was delicious!

Can’t complain. Had a flight the next day so needed somewhere to stay. Good price, the hotel breakfast was good, they also offer free shuttle service to the airport. Will say however that the toilet smelt a bit.

I often stay at Campanile Nice Airport because of convenient location (proximity to both terminals), cozy atmosphere and decent breakfast. But last stay I was also astonished by the attitude to every customer! Especially Sergio was very helpful! He immediately solve the problem with my other booking, which I made by mistake.

I arrived earlier than the check in time. François was accommodating and allowed me to leave my bag in a locked storage room. I didn't have any issues during my stay, other than having my key card reset basically everytime I needed to enter my room. I never had it near my phone or anything else, it just never seemed to work unless I used it immediately after the staff reset it 🤷‍♀️. But that was a minor inconvenience. The room was not very large, but I found it to be just the right amount of space and the bathroom was sized well too. This hotel and the staff aren't anything over the top, you can tell by the price. But I found that for the money, I got what I paid for. One piece of advice, watch your credit card for additional charges.

The room (and whole hotel) smelled bad and there was a used face mask under the bed. The shower head was full of lime so I preferred not to have a shower in the morning. This is a good quality indicative! 😂
