Reception is working only for several hours in the morning and evening, rest of the day it’s closed. In that case you can do self checkin at the entrance which is actually easy to do. You get number of your room and an access code. Hotel corridors and lift clean. On the other side floor in our room was not cleaned for at least one month. There were hairs and it was sticky. Bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom is very basic, shower was just hanging on a hook, shower curtain was dirty black on the edges and there was no soap on the sink. Only soap was inside the shower what was very uncomfortable. There was AC and a TV in the room.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. As soon as we arrived we had a bad service, the lady at the desk was extremely rude. The man that was works there helped us instead of the receptionist. We had booked 3 bedrooms and we had to change two of them sue to being dirty. But the other ones were just as bad, the shower curtains were absolutely disgusting, the my duvet didn’t had a cover the aircon was not really an aircon it was just cold air fan. I know it is a budget hotel but i have stayed at an ibis budget before and they were no where near like this one. I was in absolute shock with how bad this place was.

Located in a city suburb, is a classic Ibis Budget. No reception service after working hours so we weren’t able to access the car park and parked the car just in front the hotel entrance. The morning we found the car with a broken glass despite we left nothing inside. We had been assigned a room at 3rd floor with the elevator out of service. No prior notice.

It's somewhat away from the centre of Nice, but this is a very good budget option. The room was good and the breakfast buffet ok. There is an excellent public transport system in Nice and it's a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the nr 2 tram stop. That will take you to the centre in a 30 minute ride.

Worst hotel I have ever stay in it is a full rip off very expensive for a budget hotel the room are the closest thing to a prison cell they are dirty and smell the towels look like they are 10 years old with some of them even riped...the cleaning staff banging on the door at 9am trying to get in to clean the room. The bed are like sleeping on a slab of concrete they are that hard avoide this place

We took a tram from the airport and went out in CADAM. It was a bit difficult to walk into the hotel from there. Google Maps showed some wrong way that we couldn't even go. When we arrived into the hotel we didn't know how to open the outdoor. There was some machine but it said out of service. Luckily someone opened the door so we can walk to reception and get our door number and code from there. The hotel itself was nothing special but we knew it because it's a 2 star hotel.

Good sized basic room but hard to get back to hotel from city center after 10pm as public transport stops.

Rooms were tok hot at night, like sleeping in a sauna. Parking is also very tricky, especially if you're driving a work van

It was a good stay...the prices are pretty decent. In my experience it was a really nice and clean hotel, the staff was nice and friendly. They have a decent breakfast. Smooth check-in and check-out. They have resturantion at the hotel but we didnt use where you will find different option. Overall it was great stay we enjoy!! Recommand this palce!!

The woman in reception doesn´t even know how to say "one night" or "three people" in English. I think it´s shameful that in an hotel in Nice the receptionist doesn´t speak English. I have also had this problem in other Ibis hotels in France. If you want to park the car you must pay additional 5€, it´s not free like it´s the case in other Ibis hotels and if you have a big car I don´t recommend you to use this car park because you can damage the car if you are not careful.

Cleaners starts their shift at 9am in the morning so they knock your door when you are still in bed even though you have the not disturb sign on the door.the noise of the hoover At that time in the morning is very annoying. The reception does not even check your proof of identity so anyone can stay in the hotel as you just have to collect a code from a machine in the entrance . Towels and sheets not have the best smell.

Dire. Rude man on check in. Rooms hot. Bedding old. Shower hanging off wall. Shower curtain dirty. Lift is buggared. Don't. Just don't stay here.

Easy to get to from the Motorway, this hotel is great for an overnight stay. Breakfast and rooms are great for the price. The garage is very low, so don't try it if your car is over 1.8m high. There are a couple of OK restaurants right next to the hotel as well. We were only staying overnight, so didn't try to get into the centre of Nice.

Comfi and affordable. Restaurant conveniently located downstairs. Very close to both the airport and nice city centre and just about an hour travel by public transport to monaco. A bit of damaged wall and exposed wires in the room ad you can see from my pics. Other than that this place was fine and served its purpose.

I am utterly disappointed with the service. I would NEVER reccommend to anyone. Unprofessional and arrogant service. No one speaks English and furthermore, they are lying in order to make the biggest profit on the guests. Absolutely inhuman attitude towards the guest as everything comes down to money for the people working here and the place is absolutely not worth the money that I had to pay to stay here. The worst experience that I have ever had in a hotel, this place is a one big disappointment.
