𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 | 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 Located on Classe Nice Promenade Des Anglais. Absolutely superb location offering the very best of the French rivera. This hotel is situated close to the central shopping and eateries area. This location has lots of delicious local cuisine and bar to choose. This hotel offers superb rates and the room was very well equipped. Staff are extremely nice and friendly. They offer good advice on travelling Frejus. If your staying in the French Rivera this is a Brilliant base point to explore from day in day out! Highly Recommended.

If I could give this minus 10 stars, I would. As a budget hotel I was not expecting much, but I booked a private room and wanted it to be private and feel safe. The first room I was given already had someones belongings in. They changed it and all was fine intil a stranger walked in on me at 2.50am. I was terrified. They mixed the rooms up again. The receptionist in the mornings just said yes they were changed. I emailed and asked for a refund and got no response. Sadly I cannot speak French well enough to explain in French, but by email there are ways to get a translation. Very unhappy. Do not stay here.

We needed a room for a night as our flight was cancelled and the rerouted flight wasn't until 24 hours. It was the cheapest and the only hotel with availability in the area surrounding the airport. We read previous reviews and were sceptical about the hotel. The place really is 2 stars. The lift upon arrival took us down to the basement before taking us up to the reception. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Spoke English fluently. Our room was clean, not super clean but there was at least clean sheets and the bathroom was spotless but had no soap. I thoroughly checked the mattress and bedding for bed bugs and I couldn't find anything resembling bugs, eggs or casings. We had a bed with a bunk bed and under the mattress it was not clean as there were lots of crumbs and just dirt. Our room did smell musty and we believe it's because our air conditioning appeared to have mould growing on it. Also the air conditioning was very weak but was adequate thankfully to get us through the night. There was also a massive hole in the wall next to the air conditioning exposing pipes and wires. If you're after a no thrills and relatively cheap place to stay then this place is ok but not a place I would personally recommend.

The staff here was unprofessional messy and I felt like I was giving them a hard time and all we wanted was a room worth the money. They moved us 4 times due to so many issues with those tiny rooms they rent out. The air-conditioner was leaking the other issue was the room had to window to open for that fresh air the other room was the beds wasn't separate as we asked. It was only one lady who took us serious and gave us good customer service. She saved us and it was worth meeting her because she took time to help us with our issues. They best keep her because the rest of the staff needs lessons from her I wish I remembered her name. I wouldn't book here anymore though.

Rooms are super tinny. They have no windows and the air conditioner sucks. The elevators are often out of service. Yesterday we stayed 40 min in line for our turn to come and get in one elevator. Just a horrible experience and i payed 650 euros for 3 nights. Asked for refund but useless. No o e cares. If u r claustrophobic 😂 dont ever book here. I swear there is no air in the rooms and there r no windows. Rooms are like 6 m square and the bathroom is smaller than a airplane or a train or a bus toilet. Dont know how this place got his 2 stars ranking. Never again

Good location, decent price and helpful staff. The bed was quite hard which I like. Other than that so many things in the room was disfunctioning. The room was dirty and had an extremely unpleasant strong smell of perfume which didn’t go away. The air condition was on full effect, but still it was much to warm in the room. Don’t go here if you need a cool bedroom to sleep properly. The double room was extremely small and there were barely space to have two normal suitcases inside. The bathroom is like a plastic box you step into. Extremely cramped and it reminds me of a airplane/festival toilet. There was no toilet paper. The shower extremely cramped and impossible to adjust to a proper temperature. The shower curtain was dirty and it sucked into the shower wanting to hug the body because of the tiny space in the shower. It was also broken in it’s attachment in the ceiling. Water was coming out of the bathroom from the lower wall/floor and was soaking the floor beside the bed. The bathroom door handle was coming off. Stains of unknown origin on the floor, wall and on the "back rest" of the bed. No garbage bin in the room.

The room was clean and the bunk bed make it fun for kids. Minuscule toilet, get all wet during shower. The air-conditioning was "suffering", low air circulation and took forever to cool down the room. Not as close to the airport as shown in the map. It took a good 10min car ride to the terminal 2. Not close enough to the beach either, for those looking for a last swim before departing Nice. Breakfast was humble and it seems they don't replenish items once they are over.... so better be up early or look for breakfast somewhere else.

The most dreadful place on the planet. Everything is broken and crooked inside. Not a single thing is where it’s supposed to be. It smells odd. The room was not clean with hair and cookie crumbs on the bed and sticky floors as well as a gross stain on the bunk bed above, looked a bit like dried bbq sauce. It’s very dated and the age shows with creaking floors and doors. Some doors are even cracked. The washroom inside the rooms don’t have enough space to turn around never mind getting ready. Parking at the hotel is very limited. And all this for €130 per night (including parking) is absolutely bonkers

Its literally a small box bt seems to be the cheapest near the airport and the beaches. Bathrooms/Toilet combo is next to nothing. Brkfst buffet is jst fine as well for €6.5. Don’t expect anything apart frm sleeping under a good A/C🙌🏻

Elevator is terrible and slow. Worker on reception is so annoying and does not speak anything besides french. Rooms are small, smell very bad , no window opening, if you turn on AC it leaks water all over the room, and bathroom is... 1 star is too much for this, and price is too high for this.

Very bad hotel. I hated it from the moment i got in, it was the cheapest and it shows. The windows were fake, the bathrooms were small and the ventilator didn't work and the air conditioning was very low quality. The breakfast was not really to my liking and the walkability was very low, i fell a few times.

We had an awful stay here a week ago. Had strange men enter our room in the middle of night with key access, which terrified myself and two girlfriends. Also got severely bitten by bed bugs. We were able to actually see the bugs crawling on the bed. We checked out early and Told the front desk but they were not helpful. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is unsafe and extremely unhygienic.

Absolutely awful. Requesting a refund but the hotel is avoiding all my calls and refused to let me speak to a manager when I checked out of my stay early. Bed bugs, inappropriate staff, HORRID.

BEDBUGS. Do not book! Bedbug traces visible underneath mattress cover. We walked in and right back out to book a new hotel. However, the staff was very nice The hotel is unable to offer refunds if booked thru a travel agent.

Stayed one night in room opposite reception. This hotel really is 2 star. Room was extremely basic with a very musty smell. Windows do not open. Very noisy as all sounds from reception could be heard. Definitely not worth the 167 euros for the night.

Location is the only thing this place has going for it. Elevators and corridors were smelly and dirty. Rooms were SO SMALL. Couldn’t put my arms up to wash my hair in the shower it was that small. Bathroom flooded after 2 seconds of shower being on. Shower was stingey and weirdly pressured. Do not bother. Stay anywhere else.

Nice location close to the airport was very nice. The room was nice. Staff was nice and professional. However, there were roaches in the room. Killed about 4. After housekeeping came I wonder how well they clean since the corpses were still in the same place they got killed.

I stayed for a weekend in November and the room was very hot, and had no ventilation other than opening the hallway door, which was the suggestion of the receptionist when I asked abou the temperature. Then the rooms are way smaller and tighter than in the pictures and the elevators are sketchy. Well connected to the airport and other locations by Tram.

This hotel has two stars and that is two stars to much. Air conditioning not working, lights not working. Really unprofessional staff. In my 45 years long life this is my worst night at a hotel. Stay away…….

Terrible! Windows don't open, no air!!! In the morning, when sun get up, you feel yourself very bad! I booked room for two person, but have just one small towel, and it was very dirty, so I changed it. Not clean in room! Very small apartment! Shower🤦‍♀️ There just three positive moments: Comfortable, clean bed, low price and view from window! But, I don't recommend to go there with a child! No air in night! Difficult for sleeping!

Very clean, very comfortable. Small room, small ensuite but you are not expecting much more at this price. It's typical of its type and it does it well. Friendly staff too. Very close to the airport.

You get what you pay for... Toilet was running all night. 🫤 Bathroom is a very small plastic box. Anyway, the room was clean and the sound insulation to the airport nearby worked. So overall okay.

NOT RECOMMENT İT AT ALL! Rooms are so small and for example the 3 person toom is not for 3 person. The staff are very rude and impolite. There is an elevator which just drives you crazy because doesn’t work properly at all. Just pay more money and book a better hotel, at least book one that will treat you as a human!

The room was clean but is a rat hole with no proper ventilation. The ambiance was depressing and the location did not help. Not at all worth the money they charge. The only good thing about the hotel is that the staff is very welcome and friendly.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were very rude and unfriendly, especially the manager. The room had dirty walls and the door wouldn’t close right and the window kept opening and mosquitoes kept biting. The walls were moldy and the shower temperature kept changing. Overall if i could give it a -15 star I would, please travel your money and never come here.

Small rooms but it's the lowest price in Nice and near the airport so if you have an early flight or arrive late, it's perfect. The wifi is good too and the staff was welcoming. Clean, with a small bottle of water and a small desk to work. We had a twin room, with 2 comfy beds and a bit of space in between. We've seen much worse than this in budget hotels. Recommended for budget travelers.

You get what you pay for. This is a cheap and obviously budget hotel, however I found the room well decorated, very clean and fully functional. The reception is pretty old and dated and the corridors feel more like cheap halls of residence but the room itself is the important part and no complaints. In addition the 2 people I dealt with behind the desk were extremely nice. Location is convenient for Nice airport but not the nicest part of the city so bear that in mind. Also the wifi is slower than the 4g signal so didn't bother with it.

Rooms are tiny and initially we were placed in one that smelt absolutely awful - had to change but the second room was much better. The shower was like it was out of a caravan and flexed while you used it. Location is not the best if you're not there for the airport as it is directly across but is a 20-minute bus up the promenade and the public transport is quite good. Parking is available at €9/night. The parking garage is secure and easy to get to. Staff were super friendly and happy to help us with what went wrong but that only goes so far

The rooms for three people are really small, you don't have towels in the bedroom. The bathroom is small size as well.

Absolutely fine for the one night we stayed there. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was small but we didn't need much space. Bathroom was functional. Loved the view of the airport and runway the most. Didn't mind that the windows didn't open.

The one star is for accepting pets and your nice receptionists. However I have never stayed in such a dirty room, hairs of previous guest all over the bathroom, stains on the pillows and blanket, stain on the sign they put of measures against catching covid..... If I do get it I know where from... I was too tired to ask for another room but I mean a clean room is what should always be offered. I would never stay there again and you should not charge money for this..... I also have a video of the dirty room if you want to review it....

This place is clean but a little shabby to my taste. The windows, which could not be opened, were dirty, the air conditioner was old and different parts were hanging from the box. The furniture was old, the water hose for the shower was leaking and I had to hold it tight with one hand so that the water doesn’t run completely from the side. There were two elevators constantly occupied by people going up and down and you had to queue up. The reception is on the third floor! Not your regular hotel!

  • 2/5 Ronan/Nora M. 3 years ago on Google
Room was small. No soap or towels. Had to ask for towels. Not a real wardrobe just shelves and hanging space no doors. Reception in on the 3rd floor. Staff were fine. Would not return.
