Great
hotel,you
get
what
you
pay
for,arrived
on
first
day,
no
concierge
service
only
2
taxi
drivers
smoking
and
blocking
entrance,help
with
luggage,
forget
it.
Reception
was
good
and
soon
in
room,
basic
but
good
clean
and
well
presented
good
size
liked
separate
toilet.
Hotel
well
situatee
close
to
all
attractions.
Breakfast
was
ok
but
dinning
room
full
of
chinese
travellers
at
a
complete
loss,with
little
help
from
staff
selection,
offered
was
adequate
but
did
not
include
fried
eggs.
After
great
day
touring
with
Liven
up,decided
to
have
a
quiet
drink
in
the
hotel
sky
lounge
about
4.45
pm
this
was
great,untill
the
staff
decided
to
turn
the
back
ground
music
up
to
a
level
that
it
was
impossible
to
hear
your
self
talk,we
asked
the
staff
to
slightly
turn
the
volume
down,
but
the
managress
when
contacted
by
staff
informed
us,
that
it
wasour
bad
luck
and
if
we
didnt
like
it
we
could
move,
we
protested
that
as
there
were
only
a
small
number
patrons
at
this
time
of
day
a
lower
volume
would
not
hurt
trade,but
she
refused
to
budge
so
we
left
the
bar,thoroughly
disapointed,
no
longer
spending
money.
If
this
was
my
business
I
would
be
looking
at
a
senior
staff
change.
