Great location in Nice! The room was well maintained and clean. Enjoyed the swimming pool, but both days there was a lot of garbage and the area was messy (a lot of cups from drinks and used towels) I asked the personell at the barif they could tidy up, but nothing happened. This left us questioning the hygiene of the whole area. Apart from the swimming pool area everything was good and as expected.

Perfect location, close to both the train station and beach, and the facilities are great: private garden, sky bar, rooftop pool, jacuzzi and gym! Loved the staff, everyone was friendly despite our pitiful attempts to order in French. Clean all over with fresh sheets and towels daily, in a room with aircon and complimentary body wash in the bathroom. Hair dryer and extra pillows in the rooms, with daily coffees and water refilled. Zero complaints about this hotel, we loved our stay and will not stay anywhere else in Nice in the future!

Perfect location, near main station and tram line, and pleasant walk to the old town. Rooms of a good size and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic rooftop pool and bar with great views. Bed is sprung loaded, we think to make it easy for making the beds, which makes it noisy when you sit on the edge. Square pillows annoy me because they are pointless, but proper ones are in the cupboard. Shower is at the wrong end of the bath which means standing area is reduced, and shower hose is stretched across the bath. Bonus points for providing a water fountain on each floor to fill your water bottle from.

We were guests in Mercure Hotel Nice Notre Dame in July / August 2021. We stayed in standard room with garden view and our stay was fantastic experience. Breakfast is served every day from 6:30 until 11am which gives you a great flexibility and enough time to avoid crowd. You can choose between variety of cereals, eggs, sausages, cheese, marmalade for croissants or even pancakes 😊 Room cleaning and towel exchange were on daily bases and without any complaints from our side. Room is equipped with safe, fridge, kettle, air condition is quiet and easy to use. Bathroom is spacious, as well as the room. Hotel itself is located in area close to many restaurants and shops, walking distance from the beach and main train station. On the top of the hotel you can relax next to the pool, spend some time in jacuzzi or have a drink in a bar with a magnificent view on Nice (we tried some cocktails and they were excellent 😊). All employees are very friendly and willing to provide any support. Reception stuff is very kind and they gave us good advices what to see in Nice and in the region. Kudos to all of you, you made our stay memorable and we hope that in the future we’ll have an opportunity to be your guests again!

We had a comfortable 4 nights stay at the hotel. We were a family of three and the room was quiet comfortable for us to move around freely. The toilet being separated from the bath was a good arrangement for us. The hotel is well located and we almost walked to all the touristy places. The hotel is very close to the tram and train station to catch trains to other places like Monaco and Cannes. We had a pleasant experience and would recommend it for a stay in nice.

Good location, walking distance from Nice-Ville train station and Notre Dame. Unfortunately there was a transport strike by SNCF during my stay so can't try the nearby tram. Room came with a balcony (facing city). It was good

Great location, right next to main shopping road. So close to the station, you can walk there in 5 mins. Nice hotel, staff friendly. Special shout out to Doris, so lovely & helpful. Room was small but it was fine. Only slight point is that the wardrobe is small. But Great, cooler system, Great size bed, big bathroom. Lovely

Absolutely adored this hotel. Amazing staff, rooms, food, cocktail bar, pool. EVERYTHING was perfect. Having travelled to many places around the world this is one hotel I will certainly be coming back to I cannot find anything negative to say about it. Fabulous view of Nice from the cocktail bar terrace. Centrally located easy to use the trams & trains. Airport to hotel on the tram €1.50 then 5 minute walk to hotel. Main SNCF station about 6 minutes in the opposite direction. Use this station to go to Monaco or Italy. I will definitely be coming back to this fantastic gem. I am an independent traveller, with no connections whatsoever to any travel company/airline/hotel.

Great location, and really clean. Got the option of an upgraded room which we took as had a balcony. Strange bathroom layout and not much in terms of a minibar, and be warned if you don't like a hard bed, oh and the only iron is in a room opposite room 250. This was a great hotel for a short break and would highly recommend.

Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame hotel is middle of the centrum of Nice. The room we have got was quiet, comfortable bed. We actually stayed one week there. We liked most the location of the hotel, the pool in the rooftop where we got nice drinks and some lovely time with the sun. The guys in the Sky bar was kind, especially Ergin, who is working in the front office on the reception was helpfull, he helped us all the time when we need it, with a big smile. A huge thank you! :) You getting a discount for parking around 24 eur a day (reg. price was around 39 eur). Free Wifi-connection all the time.

Great Location in the heart of Nice. Easy access to the surrounding area. Staff extremely nice and rooms well equipped. The roof terrace and pool (not heated) but very clean and a great jacuzzi. Roof top bar and restaurant are excellent. If the weather's good it's a great terrace to relax and enjoy the sun.

We stayed here for seven nights from 12 to 19 Sep. 2022.The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and is perfect for shopping. The Sky Bar is excellent with amazing views over the city. Any problems the staff are always available to help.

We had a nice stay. The location was very central, only 10 minutes from the beach and at the heart of the market. The room was recently renovated and nice, we enjoyed it. They had great amenities, an iron room, gym, swimming pool (even though we didn’t use it as it was very busy) and a rooftop bar. The only issue is that we were put in a room that was extremely noisy at night. They tried to address but as they said, it was external noise from the neighbours. However, when I’m paying for a room, I expect at least a good night of sleep.

Great hotel,you get what you pay for,arrived on first day, no concierge service only 2 taxi drivers smoking and blocking entrance,help with luggage, forget it. Reception was good and soon in room, basic but good clean and well presented good size liked separate toilet. Hotel well situatee close to all attractions. Breakfast was ok but dinning room full of chinese travellers at a complete loss,with little help from staff selection, offered was adequate but did not include fried eggs. After great day touring with Liven up,decided to have a quiet drink in the hotel sky lounge about 4.45 pm this was great,untill the staff decided to turn the back ground music up to a level that it was impossible to hear your self talk,we asked the staff to slightly turn the volume down, but the managress when contacted by staff informed us, that it wasour bad luck and if we didnt like it we could move, we protested that as there were only a small number patrons at this time of day a lower volume would not hurt trade,but she refused to budge so we left the bar,thoroughly disapointed, no longer spending money. If this was my business I would be looking at a senior staff change.

Fantastic Location. Upgrade your room to a Terrace View, and hopefully you’ll be on the Basilica side! It is stunning at night or during the day. Walking distance to boardwalk, fantastic eateries and pubs, a few blocks walk to shopping and the Monoprix for groceries! Hotel is nice, some amenities and decent in comfort.

Mid sized, pristine clean and well maintained. Rich breakfast, nice skyline lounge at the roof, terraces and swimming pool. Inside is also spacious garden.Role playing, friendly staff.

Rooms are clean and well kept. The water from the tap and shower head when turned on flow out at the right temperature almost instantly. All standard items including a bottle of water and electric kettle are provided in the hotel room.
