We
stayed
at
the
Radisson
shortly
after
its
renovation
in
March
of
this
year
and
were
thoroughly
pleased
with
everything:
the
new
clean
rooms,
pleasant
aroma
in
the
corridors,
beautifully
presented
breakfasts
with
red
salmon,
and
thoughtful
touches
like
candies
and
fruit-infused
water
at
the
reception.
This
is
why
we
decided
to
return
here
again
in
August,
having
no
doubts
that
everything
would
be
at
the
same
level
or
even
better.
However,
we
were
met
with
a
great
disappointment.
Honestly,
I
can't
comprehend
how
everything
could
have
gone
so
wrong
within
just
5
months.
The
hotel
itself
is
very
nice
and
well-made,
but
the
service
has
become
simply
dreadful:
they
replaced
the
red
salmon
at
breakfast
with
herring
(!),
dishes
are
replenished
very
infrequently,
and
you
can
wait
for
15
minutes
for
items
like
croissants
to
be
brought
out.
The
restaurant
staff
only
seem
to
know
how
to
clear
dirty
dishes
and
stand
by
the
wall,
it's
pointless
to
ask
them
for
anything
more
–
they
won't
do
it.
I
kindly
requested
a
replacement
for
the
French
baguette,
as
the
lady
ahead
of
me
had
taken
hold
of
it
with
bare
hands,
leaving
doubts
about
its
cleanliness
(there
were
no
napkins
available,
by
the
way,
to
hold
the
bread
while
slicing).
My
request
was
ignored,
a
new
baguette
was
never
brought,
and
they
didn't
remove
the
old
one,
so
other
people
ended
up
eating
it
since
they
were
unaware.
There
is
no
water
at
the
reception
desk,
and
no
candies
either.
Coffee
delivery
during
room
cleaning
is
inconsistent.
Instead
of
the
pleasant
corridor
scent,
there's
now
an
aroma
of
vinegar
after
each
cleaning.
In
short,
within
5
months,
the
hotel
somehow
managed
to
undo
absolutely
everything
that
we
enjoyed
during
our
previous
visit.
It's
truly
regrettable,
and
I
hope
that
the
management
company
will
still
take
into
consideration
all
the
negative
reviews
that
have
been
written
about
this
hotel
recently.
Everywhere
and
in
every
aspect,
there's
a
pervasive
sense
of
cost-cutting
and
even
outright
frugality.
