+With the car, nearby places can be easily accessed. -The parking lot is very tight. +Breakfast was good with pastries, fresh fruit and cheese selection. -Housekeeping was not so great, and the room lacked plugs. There was none close to beds strangely

Update 2022-10-25: the wifi seems to work very well now. Thank you for taking care of this. Moved from 4* to 5* Original post: + restaurant - good fresh food + breakfast - very good croissant, chocolatine, decent scrambled eggs + bedding - Wi-Fi - terrible experience (room 416). Provided this feedback to the reception when doing my check out

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They really went out of their way to help me. The airport shuttle is very convenient. Overall super impressed with everyone working there.

Close to airport, new hotel, nice rooms. Service is horrible. There was only decaf coffee in the room. So you wake up in the am, want to have coffee and you can’t. No phone in the room, so you can’t call guest services. To access the gym you need to get to reception and someone from there needs to open it. Gym is in a 4 sq m room, doesn’t have any weights . And very basic equipment. So it’s pretty much non existent At breakfast I have waited for 30 Min to get a yoghurt, which never arrived. The waitress said she forgot. Then send the manager to ask what I want, took another 15 min and then I left. The staff is constantly waiting by the stairs so you can’t even pass without having to go around them Nobody tells you they are closing the breakfast, in case you need to grab something else. At check out it takes really long time to get the invoices, as they can print from in e computer only. They have promised they will prepare while I have coffee, which wasn’t done. Heavy and aloe procedure.

It is as it should a conveniently located hotel with a 5 min walk to Nice airport. It is however in its last stages before a complete renovation as the dated style and ware is obvious. The staff is as most hotels in this price range not there for a career, they are polite but detached, they talk amongst themselves (loudly) often with you as a guest right in the middle or over your head in their conversation. They are there for a paycheck nothing else. The hotel offers a pool and a restaurant, the pool area is nice and clean. The restaurant has a pizza chef and a regular chef. I would eat the pizza as the regular food I had was below average. Breakfast was good but LOUD, the staff cleans the tables and talk to each other often across several tables as they at the same time manage to make the plates and cups etc sound louder then I have ever heard before. I will choose another hotel next time.

Restaurant : I have never eaten so badly in a hotel chain than in this one and prices are crazy expense compared to the meal! Personnel: we have tried to explain that our meal tasted very bad and they kept stating that it was the bestseller. They could only offer me the drink I took (which had nothing to do with my complaint). Room: clean and comfortable

Probably the worst hotel I ve been in the last years. Air Conditioning is not working properly and the room was freezing. Reception ssid its due covid.... They should think we are all idiots. The solution was a small and noise heater. Maintenance its completely inexistent in the while hotel. Just one plug in the room so you have to choose between charging your phone or heat s little bit your roon

The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is not that great, though. Outside the city centre so there are not many restaurant options around.

Just want to compliment the staff named Ranmatullo since he has done an amazing job which makes our short stay at the hotel more memorable. He provided us information for transportation and places to visit in Nice and other city nearby. I asked him a lot of questions but he doesn’t seem irritated which some of the staff did when i just ask for a bottle opener. Nice room with limited space. Accessible to trams, trains and buses. Not many shops or restaurants nearby.

The hotel was recently refurbished, so everything is nice and fresh. The superior room that we had was spacious with a very large and comfortable bed. The mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for our taste but still comfortable. Fitness suite is very small for the size of the hotel, basically, it is just a standard hotel room on the first floor, very limited equipment choice. Location of the hotel is ideal for early morning/late night arrivals and departures as it is very close to the airport. On the other side, the hotel is located between two busy roads and the windows are not sufficiently soundproof.

Recently renovated room are very pleasing on the eyes. Good bed, amazing pillows. Lacking some luminosity. Food quality could be better. Staff are all kind and try their utmost to accommodate any requests. Location right across the airport with nearby tram connection to the corniche.

Great hotel, newly opened, very good staff and friendly service. Happy with our stay, parking onsite. Get a tram into town for €1.50! Pay at the tram stop card payments accepted.

The room is clean and good equipped, the service is TERRIBLE thought… I have asked in advance for an earlier that 3pm check in (just 14:30) and received an official approval from the hotel management via email. By the time arrives the reception said that the room is not ready and asked to show the proof of acception. After showing the email took them about 20 more minutes to actually find the room, unorganized. Secondly, I have asked to refill the water - the receptionist said I need to pay 5€. Took another 5min of my time to explain that I need a REFILL of free regular water! After accepting the request nothing happened for 30 minutes. After calling them again - took another 30 minutes. And still counting. Terrible! The WIFI is very poor, barely working and not loading videos.

I’m shocked of the behavior and the rudeness of the staff! I have never seen such a horrible customer service in my whole life. Extremely disrespectful We had to carry our heavy luggage alone from the parking to our room when we asked for help they said there’s none to help, I asked for the help once again after I finished my check-in they were so rude as if they don’t work there, I was literally speechless!! they have 0 respect for their customers neither for the place they are working for and in. definitely not returning there. If I could give them 0 I would have done it.

The facilities are very new and clean. The room condition is also great. it has a great swimming pool. I should have given 5stars for overall hotel condition and service. but the reason why i gave 3 stars is because of the lady working at the restaurant. I asked her to bring the coffee cups for three times. Finally she told me in anger to bring it by myself from where the workers keep the extras. the other man who speaks french asked her about the cups, she brought some right away. what a racist. She better find a different job with her attitude.

Everything is just perfect except wi-fi The room is really comfortable, but wi-fi is sooo bad. ROOMS: spacious and very convenient. Comfortable bed, chair and table, closet. Every room is equipped with a safe, TV, coffee machine, kettle (tea bags and coffee capsules are included) and fridge. Big bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. There was nice welcome gift from the hotel :) LOCATION: 6min walking distance to the airport T1, 15min to T2. Railway station is located in 7min walk. If you want to go to the Promenade, it’ll take approx 30min/1h to the Negresco hotel by feet. FOOD: if breakfast isn’t included, it costs €19/person per day. There is a restaurant which works for dinner. FACILITIES: wi-fi isn’t good at all - it works with interruptions and can’t download even some of insta pictures. It’s a shame to have such a bad quality wi-fi. Room service 24/7 STAFF: friendly, smiley and polite.

It's a nice hotel near the airport, and you can check in late at night. The room was in good condition and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was very good. Please note that there are free drinks but no bottled water. Maybe it depends on the type of room. Nevertheless, I was grateful that the staff provided free bottled water. (It takes more than 20 minutes on foot from the airport)

Absolutely enjoyed my stay: I had a spacious, clean room with a Nespresso machine, and a convenient location just minutes walking from Nice airport and the tram line from/into central Nice.

I would like to recommend Park Inn Nice airport hotel in Nice, France. The hotel has many advantages: 1. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who easily manage even difficult problems. 2. Excellent location near Nice St.Augustin train station, from where it is easy to do day trips to places like Antibes, Cannes or Monte Carlo. 3. Spacious and comfortable rooms. 4. The swimming pool is not big but very clean and never crowded. To summarize: this is the best value hotel, perfect for both business and leisure travellers. Special thanks to ladies: Jana, Marie and Katia from the hotel’s front office.

Excellent - genuinely helpful and warm reception. We stayed with our one year old for one night before flying back to Australia. The hotel staff were exceptional, fast to respond to requests, helpful and kind. The hotel is clean, well decorated and comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast was better than expected for a transit hotel. Over all exceed expectations, we will be making this our hotel of choice for future transits.

Very nice, comfortable and cosy hotel very close to the airport. It has a big conference room, maybe the not so good part of the hotel, has it was not very functional and adapted. The hotel was recently remodeled. Staff was very nice with us and food goes to the details.

Located close to the airport. The bus, tram and train stations are nearby so you can travel to antibes, Cannes etc. Huge parking lot infront of the hotel. the food tastes really good and the staff is exceptionally helpful. All the people at the front desk Mohammed, Beatrice and Marie made my stay comfortable and were always there to help and answer queries. If I come back and want to live close to the airport this is where I'm staying. The only negative is the lack of charging points near the bed and the hotel looks a bit old. But the service kind of makes up for it. The rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. I had a room with a window from which I could see the airport and the sea beyond it

Located next to airport, otherwise this hotel is very good. Parking on site is tricky for inexperienced drivers or larger cars so you may prefer to use the outdoor parking nearer the airport located behind the hotel. Staff very attentive and room was as expected.

Good place the stay if you travel via Nice airport. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Parking is very, very tight - both to navigate and to park.

Reception excellent, rooms good size, very clean and comfortable. Shambolic waiting/bar staff, it may as well be self service as they’re more interested chatting to themselves. Asked for an ashtray and lady just took it from another table full of fag ends!! Extremely poor, good news though is that a 2 minute walk will take you to Balm restaurant in the Crowne Plaza hotel.

Visit june 2021: Very efficient employees, nice modern (soundproof) bedrooms, free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, a nice swimming pool with restaurant. Airport is only 5 min away from the hotel. Food and price good too. The only negative points are the view (but what can we expect from an hotel so close from an airport ? 😉) and the air conditioning was out of order but was fixed by the staff in less than 5 min 👍. I recommend this hotel. Update November 2021: The joints in the shower have some molds and need to be renewed.

Easy walk from the airport, even with a suitcase. Rooms are basic and a bit threadbare, but clean and soap/shampoo supplied. Staff are accommodating.

We stayed at the Radisson shortly after its renovation in March of this year and were thoroughly pleased with everything: the new clean rooms, pleasant aroma in the corridors, beautifully presented breakfasts with red salmon, and thoughtful touches like candies and fruit-infused water at the reception. This is why we decided to return here again in August, having no doubts that everything would be at the same level or even better. However, we were met with a great disappointment. Honestly, I can't comprehend how everything could have gone so wrong within just 5 months. The hotel itself is very nice and well-made, but the service has become simply dreadful: they replaced the red salmon at breakfast with herring (!), dishes are replenished very infrequently, and you can wait for 15 minutes for items like croissants to be brought out. The restaurant staff only seem to know how to clear dirty dishes and stand by the wall, it's pointless to ask them for anything more – they won't do it. I kindly requested a replacement for the French baguette, as the lady ahead of me had taken hold of it with bare hands, leaving doubts about its cleanliness (there were no napkins available, by the way, to hold the bread while slicing). My request was ignored, a new baguette was never brought, and they didn't remove the old one, so other people ended up eating it since they were unaware. There is no water at the reception desk, and no candies either. Coffee delivery during room cleaning is inconsistent. Instead of the pleasant corridor scent, there's now an aroma of vinegar after each cleaning. In short, within 5 months, the hotel somehow managed to undo absolutely everything that we enjoyed during our previous visit. It's truly regrettable, and I hope that the management company will still take into consideration all the negative reviews that have been written about this hotel recently. Everywhere and in every aspect, there's a pervasive sense of cost-cutting and even outright frugality.
