We stayed three nights in this establishment, as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by very attentive and friendly staff and during our stay, all the other staff were also attentive and met our needs in the best possible way. I suggest you book a room with the balcony, because with the means of an apartment provided to you, you can enjoy the essential breakfasts on your balconies. Bathroom and room spacious, bright, very clean with air conditioning, this establishment can make you forget to visit Nice. With a swimming pool at your disposal, even the sea has competition.

Very very bad experience. I have confirmation with me before going to Nice but they refused to give me the stay saying there is no studio booked in my name though am showing confirmation printout. I was staying with my friend in the same stay and after 2 days I booked for another studio with one bed. Very very bad experience. I don't have an option to give 0 rating, I like to give 0 rating for this stay. Hopeless people at the reception and the manager of that stay is not at helpful. Facilities are not good. Nothing is good.

Smelly, dirty apartments hotel with unpleasant staff. No noise isolation in the rooms, during the night literally you can hear every person walking in the corridor. Air conditioner controller was malfunctioning and clicking all nights. So you need to have it on all the time to max low temperature or off. Pool area doesn’t have any seating area or benches. No sodas or drinks are allowed in pool area. Have forgot an expensive t-shirt in the wardrobe, so sent a letter to the reception directly after the departure to help me with that and keep it for one week until my friends could pick it up. The reception even haven’t answered the letter. Strongly do not recommend!

We booked this place in particular because they let you take your bicycle in your room - important if you’re in Nice to ride!! The hotel is basic but has everything you need. Studio rooms are well equipped and clean. There’s a tram right in front of the hotel that connects to directly to downtown nice (2-3 stops) or the airport in the other direction, and just 1 block away from the ocean Promenade.

The rooms were good besides mold in the bathroom. I don't get why they don't renovate the musty hallways though it makes no sense to me. As well there is a terrible odor in the lobby and elevator and I have no clue what it's from. Also, something to note which I was not aware of (likely my fault) room cleaning is not included, and neither is towel replacement.

For the price we paid we cant really fault it. Rooms are small but are well equipped with every thing you need. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony. Staff helpful, nice atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. I would be happy to come back again.

Comfortable rooms with adequate amenities and air conditioning. You'll feel at home. Very friendly reception staff who will be willing to help you get to grips with Nice and advise you on how to get around. Reasonably clean hotel. Only negative - My girlfriend wasn't comfortable using the pool. The pool is advertised as 'roof top' but isn't actually the roof, just the roof of a terrace which doesn't offer much privacy. The pool is in view of the surrounding apartments.

Go somewhere else, closer to town. >7 day stay. >Weird smell in the room. (addressed but not fixed) >Low quality aircondition, also recycled air from the room. >Low quality bed >6 euro to change towels on a 7 day stay. and the towels probably cost 2 euro at ikea, very low quality. >The staff knows you're going to stay for 7 days, but still only put 1 roll of toilet paper in the room, if you need extra you have to go and ask. >Pool is very small, no chairs, and a french Gremlin patrolling it to see if you dare drink a beer or use an inflatable toy in the water. >9 euro for breakfast, 150meters towards the city you can find a real baker instead and get a continental for 7 euro. >Halls etc. seem dirty and smell of tobacco even though smoking is not allowed. You will be so much happier to spend a few extra euro, and be closer to the center of town instead.

Apartment very usefull with well equiped kitchen. Just 20 minutes walking by the centerville, with a very nice walking on the promenade. Supermarket near the aparthotel. The people at the reception are very kind and they help you for any necessities. We had a room with no balcony but I was still delicious because of a little sea view from the window. We just suggest to clean better the sofa and the bathroom behind the sink, as the moquet on the corridor. Finally the journey was perfect. Thanks u to guys working here.😁

Thanks a lot for the welcoming by Océane and Berta. It was really cool. They talked about the city and i love to listen so... Conversations were interesting. The breakfast is a good one, specially the pancakes made with love. Maybe i'll come at the end of December. :-)

3 minutes walking to beach. Direct tram from airport to hotel takes 9 minutes. Clean apartment with balcony. Tram station 1 minute from hotel. Staffs are excellent.

It was a studio with a kitchenette If you will be staying less than 7 days there will not be a cleaning service neither a towel to change and you can pay if you want that service, They don't accept the ancv connect The breakfast is very very very basic Near the beach 500m

Hotel itself is a bit run down in the corridors and looks a bit dingy but the rooms are nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful

The staff were excellent. I enjoyed my stay. The balcony was over the main street. The rooms were very clean and the bed sheets were spotless.
