Very nice cute hotel in a quiet area, yet not too far from the sea and main attractions

Had a great stay at Hotel Aria. I was warmly welcomed and my room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable - I didn't want to get out to go sight seeing. No real noise, occasionally heard someone leaving early morning but nothing to bother me. Overall, very satisfied!

This hotel is nice. Breakfast is good and the hotel is very close to the beach and train station (walking distance). The manager is very kind and helpful. Overall experience was good 💯💯

Great place, only a 10-minute walk to the beach, city center, and train station. We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. They helped us book a taxi early in the morning and sent us a lot of recommendations for where to go what to eat. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Their elevator is quite small and the air conditioner is quite noisy, we didn't mind it that much though. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially a group of friends like ours as they have a connected room :)

Nice, cozy hotel near the center of Nice. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was clean. We enjoyed the little balcony, overlooking a green park.

Loved staying. Staff were friendly. Great location. The only thing was the shower didn't have hot water, just lukewarm and the pillows were a little flat. But everything was great.

Hotel Aria met our needs for a budget hotel in Nice. Service/staff and cleanliness of hotel was great. The rooms were adequate, decent space and a good sized/comfortable bed. Walls were relatively thin, so possible that you could hear louder guests in other rooms. Bathrooms were a little weird with an odd shower/toilet (might be tougher to use for a larger/taller person). Hotel was situated between the main train station and old town..so definitely need to be prepared for a 10-15 minute walk into the old town area of Nice.. with the trade off that you are closer to train station for day trips out of Nice to other towns. Overall good hotel and good value, would stay again.

I liked the location and that coffee cattle is available in a room. I disliked the quality of bed and wordrobe. I thought the breakfast is rather basic so opted not to use it. The room has either black out curtain or no curtain so the neighbors can look at your room. Overall feel of the hotel is a good 2 star but not 3.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Cute boutique hotel close to train station and also quick walk to beach and many great restaurants. Room opened into park setting. Only little sparse on the internet connectivity. Would definitely stay again. Highly Recommend!

Decor is nice and so are staff. However our room was way too small and I caught my leg multiple times on a desk that prevented you walking round the bed. Also found hotel very noisy and was woken up multiple times every night by slamming doors and shouting

Disrespectful manager, rude with bad attitude. Didn't sort out my payment that I did two months before, even though I had a confirmation by text that is all good. Humiliated me and my family by making us feel like thieves and fraud. By insisting that we used two different credit cards and than cancel them, when we always use only one. All of this 4 days after we were already in. They could have sort this up on our first night in. Not hold us as hostage with all the insults that we didn't deserve on a wonderful vacation.

Small rooms. Lobby smells of cigarettes, elevator must be at least from 1915…extremely small and door closed on us at least twice. Construction everywhere…not very walkable. Bathroom door didn’t close because the toilet is in the way (on purpose or design flaw?), clogged drains and no soap. Very nice/friendly staff , great location and comfy beds…but otherwise in need of some serious aesthetic facelifts.

Excellent location! Near the promenade and close to the train station (if you want to go to Monaco, Cannes, etc.) We had a clean and cosy suite. The small elevator is attraction. A very good price for its location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room in excellent location. Breakfast was a basic but tasty buffet. Interesting decor throughout. WiFi didn't really work in our room and in a couple of places where the wallpaper was coming off. Overall, very good.

For the price this place is great. Clean, next to a cute park, steps from the train station. I really liked it!

Lovely hotel, nice sized room, the oncierge were wonderful, very friendly. Our flight was not until 9 on Sunday evening and they arranged a late check out for us to accommodate. Lovely location, 6 mins walk from the tram station and less than 10 minutes to the centre. I will stay here again. Loved the lift it made for a great picture.

Fabulous hotel. Couldn't fault anything. The decor was lovely , and hotel really nice and clean. Staff were polite and very helpful , and most of all the location is fantastic just a few min from the train station and also from the old town. Rooms are spacious and airy, and I had a very cute balcony over looking the square. The only drawback was no tea coffee facility in room, but I was able to borrow a kettle. Staying somewhere nice can really make the trip special, I would def suggest staying here to anyone,and would stay again.

Hotel Aria was amazing! Location was perfect on a quiet street, less than a 10 min walk to the train station. Bars and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Room with two twin beds was a good size for 2 people. Bathroom was modern and the room had a fridge, safe and decent size closet. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this little place. Very close to the station yet far enough away to not feel like you were at the station. Had such a lovely ambiance. Would stay there again

Super cute hotel, my favourite one I stayed in, the decor is very nice. The beds are pretty comfy and the elevator is really fun to ride in. Just love it would recommend.

Fantastic, this is a really friendly hotel. There were two families of us with four children. I came back in the early afternoon with the youngest child, he was very warm and tired. The lovely lady in reception gave us a large cold bottle of water and some pain de chocolate. She then proceeded to cool him down with a fan and really pacified him. We would definitely come back and really recommend this hotel.

I walked into this hotel on a late evening asking for directions just because I've lost my phone and I couldn't get taxi at the train station on the day I arrived Nice. Even though I was not one of their customers, the gentleman working at the front desk at that time was very friendly and very willing to help me out. He helped me to figure out the location of my hotel and label that for me on a map. I truly appreciate his help and I think their service deserve five stars rating.

Very nice Hotel in the City Center very near to Beach, Tram and Train Station. The Design concept is beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, mostly organic and also french Pastry available. Only very thin Walls to the neighbour rooms are bit challenging
